I have usually used U-Haul in the past, but with better rates and impeccable customer service; this Penske cannot beat. Lauren was an extremely huge help, any questions I had she immediately answered and overall left me very impressed. I would definitely recommend Penske over anything

I rented a 26’ truck with the car carrier for a PCS move to North Carolina and I couldn’t have been happier with the truck rental.My orders were very fluid and subsequently my plans were tentative and not set in stone until right before my move. Penske was very accommodating and worked with me to get my truck rental taken care of. They followed up with me several times, each time being very patient and understanding.Lauren Lopez was an absolute professional. Her people skills are amazing and she does her job with skill, care, and a can do attitude. Whatever I needed, she was there. She worked with me and always did so with consideration and a smile. She is the ultimate example of a customer service rock star. I called to see if I could pick the truck up a day early to beat the rain while packing and Lauren was quick to make it happen, which I really appreciated.On the day of pick up, Jose Martinez-Ramirez helped us with the truck, explaining the ins and outs, and getting the contract signed. He was also an absolute rock star. Jose was very personable, friendly, and easy to take to. He made pick up a breeze; really solid at his job and his people interactions.As for the equipment itself, I couldn’t have been happier. I needed every square foot of the 26’ truck, but it worked out! The truck was new and ran like a champion. The diesel was solid, provided great power, and ran really well. The car carrier was great, it was such a relief to be able to tow my truck.My experience with Penske could not have been better. From the customer service to the equipment, it was an awesome and seamless rental. I highly recommend Penske and this location specifically. Penske is lucky to have such great employees like Lauren and Jose!

Used to be a great place to do business. Now have lost their minds, just another company that bought ibto the covid hysteria to make transactions as inconvenient as possible.Closed Sundays. Cant go into the building. Used to be able to park your car get a truck then drop the truck off and get your car. Now they want you to park your car inside their gated area. They told me they will close the gates at 530 on a Wednesday and wont be able to get my car back until Friday so i have a grand total of four hours to move all the belongings in my house or I will be driving their penske truck to work for 2 days while my car is locked in their gate?!

So friendly, helpful and accommodating! Lauren was the agent who made my reservation and she was so efficient! The crew that was there for pick-up were just as great! I would highly recommend you visit this Penske on Bear Lane in Corpus for your next truck rental.

This place is AMAZING, they helped my boyfriend and I get a 16 foot truck and a vehicle transport for way lower than U-Haul. The U-Haul place was charging us 99 cents a mile on our 10 foot truck that was gonna be $590 NOT including the Vehicle Transport. Don’t use U-Haul!! Come to Penske and ask for Lauren Lopez! She’s so great!

Friendly staff got what I needed as far as a rental goes brought it in from San Antonio.Rental broke down within 4 hours of leaving, repair was made in a somewhat timely manner but the time wasted waiting cost me a day of driving.

Simply because the last two times I had to rent a truck the person who reviews it before grabbing it points to the report that does not have some defects that it is obvious that it does. And when I returned those same defects if I want to add them in the report and then charge them to my bank account. What I do now and I have been able to teach them is that when I go by the truck I also take a report from me that they also have to sign me and then if I put all the defects that I have found
