I recently was a customer to both Marin County locations of Toscalito Tire and Automotive and would gladly give more than a five star rating if I could. I honestly dont know how there are any negative reviews because I have nothing but good things to say about their establishment. I received top notch service and feel like they went above and beyond throughout the entire service experience. If the opportunity ever presents itself I would return to Toscalito Tire and Automotive no questions asked.

TOSCALITO TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR IN NOVATO IS THE RARE BUSINESS THAT CARES, TRULY, SINCERELY CARES. !! This shop was a dream to work with -- the people and what they do and how they follow up is explanatory TONY, is amazing, says it like it is, goes out of the way one when one is an emergency situation, which it was in my case. Totally key in fixing the situation, unbelievably honest, and communicates with his associate so there is no cross-communication, his names LEE. Thorough, Trustworthy and makes a not-wanted circumstance as good as it can be. I thought Tony was the owner, but was not. He took that much ownership, in which I assumed. Mr: Owner, you are SO fortunate to have these people working in a fashion that is as I say before, RARE. If there were more than 5 stars, Id give them 10+++++. Not just a long time local biz you can trust without worry, but the nicest and friendliest people, helpful, will always try to squeeze you in, in a pinch. Whats more ONLY SATURDAY PLACE, and they must grab so much biz from M-F shops, that never goes back. Thats me... and they not only saved us and made a big problem a tiny one, but it was actually an enjoyable errand to deal with! LOL I never thought Id say that. And it became one of our best days in recent memory!! LOL Thanks all!

These guys have bailed us out patching flats on my wifes car more than once. There are probably cheaper places in San Rafael for getting a plug installed but I feel more comfortable sending her here than taking a chance with one of the places off Francisco Blvd. Excellent service and honest, quick turn around.Thanks guys and well see you the next time we pick up a nail or screw!

Third time here within a few months. My first time I was not thrilled, mainly due to the cost. They took me in immediately to check my tire, which was losing air, but $55 for a 15 minute job of removing a nail is ridiculous. I have been back twice, however, because it is convenient to home, and each time has been a great experience. The employees are AWESOME, and I can see why people would want to come here for service, regardless of price.

Extraordinary service, couldnt have asked for more. Even when it didnt seem like I was going to use Toscalito for my new tires--and they knew it, they still insisted on taking tremendous time to educate me on the tire industry and provide pertinent information to the job--and make sure my car was safe. Superior service. Thank you, we will be returning and anytime Im asked about mechanics I recommend you guys. And I dont recommend lightly. Thank you again Toscalito!

Paul and his team were incredible. Paul Fong, Store manager/ Owner, he needs to change his attitude when it comes to business, he was not very patient, I saw him yelling at one of his desk workers for not moving a car, I don’t recommend this place just because of the owners attitude towards customers and workers in his shop.Hopefully he will change after this review.

Been going to this location of Toscalito for close to 20 years now. I trust Paul and team to do the right thing and have never been disappointed. Professional, timely and honest. what more could you ask for in auto service.

Honest team at this location, I would come here even if there is a toscalito closer to you. Two sets of tires, countless rotations and oil changes and one brake job and they have never let me down

Second time I have gotten a nail in one of my car tires. These guys are quick and get me back on the road in no time.

Very friendly and fast. Ive had my tires patched here a couple of times and got an oil change. I will continue going back.

Not great service. Expensive, not up front about whats going on, and slow. Tire repair went ok, but sitting in the waiting room for as long as I did, I saw practices that just feel like old school mechanics trying to pull one over on the dummies...
