I put $22,000 down 2 months ago on a house. They sold it yesterday to someone else. They change the prices around almost weekly and pushed and pushed and pushed for the down payment just to sell it to someone else. Highly do not recommend working with them. They said we couldn’t close due to the fact that we didn’t have land. Well we bought land and sent them the deed. Turns out the guy that bought it doesn’t have land but they sold my house out from under me cause he paid in full.

I am so appalled by my experience here, that Im not sure where I should even start. I had come in to look at a unit and had a lovely associate helping me. However, I had some questions, and we had gone to the main office area for her to get some additional paperwork. While waiting, I overheard the most disturbing behavior. One of the apparent bosses, Tracy by name (I did ask the associate later on), was in the middle of verbally attacking another employee. When I say attacking, I wish I could detail out the things she said. Its the kind of behavior you read about in the papers- berating the person, calling him/her (I couldnt see into the office without being obvious) every cuss word, horrible name and insult in the book- and what was more disturbing is that one one was even batting an eye. This was just normal behavior for this woman, and everyone was looking the other way, literally. I cannot imagine how this business has stayed afloat with such abusive behavior- verbal and emotional assault should be taken seriously. I hope the person she was screaming at had the sense to walk away from that company. I, for one, will not support this behavior by spending a since cent with them. I would advise the same for anyone else, but above all avoid this woman in particular. Her behavior should be punished, even if the company is more interested in your money than the way their company encourages extreme abuses like this. I suspect my report on this to the Texas Workforce board will be taken more seriously than her company will be comfortable with.

First time homeowner and sad to say I had a terrible experience with this company. Not much communication, home did NOT get delivered how we ordered it but didnt want to send it back to wait even longer so just settled with it. Home was poorly built. With glue like stains on lanonium that service guy said he didnt know how to remove. Multiple leaks and light fixtures going out one after the other and service has you on hold for literally a hour and even when they answer still not much of a help they tell you to call back tomorrow then you cant get a hold of them when you call back.. Two major leaks and now a leak under our sink that weve been trying to get them to come out here and fix for over a week now as well as the lights. I usually dont write reviews but buying a home is a big deal and I just wish I had a good experience. I want people to have good experiences because like us you work hard for the home you want and Im basically writing this so people are aware before they decide to go with this company.

These people are CROOKS!! We gave them a $300 deposit and they refuse to give it back. We just keep getting lied to and are given the run around and being promised to get us in a home.I wouldnt recommend this shady business to anyone!!

10/18/2020All the way from Dallas Texas!!!We couldnt be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Elizabeth Gomez (Liz). She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the purchase of our new home to purchasing land to place it on. We had some difficult moments in both aspects (finding the perfect land and deciding on our dream home) that Im not sure any other sales agent would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did (especially with us being 6 hours away). We werent entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Liz was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that we were in good hands. Liz definitely had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. Our new beginning starts very soon and we have Liz to thank for that.Update 11/10/2020We signed for our House and Land ♡We are officially home owners and owe it all to Liz for making our dream come true.Awaiting on delivery of our home but will update soon :)

I bought my house back in July they did do alot to get me approved but sometimes they made it feel like you were going to get scammed out of your down payment you had to call often and sometimes theyd ignore your call. i ended up getting my home and when they put it together they didnt connect the water line and before we moved it we had water damage and and broken water heater.. They still havent finished my trim out, its a game of cat and mouse trying to get someone out. They did a horrible job on the trim out because they rushed and tried to do a 4 bedroom 2 bath home In 2 days and in the dark at that.. they came out to fix my floor back in September and said some one will be out the next day they lied. The next time they came out was in February to fix my merge line Ive been calling since September to get fixed they had the wood laying in my living room for months. they semi fixed it and today it came down and hit my shoulder got lucky it was me and not one of my 4 children. Ive been waiting for a long time to get this house to what we are paying fo. Their sales people suck you in but dont let you know how bad the service department is.

Best quickest customer service we could have asked for. We explained our situation of how we were needing a home ASAP after having a horrible experience at another location. They helped the process go as fast as possible, and got us our home in less then 4 weeks. They stayed late and worked weekends to get us the best customer service and for that we are greatful and happy we went to ( in my opinion) the best team in Corpus Christi.

My wife and I have to say that Liz from Manufactured housing Consultants in Corpus is one of the best would recommend her to anyone. She goes far and beyond to go out of her way to help you get the best deal she can for you and gets you approved. Our credit wasn’t the best but Liz helped us get our score where it needed to be to get approved. You won’t be disappointed. And through the whole process we gained a good friend !!!!

After many months (about 10) of false promises I decided to go a different route. Come to find out This comapny ran multiple hard inquiries (7 to be exact) to bring down my score and try to trap me into being stuck with them. Also they like to hire their buddies and charge outrageous prices for add ons or services such as surveys utilities wells etc. In conclusion this place will go out of their way to screw you out of as much as possible. Im happy to have gotten out of it with relatively little damage done but others may not be so lucky. Be very skeptical if you plan any business here.

So im writting this here to see if someone could reach out to me about my deposit. I asked for a refund on June 12,2020 and they told me it was going to be returned to me on the 20th, i asked my salesperson about any updates yesterday however she told me that she was going to check it out first thing monday morning(today). Today i called and apparently spoke with the GM of this location (mr.grant) and he told me that he was unaware of my unpleasant situation and that he will call me back in an hour, they already closed their offices and i havent gotten no respond back. After all this back and forth and putting me on hold for up to 30 minutes and promising me call backs within the same day or within 3 days, Im just tired of this situation and i just want my money back that i gave back in April. Thanks!

The staff here is awesome, and so are the prices. Any time an issue comes up with your order or home, the team is quick to solve it - even if that means getting on the phone with a factory right while youre sitting with them.

My house has been out on my land for about 5 months and they have yet to come complete the house very Upsetting just gives runarounds false promises I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL they just care about making money and not making sure customers are happy i have a black tape across my living room floor cracks on the framing of my door and a torn wall!!

They are shameless and they do not help, they have me living in the house without fixing the missing details and I have been doing it for 10 months and they still do not give me answers. Tracy Almeida is a scam and lying saleswoman who tricks you instead of helping you I gave her a large deposit amount for the house and she has not fixed anything that I need to fix in the house until the floor of the house is broken. Everything is a lie and tells you that with only 2000 in the field you solve that is a lie you need about 5000 after the house is on the ground. They are shameless
