This guy Henry was great at the beginning. He came after hours as long as we paid cash. He was done when he said he would be done and the garage door works better than before. This was Thursday 8:00 pm at night.The old garage motor that he replaced he asked us to leave on the driveway and he would send one of his guys with a truck to pick it up and program our keypad to the new opener.It’s Wednesday (6 days ) and we text and he said he forgot or he got busy. Tonight all he did was hang up on me.Did he do a good job yes but after he leaves, your on your own for any kind of follow up!!!!!

After 3PM one Saturday, our garage door got stuck half open and wouldnt budge. I called several places but only Garage Door Pro answered. Henry asked me to take a photo of the roller that had gotten out of its track, and he said hed be here in 30 minutes. And he was. It turned out that the roller jumped the track after it got stuck and we kept trying to open and shut it. He found the drum on the other side was loose, re-attached the wire around it somehow, then popped the roller back in its track. Our door was working in less than 30 minutes. Henry is a friendly and fast young man, very skilled with garage door repair. We highly recommend him.

Wow guy seem really nice when i called him on the phone. Said he come out to look at job, he gave me a price, said will come back out to do job and even text me the first time. We waited never came back, i called did not answer, then i got a call back and i said hi and he hung up on me. avoided my call. I would have been ok with paying a little more, or even just communicating and being honest and just saying you can not do my project i would have been happy with that and just look for someone else.

Set up an appointment for a Saturday afternoon, as a Shift worker I work nights, woke up early called the gentleman to see if he was still coming and nothingggg ... Didnt answer my phone calls or my text ... needless to say he will not be getting my business

These guys were great. Knew what the problem was right away. Fixed it in record time. Found what could have been a problem down the road and fixed that too. Stuck to their original estimate even though the job called for a little more work than anticipated. I researched before calling, and they had the best price out of half a dozen companies that I spoke with. So, very good price, professional, quality work, and a warranty as well. If you need garage door service, these guys are the best.Update February 26, 2020. .... one of my springs broke. Henry was here when he said he was going to be. He replaces the springs and basically tuned everything up. Just like last time - excellent price, professional, friendly, quality work, and a three year warranty. If you need any garage door work, call these guys. Wish it would let me give another 5 star instead of just editing my one from over a year ago.

Great service!!! Was very fast and professional. They replaced springs on my garage door. I called in the morning around 8 and they were here within the hour! Two gentlemen came out and showed me and explained exactly what the problem was. Im so grateful that there are still honest, helping people in this world!! Late Saturday afternoon . . . I press the button on my garage door opener . . . Nothing happens! I get out of my truck, use the keypad, the door barely moves and stops! I use my keys to enter the house, go to the garage to investigate and find one of the door springs has broken! Quickly I ask Siri to locate garage door repair services . . . After calling 4 companies with no luck, my next call is answered by Enrique of Garage Door Pro, I explain my dilemma, he calmly asks for my address and states he’ll be here in 30 min. Elated, I say see you soon! 20 min later he and his brother arrive, assess my repairs, provide an estimate ( including a veteran discount) which we agree on and proceed to effect repairs! Their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none! Within 30 min my door was repaired, tested and restored to operation! He provided a one year warranty on parts and labor and an assurance he was only a phone call away should I need anything concerning garage door repair or opener repair or replacement! Their knowledge, can do attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction is without doubt the best I have experienced! I will continue to reach out to Garage Door Pro should the need arise!

Enrique Villarreal fixed our garage door on November 5, 2018 and was very courteous. About 2-2 1/2 weeks ago, the same thing that he replaced broke again. We have been calling him and his first response was a quote a little less than the original cost, but when he fixed it on November, he gave us a 2 year warranty on parts & labor. On Jan. 4, 2019, I called him and when I told him who I was, he hung up on me. Have called him several times and he does not answer. This company and supposedly owner, Enrique Villarreal, are not reliable.
