Absolutely amazing group of employees and a well-run company! We performed a military move from Washington to Texas. The oleRRelo Group didnt handle the front end of the move, but the back end, and they did an amazing job. Not only did they unpack the truck and the boxes, but they helped assemble some of the furniture. Additionally, many things were damaged in the move. They snapped pictures (not just for me but for their sake as well) and sent me the pictures in the email so that we could process the claim faster and easier. They explained that theyre a local handler for the bigger United Van Lines; weve moved with UVL before and had a pleasant experience. The standards they have are much higher than everyone else in the industry, which is why ALL military moves need to be with UVL and their partners. I hope that whatever move you plan to do, whether military or civilian, utilize these guys and UVL. Thank you so much for your professionalism, knowledge and worth ethic. My only regret is that the pizza wasnt delivered for the delivery crew on time!
