I was told that I should do an engine flush for $50 dollars because I had gone 1000 miles too many (this was not true, I had only gone 200 miles above, the guy misread my old sticker, but that was a minor mistake). I had never heard of this and my mechanic friend said that changing the oil does a pretty good engine flush itself, so I decided not to do the flush. Afterwards I did some research on engine flushes, and found that they are controversial, and doing it depends on the age of the car, and how harsh of a driver you are (do your research). Then I bought the premium oil for 5,000 miles, but the new sticker I was given told me to come back after 3,000 miles. If I had not been paying attention (like most people) I would have been cheated out of 2,000 miles worth. The guy said it was because they put the manufacturer recommendation instead of what the oil is rated for, but thats not a good excuse. Every other time Ive been here I feel like Ive had good service, but I noticed all the employees are new, which made me think management might have changed as well. Please do your research when they offer you a special service, and make sure to double check their calculations. Otherwise, everyone was very nice and friendly. I would lean towards blaming management rather than the employees.

I like the way, they run things, friendly service, they dont push you in to buying something, you cant afford at that time,, I have been going there for years.

I appreciate the excellent service I was given, once I drove into the service bay. But, it was not fun to sit in my car, waiting my turn in line. Even with the windows down, for 30 minutes in 95 degree heat was unpleasant, because they had the lobby still closed due to Covid. Why is the lobby closed still? Most everyone has reopened the indoor/inside part of their business.

Checked all external lights, accepted my coupon (even tho it was for my husbands car) with no question for the oil change that was due in a few more miles, asked if I needed new wipers (they previously installed some for me). The guys call out to each other for safety and efficiency in an upbeat manner. They check up on each other and I like that. I was safe in my car the whole time and payment/sign-out was super quick. I was offered a free car wash--today or voucher for later.

I never thought I’d say this but I actually enjoy getting my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube location. They are always super courteous, incredibly efficient, and professional. A couple of weeks after my last oil change, I noticed a bit of a leak. When I came back to have them check on it, they diagnosed the problem and changed the itty bitty cracked drain plug gasket — at no charge. They even took the time to explain why the gasket cracked. All-in-all, a well managed store. Highly recommended!

Jiffy lube does a great job of oil and Floyd changes but spotting other issues is a bit of a challenge. Had a radiator leak that the finally found in my third visit. Still will get my oil changes there but leave the problems to a certified mechanic

With two cars in front of me it took 2.25 hours to get through and even then, they charged me for the car next to me. Once they were able to finally charge me for the right amount they couldnt get my miles sticker right after three tries we were able to get the correct miles. Unprofessional huge waste of time would rather go to any other oil changing facility than this one

The workers were very nice and seemed to do everything correct but as I got on the interstate my hood was bouncing up and down a bit and I had to stop at a gas station to close it as they forgot to close my hood properly and then a few minutes later my check engine light came on and it seemed to be coming from my air filter which they claimed looked good service was good just need to double check everything before they send people out

Great service and knowledge. The drive-in needs a little more signage as you have to wrap around the building to get in line but other than that, they have a good team working in there. I definitely trust them to work on my vehicle!

I have never been to a Jiffy Lube before, but when my splash shield was dragging on the ground, and as a clueless car owner, I didn’t k ow what to do, but they helped me so much, and told me exactly where to go and I got it fixed for free! The staff here were very kind to my son, patiently explaining all the services available for his first car. They showed him his air filter clean. They did attempt to upsell the oil but were not pushy at all. The carpet vacuum and car wash were nice touches. I think he will be back.

I don’t usually write reviews that often but the HONESTY in the people working there just melted my heart. They didn’t know I had just gotten some donations to cover my oil change because I couldn’t afford it and it kept telling me that it needs to be changed. Josh told me how it was just how my car was and I didn’t need an oil change right now.I only told him about my situation after he told me that, so it shows that these people really care about their customer. They aren’t there to make an extra buck off of people. I am happy because now I can spend the money on groceries that I needed.Josh deserves a raise or to be a manager of this place. I trust it enough to come back next time for all my car needs. If they offered insurance and other car assistance, I would even do business with them too. Felt like a brother helping a sister out and I am not that knowledgeable about car stuff. His honesty grew my trust in Jiffy Lube services. I hope to see more ofJosh characteristics in all of their areas. The rest of the staff were helpful and professional too, just didn’t get to ask for their name. Great service overall, highly recommend to others of all ages.

Super employees. Because of COVID, I stayed in car for distancing as they were quite busy. Despite the traffic, they had me in and out in a reasonable time. They did a very good job of customer engagement but were not overbearing. Unlike many of these types of business they did not offer a cheap service then try and upsell me to death. All the fluids were topped off free of charge, I even got a car wash at the end. I will be back.

Don’t go here. Some of the guys probably mean well but I will no longer go here because I was lied directly to my face by an employee. I was told my car had no oil, how does my car drive if it has no oil? Not possible, if you’re gonna bait unsuspecting drivers to get more money out of them TRY HARDER lol.

Good service down to detail. Jiffy Lube used to tout to me about their various services (and part replacements), which was a bit annoying. Now they seemed to have changed their manner by only offering/asking once about their suggested service/replacement, which I like very much. Quick and friendly service. Recommended.

Last minute need to recover my a/c refrigerant and they fit me in right away. I was back on my way within an hour. I gave 5 stars because of their prompt and convenient service; which is (unfortunately) becoming rarer these days. I would recommend you check them out when the need arises.

The employees at this Jiffy Lube are always rude and try to lie to me on upselling.The last time I went here, they told me that my old oil looked pretty good and the level was still full because they said it was high mileage and I should get high mileage again otherwise my dipstick would mot even read the next time I came in.My old oil was actually standard and not high mileage. I know what I put in my car but they lied to me to try to upsell me, assuming I am clueless. I also know how to check my oil and would top it off before my dipstick wouldnt read.If you want to be intimidated and treated rudely then this is the place for you! I take my business to Valvoline on Philomath Blvd because they are nicer and more respectful.

I enjoyed my visit here! Today was my first time at this location. With COVID-19, I remained in the car as they changed my oil. They were friendly and kind. They showed me my transmission oil, dark and burnt, and explained to me why it would be good to replace it. I appreciated their transparency. They also let me get my car washed, which has been on my to-do list. They had great service and I am happy I went here today!Also, shout out to Aaron who works there. His service and advice was much appreciated as well! :)

Went in for a long over due, oil change. From the moment I drove in, the person who greeted me was very friendly and saw me through the door. The ENTIRE team was extremely professional and friendly. Very professional, respectful, and thoughtful folks who do great work for a reasonable price - absolutely recommend! When I called them after having trouble getting an oil filter on during a fresh at-home oil change (having had my most recent oil change through Jiffy Lube 8 months prior), the manager came out to where my vehicle was within 20 minutes and fixed the problem on the spot, generously at no charge. Jiffy Lube has their customers backs and prioritize good service over money, a total no-brainer if youre looking for a dependable place to get an oil change.

These guys are great. I’m a repeat customer and I always feel like the gentlemen here have my back and are going to recommend the things I actually need. They consistently go above and beyond to give great service. 10/10

Came here regularly for 4 years. Good crew, always friendly and fast. Expect the standard upscale tactics, but nothing that deterred me from coming back.

NO TWO JIFFY LUBES ARE ALIKE! Terrible service! Ive gone to plenty of other Oregon Jiffy lubes but this one was the worst! I went in to get my oil levels checked and topped off and the employees lectured me about how I only get ONE top off (and other Jiffy lubes say that they can give me unlimited top offs). There were no other customers around and they seemed annoyed that I was stopping by.... I complained online and the manager had to lecture me about how to check my own oil or go to a service station.

They have shorter hours than Google says, and then they close 3 hours earlier than thier short hours. Go to Valvoline instead and skip these jokers.

Everything got changed as needed but they kept pressuring me to get other expensive services done that I couldnt afford. It got really annoying. They did give me a free car wash which was great and the manager was very friendly.

1 star review and here is why:Never run to the problem with this shop before until last oil change. Asked to fill up the air tires.Found later that one stem cap is missing and called them to find it. The guy who answered the call rejected to find my stem cap (special one) but would replace with regular one that they have. I do understand it.However, my stem cap is a special one and high cost. I wasn’t asking to buy me a new one, BUT ASKEED TO SEARCH FOR IT! Just in case if they forgot to put it on after filled the air.The guy who answered the phone rejected to find it. What kind of business is this!? Man, I just asked to find it if it is not there is totally fine but JUST SHOW that you CARE for the customers.THIS IS HOW you find out how the business is when you run into problem.Employees there are nice and friendly but not the guy who picked up the phone and pushed the responsibility away.AGAIN, at any cost, will NEVER take my car back and of course good luck with how you handle business.

Best experience with Jiffy Lube. My moms windshields went out when she was visiting me over the weekend and Jiffy Lube replaced her old ones in minutes. I went there for an oil change today and they did an excellent job in communicating with me in what kind of oil I should get and when I would need to come back for an oil change. I was able to be in and out of there in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend for all your car service needs!

I went by here because my window decided it did not want to roll up anymore, and it was 36 degrees outside...I was actually just going to see if they could direct me to a place that could help, but a man named Thomas helped me (he should get a raise!), and go rolled back up for me! Everyone working there is extremely kind and professional. Even when they are really busy they take their time with every customer. They will upsell every now and then, but it is usually because my car NEEDS it and they are not pushy about it.

These guys have been very good to me. They never rush to replace anything that doesnt need it and provide good feedback about the vehicle in general. They are always cheerful and welcoming, as well as quick to get you in and out in a hurry.

Went in for an oil change a month ago, everything seemed normal. Went on a short trip with a different vehicle and came home to oil all in my driveway. Brought the car back to the Jiffy Lube on 9th St Corvallis and they told me the oil pan plug bolt was cross threaded...........................................They literally told me I would have to go fix it. These people damaged my car to the point where I cannot even drive it, even took responsibility for it, and arent going to fix it??? Why would anyone take their car here????????

I went in for an oil change and expressly stated that I only wanted a basic oil change and nothing else. They proceeded to change my air filter and attempted to charge me for it. Will not be returning there the next time my car needs service.

Many of the reviews stated they were honest and didnt pressure...thats very important to me. Im happy to report that this was also the experience I had.The gentleman took the time to not simply tell but explain. He showed me a couple of filters and recommended I have them changed, but explained why. He also showed me the different maintenance messages that come up, but explained none of them were needed at this time.UPDATE:More than a year after this original posting and the 5-star rating is as applicable today as before. Ive now come in several times and have never felt uncomfortable or pressured. When things need to be changed, they speak up, and when they dont they are the first to say.
