Chris was great. Location is very clean and safe. He even signed me up for a protection package to insure my belongings . He was very knowledgeable and friendly . Great location . Cubesmart will always be my first choice from now on and I will recommend it to anyone I know . Great job Chris !

Water seeped into my unit through the ceiling. I notified the site manager who said they would fix it. They didnt, and I found the results 5 months later. Miraculously my mattress survived; clothes and some of the boxes were not as lucky. Luckily I also wasted my money on the available insurance, which does not cover water leaks.Additionally, the climate controlled units had pretty much the same climate as the rest of Corpus Christi, so I wouldnt recommend paying for that either.That all said, with the exception of the leakage, my experience was no less than I would expect; staff was friendly, getting access to the unit was easy.

I am very pleased with the staff I really looked forward to seeing and visiting with them each time I came to the storage unit .The facility is kept very clean and the staff goes above and beyond to make my experience with them exceptional, they make it very easy to choose and maintain the perfect size unit, the grounds are well lit and upkeep very clean, it’s close and convenient to home and work and well secure. If I ever have a problem or question the manager is always able to handle and take care of for me so I can go about my busy day which is Terrific as most facilities make you go online and do it yourself, I’ve grown to consider them almost family, we miss you too Dan . I would definitely rent space herr you can dine at Bob hall pier on the beach or just sneak away to beach if even for a minute ., great job guys and great location keep up the great work.

Expensive. CC business units can flood & some ceiling units leak that they wont cover. I wouldnt recommend.

Yall just cost be $200 in material fix your gate.

Got my stuff stolen out of my unit, over $2000 worth. They leave the coded gate open all day. Manager said they would review the tape, never heard back. When previous owners had it we had dumpster access, they took that away from us. Now we dont even have a trash can. In a business that strives to provide security and services this place has neither. I do like the location, close to my home but I would quickly move to another one if someone builds on North Padre.

Staff was very competent, explained everything, drove me to the unit (golf cart) to ensure it was what I wanted. Unit was clean and suitable for my needs. All terms were clear and there were no surprises within the charges - they were as quoted on the internet.The unit was very accessible, and the security was thorough. I’m very pleased with Cube-Smart on North Padre Island, Corpus Christi.

Got a great rate on a 10x10 unit. Unit is elevated about a foot or so from the ground on a cement slab which is a good idea on the island. All units have brand new doors. Unit we rented is dry and very clean.

The store manager was always very friendly & helpful. It was easy to pay bill online. Very good online support.

Ive been a customer here for 2 and a half years and the customer service is amazing. I accidentally left my keys in the lock, she pulled the keys for me and locked it up. Then notified me about it and held my keys safe. Thanks again

But they no longer have dumpster for your trash or access to fresh water to wash things off with other than that its ok.

Although they didnt have a storage unit for my motorcycle, the front desk guy was very helpful.

LESS THAN A !.Ha!..I see my husband posted for the first ROBBERY....We have now had our stuff stolen 2 times from here. Would never in a million years recommend this storage facility! Horrible Customer Service. Horrible Security! We have had this unit for 8 years!!! and never had this problem, ever. The girl even told me when I reported the first time that she was hearing that from a lot of the others who recently had stuff stolen. * That should have been my eye opener.I will never store at a Cube Smart Ever Again. Ill build my own before i do.

I went there to get a space for my 36 foot RV. The lady that helped me was Rebecca. Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and polite.

Roach infestation, raised prices during the pandemic.Ruined majority of items when they changed the doors, rust and burn holes on everything.

Although this storage facility claims to have gated access, a particular gate continuously has been broken. The latest time-frame is over 6 weeks which resulted in a brand new RV being stolen from the facility in broad daylight while manager on site.

Went in to get pricing for a unit, the staff was very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and showed me several different units. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the location.
