My wife and I were out looking for a simple 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom double wide mobile home with the kitchen and dining room separate and with plenty of cabinets in the kitchen.

The manager, Reed, and the saleswoman, Marina, were excellent!! They answered every question I had and showed me every unit that was meeting with what I was looking forward to, and more! I have no need to look any further!!

My husband and I met with Ryan Rodriguez yesterday. Although we did not make a purchase, and we were upfront with him about that from the beginning, Ryan was great! He answered all of our questions and went over the cost of everything we looked at in detail. He didn’t make us feel like a waste of time even because he knew we wouldn’t be making a purchase that day. Ryan is very professional, organized, and energetic. We really enjoyed our visit to Palm Harbor Homes in Corpus Christi. We highly recommend them if you are interested in a home!

I signed the contract in December 2020 with a delivery date of mid March. In February we suffered from a freeze and after I called them was I told late March.I went on website and saw several emails from the company listing items needed. Why didnt the sales Rep know that??I called the sales representative on March 19,2021 asking about delivery date. He tells me hell find out and call me back. On March 24,2021 I call the same sales representative and he tells me that theyre back ordered and I will have to wait until late May...My sales representative has never called me.My sales Rep left and the sales manger took over. He never called me either, even though he said he would.I would NEVER recommend Palm Harbor mobile homes from Corpus Christi Texas.

Friendly, but lack the ability to fulfill requests, such as refunds. Been waiting 3 weeks when I was told 3 to 5 days. Dont recommend giving these people money if you are also looking other places. Cause you wont get the money back in a timely manner.

General Manager, Demetri is absolutely the best! He took the time to listen to what we were needing and wanting and we felt he genuinely cared about us and our needs. He went above and beyond to help us with every single step in getting our home. From all the information on the house to helping after signing with paperwork for permits required by our city. We never felt like we were a number to the it that we were alone in this process even after his protion of the job was done. Thank you for everything you did and for making us feel at ease through all of this!

Wrost customer service. Dont buy from them if your credit is not excellent. I went a year ago and it was all good when i entered but after that day the guy that helped me (Ryan) never returned my phone calls never replied to my emails or nothing. If this person was so wanting to help me then he would of tried. But no he didnt. Dont waste your time or money on them. But you know what its ok for me I got my credit up and now Im buying my own house.

Dont buy from them. Our mobile home was purchased two years ago and was not worth the money we have purchased it for. Its been two years and a lot of things have fallen apart. It was built cheaply and it looks like they did it in a hurry. My mom purchased this home after hurricane Harvey and they robbed her of her money. This place will fall apart more within the next 5 years. The walls are caved in, most of the trimmings have come off and the most of the doors come off the hinges. No cabinet space, small closets and just no room to live. So much money invested in a place that doesnt provide a sense of home. Way overpriced. There is so much more things wrong with this mobile home its unbelievable especially after 2 years.

This place is great!!! What a great team that works here everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. They will get you the right place at a great budget! I worked with Ryan Rodriguez great guy! Even if he is off he will still talk to you about any and all things concerning the house! I highly recommend any of the sales people down at palm harbor homes!!

My husband and I purchased land after Harvey, after looking into building from scratch, we were put off on the prices and all it entailed. We started looking into modular homes because the prices were half the cost. We reached out via email to Palm Harbor to set an appointment to get more ideas and prices to see what we could afford. The day it fell on, they were short in the office so we met with the actual manager Demetri of Corpus Christi.Demetri was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on structure of the homes and all the pricing. Needless to say, after back and forth on our end with purchasing a bigger home vs a smaller home, Demetri was literally a phone call or text away and never hesitated to respond.After deciding our home and getting approved we were assigned to Crystal. She always responded via email in a timely manner (I had tons of questions and kept her busy) and was professional to the max! Amanda guided us when it was time to pick out all the colors and trim-work for the house as well as sign all the paperwork when it was time to close. Every encounter weve had with any employee has been the best experience!Even the waiting process for the home to be built was extremely short. They kept in touch with us throughout to update the house status. The only hiccup we ever had was when the house was delivered, our property was so soft from the rain and weather that it was a struggle to move on the land and had to wait until it was fully dried. Still it was moved with no damage and we should be getting the keys to move-in hopefully within the next 2 weeks! We are beyond excited and so grateful to have had the perfect experience, making a big purchase is very stressful as everyone knows and they eased as concerns smoothly! I recommend Palm Harbor in Corpus Christi 100% to anyone whos looking for the perfect home at an affordable price!!!

My husband and I debated for a long while rather to build or purchase a modular home. We decided to take a look at some modular dealers. Once we walked into Palm HarborOf Corpus Christi and walked through a few of their homes on their lot we felt very comfortable and positive in going that direction. After a couple of revisits and being matched up with Amanda as our sales person it just got better and better. Our process soon began, we were told the more changes and upgrades we made the longer the process could extend the build and delivery but they never discouraged us. When I sat down with the sales team and they walked me through my needs of the homes I felt better and excited to purchase one. As the process continues with the bank being so demanding Tammy and Elise were so wonderful calming down and reassuring me about the process. UPDATE: All started out great --- until we started having issues with our house. The once I treat my customers like family, we build a relationship with yall was now completely gone. Our phone calls were ignored and no one wanted to help us. So we had to take matters into our own hands - needless to say 9 months later we are STILL trying to get our AC issues handled that we have had a problem with since day 1. And this location has not helped us with it at all.Great experience! When we decided to start looking around at houses the first stop we made was Palm Harbor, ended up finding our home & started the entire process that day. Im so glad we did, they have been nothing but helpful, friendly, and answered all of our questions honestly. And got us into our new home within a few short months! If still unresolved will be getting lawyer!!Got my trailer on July 31, 2018 everything started out wonderful everyone was so nice and helpful but once that home got delivered it all went down hill, since day 1 the trailer has been unlevel but that is no longer on them that my home is now getting worse and leaning more. I officially moved into my trailer December 21,2018 that was on me but none of this is on me because I’m just now slowly finding out all of what is happening! I was also told it has to be off there property by a certain day even though I wasn’t fully ready for it to be delivered but I was being rushed and had to have it delivered before I was ready like they said I could take my time and it would be delivered when I got everything ready.My dishwasher still doesn’t work but it’s not on them it’s in warranty, my 3rd bedroom is incompletely between the closet and bedroom where the two halves meet is not finished so when you step on it, it hurts and you can see down the crack of it. My water heater didn’t work but again not on them i needed to call warranty, two of my wall outlets do not work but they just say hmm that’s weird called warranty. once they got there money they quit helping me. I was calling so much at one point they quit answering my calls, and would get an attitude with me. This last time I called, Elise tried saying it was my fault that my trailer is practically falling but I’ve told them since day one it wasn’t level but it’s my fault now. They told me to tell my bank BEFORE I WAS EVEN IN MY HOME that everything worked and was up to my standards because without that they couldn’t finish the paperwork. Worst decision ever I would not recommend palm harbor to anyone at all because now I’m stuck with thousands of dollars to fix a home that I think was a repo.

I called Palm Harbor looking for someone to relevel my home because of the storm. I talked to Ryan Rodriguez, a Sales Associate, and asked him if he can help me with this. I had no idea they didnt provide that service. Instead of just telling me they have nothing to do with releveling, he took his time to do research, make some phone calls and give me some contacts of companies that can help me out. All while I stayed on the phone with him. If THIS is not customer service, I dont know what is. Not many people out there will go above and beyond to help someone out like that. Worst place ever to buy a home from. Lies after lies i waited almost 8 months to recieve my home. They told me its coming next week then the week after and after and after. Calls were ignored just feeding me lie after lie to buy themselves time. When i finally recieved the home it had paint splattered on the walls on the outside, windows had paint splatters, trimming is the wrong color terrible job on the inside manager always seems to ignore my calls only does text very very unsatisfied with the over all outcome. The paint still hasnt even been fixed smh its already been 2 months I have to call almost everyday and find out when its getting fixed noone seems to have an answer still havent gotten my skirting just terrible overall

I went to go look at prices for manafatured homes the sales person named Steve was rude and took us straight to his office and just started shooting out numbers without even asking us what we wanted. We wanted to go take a look at some units but didnt even allow us to check them out basically just said you cant afford it. He pretty much talked us out of buying a home. Thanks Steve you actually saved us thousands of dollars not going with your company.
