Fraudulent - back in 2019, attempted to pass synthetic blend oil as fully synthetic. Regardless of how negligible the difference is, I paid extra for synthetic; in fact, they attempted to charge me more for extra synthetic oil until I pointed out that I had come back a few minutes before I was supposed to and caught them on camera. If I had to engage in covert ops just to make sure Im getting the oil theyre asking me to pay for, I shudder to think what would have happened if I left something more expensive in their grasp.

These guys were cool until they put the wrong sized tires on my car. I enjoy adding air to my new tires twice a week. Expect me to pay $150 for your mistake? Anyways thanks for the horrible streched tires.

Great experience got my 2012 BMW for an oil service and brakes. Guys here were very friendly and fair price. will be back

The mechanics at North Bay Automotive saved my day. I broke down in the parking lot for Philz coffee (next parking lot away) but without any hesitation the mechanics physically pushed my car down the road to get it into the garage bay. I was expecting some outrageous quote to fix the car since I was down on my luck but that was not the case. The mechanics there were very honest and gave me a fair price. On top of that the car was fixed in less than a day. I have been to this place before and would definitely go back.

I went to these people with desperation and not in the best financial circumstances. They were beyond kind and understanding. I was and still am humbled by just how much compassion they showed me. I was taken care of with a smile and a handshake in addition I got my car fixed and was on my way. I will always come back here for everything car related. Did not hold up their end of the contract and held onto the deposit regardless. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Stay away.
