Contacted the Ford dealership because one of my car door latches failed, which is a recall for my car. We had to schedule three weeks out, but when I dropped my car off and came back for it the next day, I found out they hadnt even started the repair. I didnt receive any kind of call or contact regarding them taking longer to complete the repair. I took my car back for the rest of the weekend, then dropped it back off Monday when they said they would have time for it. Overall poor communication and not very friendly or welcoming. Will not be going back and would not recommend to others.

Diagnosing problem costs 260 and they schedule you sometime a week later. They must be really good at what they are doing. 3 stars for honesty.

$228.00 for two hours of diagnostics on my 2004 Mountaineer that I had just purchased elsewhere and they did not notice the front drive line was missing. Not very impressing. Wont ever spend another cent there!
