Called Hub City Overhead door for a broken spring on my residential garage door. Although they did not promise, the repair crew showed up the same day and completed the replacement of both garage springs, lubrication of all components, and visual inspection of everything. The crew was prompt, professional, courteous, and post importantly did great work. I would definitely use Hub City again and definitely recommend them.

My door broke today and I called everywhere for a tech to come out, I either got no answer on the phones or we are busy and came someone out next week...…..not good. I called hub City and the young lady that answered the phone was so polite and told me that she would get someone out in an hour. I was shocked...needleless to say about ten minutes later the tech called me and said he would be at my home in about 15 minutes. He arrived as he said and took care of the problem. They were so polite. I will always call them if I need service. Job well done.

Very pleased came to see what was wrong with our overhead door. Was able to fix at a very reasonable price. Now our garage door opens and closes good. Thank you guys.

Hub City Doors, installed 10 roll up doors at our storage facility September 2018. The installation crew, did an excellent job installing some very difficult impact resistant roll up doors. The quality of their work was excellent and their professionalism was impeccable. I would highly recommend Hub City Doors, if you are looking for quality and service.

I called at 8am to have a service person come out as earliest as possible to my business to repair my door as it was broken and needed to fixed in order to open. The receptionist took my info when I asked what time should I expect them she rudely said they would call me before arriving I asked will they be calling in the morning or afternoon? She replied she wasnt sure and could not guarantee that it would even be today to receive service. I will never use this company again as I called a competitor and they sent some one to my business asap. People always come first a simple change in attitude or even better communication would have made this a better review.
