I lost my garage opener so I called Overhead and asked about buying a replacement. They do not sell openers separately. If you need an opener, you have to buy another door.
Opener had begun to malfunction some. Called Warranty company to make claim; they send a technician from Overhead Door Pros (Not Overhead Door Co of South Texas) who says I need door parts for which my warranty does not cover. When I challenged asking how door parts do or dont make a motor on the ceiling work he couldnt answer me. When he fiddled with the opener, he had no better answer--Im gonna say its a circuit board and the part cant be found. It gets worse, but thats enough. Bottom line is they were going to charge me almost $300 in uncovered items that ended up unnecessary.Abandoning the warranty company, I call this company who I know are competent in Overhead Door brand equipment. A gentleman named Clemente was just here in a marked truck. Disassembled, evaluated, diagnosed, made a few adjustments, lubed a few parts all included in the price of the service call.Straight-up competent, honest, and efficient. The only constructive criticism I could make is if the prior job is running over time, just pick up the phone and give me a new ETA so customers time can also be maximized. Thank you, Savannah and Clemente, for taking care of us!
Won’t call you back. Just need info
Ralph and Clemente came out the same day and got my door repaired in less than an hour. Fast and friendly service.
Horrible customer service and will not answer their phones. They close at 4:30pm not 5pm like they indicate.
They know what there doing
