We had our garage door opener, rollers, and springs replaced. New wall mount, two remotes, and wifi connected installed. Everyone did a great job!Thank you!

The two young men assigined to fix my garage door opener arrived on time and began working immediately to replace the spring on the door.....one spring had snapped into two pieces and they recommended that the other spring should be replaced also. I fully agreed with their professional opinion. With both springs replaced they then proceeded to function test the equipment and quickly discovered that the controller was approximately 4/5 out of alignment. After effecting the realignment of the controller (that had been installed when the house was built) theyfunction checked the equipment again. This garage door had never been this quiet before. Job was completed efficiently, safely and safely.Thank you very much.

I was very impressed. Making the appointment was seamless, and was not a long wait time for the scheduling date. They were willing to work with my work schedule as to not waste anybody’s time.The installation team was on time. The young gentleman were courteous and polite. They answered all my questions. Installation was complete in a timely manner and cleaned up after the installation. I would definitely recommend.

I called at 9 am and by the next morning I had a new GDO, springs, and a keyed entry to my garage. Both techs were professional and respected my property. Called Texas overhead doors at 8:15am and broken door springs were replaced by 10:15 am.James said they had a lot of new construction in the area but he could have them drop by before they headed to the job sight..Thanks for a job well done.

Just recently my springs on my garage door broke and I immediately opted to call Texas Overhead Door. I spoke with Chuck on the phone and he got me an appointment within a days time. Chuck was professional and had two nice gentlemen arrive to install my springs. They showed up on time as expected and were done within 45 minutes. They adjusted and checked the rest of my equipment when finished. The price was very reasonable and I would absolutely use them again for any of my future needs. Thank you for the good service.

I lost my garage door opener and called Texas Overhead Door about buying a replacement. They refused to sell me one even though they were the ones that installed my door. You have to buy a new door. Very bad business!

After an issue with scheduling, the technician/installer arrived to install a new garage door opener. Nathan called to advise he would arrive in 20 minutes. He introduced himself and immediately began to work, alone. Before installation he reviewed what he was going to do, the materials he would use and answered my questions. He was the most quiet, polite and efficient worker I have ever encountered. Upon completion Nathan explained all the workings of the unit, picked up the old opener and refuse, gave me the instruction booklet and thanked me. Ask for Nathan!! Incidentally, I had Texas Overhead Door install my garage door 5 years ago. Still looks like new! Thank you.

Highly HIGHLY recommend! Thursday initial phone call - troubleshot issue over the phone; quote for parts, labor, etc...done verbal during the call. Friday 10am - guys were here and done in less than an hour. Price EXACTLY what was quoted over the phone. Another tiny issue that needed attention that was not necessarily part of the initial problem was also taken care of - no extra charge! What else can you ask for? Michael repaired our doors, which had been repaired several times in the past, but still had issues. Work was quick, explanation was clear and to the point, and most importantly the work done right. My garage door spring broke. I called Texas Overhead Door the next morning and they were here within 24 hours to replace the spring. Very courteous staff.

Old open had died. This team came out. First discovered the spring was properly adjusted fix that installed the opener which rocks. (They kept saying it is very quiet. I didnt care if played the stars and stripes as long as it works) And it does. Not only they discovered that the door was in need of a support to keep it from sagging and I asked for a internal lock that the door never had. Owner was very efficient at scheduling his crews with morning or afternoon service available. Service techs were very knowledgeable & timely in completeling the work and informing me (the customer) with additional maintenance tips to extend the life of the replacement springs for the garage door that were replaced.

Replaced my garage door opener and did a great job. Also set it up with wifi so you can check on your door to see if its open or closed and can use your phone to open the door. Chuck was great over the phone selling the product and Ky and Justin did an excellent job on installation. Michael and Nathan were good professionals who helped me with a broken sensor wire in my garage door. They went above and beyond in their work. Not only did they replace the wiring but placed it higher in a better/safer location. They were both extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what they did. Their price was also fair. Chuck came out to our house, measured for our new garage door and let us know what we needed for our garage door opener to be installed. He got back with me right away with a quote. One of the inside coil springs broke on my garage door yesterday evening late.. I call at 8:30 this morning and he made an appointment for noon or just after, Ky and Justin were at my home by 12:15pm and replced both springs and also adjusted the door. I have use these folks zbefor and will be using them again! Great service in a timely manner!

I tried to get three garage doors installed, and the salesman came the next day to look. Talked to Chuck and he gave nothing but excuses for not giving me a bid after I waited 5 weeks. I finally called and asked him if he really wanted this job and he hung up on me. This company is not affiliated with the Overhead Door Corporation;just using the name.

I called and got Chuck (Owner) who was very rude and way overpriced - Hurricane Harvey Pricing - I got we have to work 7 days per week and we are in Port A daily. A simple 10 minute service call was over $300 - not right ...

I had a persistent problem which they promptly pursued 4 days in a row at no extra charge. It is now fixed. Thanks for going the extra mile!
