These guys are awesome. We had a problem with a product we bought from them and they were super helpful and assisted with a replacement and warranty issue. I really appreciate this level of customer service and will be buying bike gear from them henceforth.

This is the best bike shop in town. The guys that fix bikes have worked there for many years, which tells you they know a lot and that its a good place to work. The only place I take my bike.

Good,, friendly place, great prices on bike service and good attitude toward the work. Can be a little disorganized at times. One time they called us to tell us that our bike was ready, but when we got there, they realized they wanted to fix a few more little things before handing the bike back to us, no extra charge. On the one hand, we appreciated it that they wanted to do these things, which we werent aware needed doing. On the other hand, if we were under time pressure, this couldve been an issue. Luckily, we had the whole day free and we were happy. All in all, I would recommend this place with the understanding that good work and good relations are a higher priority than clockwork efficiency.

They are the only bike shop in town in my opinion. The customized my bike and got it right fist time no readjusting.

Our go-to place for mountain biking stuff! The best thing about Corvallis Cyclery is how you can just show up with your bike, get it on the rack and fixed up right then and there. Best times to go are just before the lunch hour. Busiest times seem to be late afternoon. So be prepared! :)

Excellent customer service! I was going out of town and they squeezed my bike into their schedule and had it done within a few hours. The employees were friendly and explained everything really well. They have a good selection of accessories as well! I picked up some new lights while I was there.

The staff here are always very knowledgeable and helpful with any problems Ive had. The shop has a great selection of any part or component you could need and are more than willing to order the part for you. When it gets busy, there can sometimes be a wait for service, but the staff try their best to make sure youre helped in a timely fashion.

Dan was extremely helpful today, and saved me a good chunk of cash. I was surprised how quickly I was helped on a busy Saturday, and was impressed with the prompt service I received on what ended up being a $6 repair. Instead of automatically pushing for a $100 replacement part, Dan offered to attempt fixing the existing part. Within 15 minutes, I was walking out with a fully repaired bike ready to ride.Corvallis Cyclery will be getting my business from here on out. The service I received today was exceptional, and I highly recommend them.

Second time in shop. Nice guys but service is not very good. Last week dropped off tires to put new tubes,tires on. Told 20 min. Came back two hours later and still not started. Lost sale. Did tires myself

These guys have kept my bike up and running for my entire time at OSU. Theyve explained every repair theyve done in a way that does not require extensive bike literacy and have been straightforward about part options and cost. Overall great place and Im thankful for their help.

My son and I came in to inquire about costs for some minor repairs to his bike. The staff were courteous, and the price for parts and labor reasonable. We brought his bike in later that day and it was repaired in an hour.

I frequent all three of the bike shops in this vicinity, but Corvallis Cyclery gets my business more often than not. The staff is a bit more eager and helpful here; both other places Ive had to wait around to have a question answered or be helped.

Ive been bringing my bike here for years and I love totally trust them with my bike.

EDIT: I took the bike back in and they did a deep clean & replaced the pads for FREE. At least they stand by their work!I took my mountain bike to get the hydraulic brakes bled. Although they had a quick turn around time, they got oil on my front&back rotors generating a horrendous noise as soon as I exited the doors. Cleaned off with isopropyl alcohol in-store, but alas the oil is well into both pads. The time I thought I saved by taking it into the shop, Im now using to open up/clean my brakes because of their messy work.

Went in to get a new gooseneck and handlebars and Ben was so incredibly helpful and helped me fix my bike up right there! Put a front brake on and new goosenceck and handle bars. Thank you Ben if you ever see this ❤️❤️

Its difficult for me to call during business hours, so I sent Corvallis Cyclery an email (to the address listed on their website) inquiring about a Cannondale mountain bike. I waited a week or so but never received a response.I then sent a message via Facebook and received a prompt reply. They said theyd love to help me get the bike I wanted. They failed to mention that they did not have this bike or anything close to it.I drove the 45 miles one-way to the store to have a look, and not only did they not have something like what I was looking for, they had zero Cannondale mountain bikes.So this mindset of tell-them-anything-to-get-them-into-the-shop is what I have a problem with. Its misleading and unethical and I didnt appreciating wasting my time and burning gas to drive 90 miles for nothing.Maybe theyre nice folks and maybe they do good work, but this was definitely a very negative experience for me.

Used to go alot when i was younger because of their prices but will not go there anymore. Owner is rude and cocky, Purchased a bike innnertube from him that was defected and was leaking. Went to return it and was told that it was my fault and that inner tubes are rarely defective and it was due to the polymer tire levers used. Was told that you are never to use levers when installing tires. as he said that right next to him his employee sudjests to another customer that he should purchase tire levers for $5 and sell his the same tool the owner said that i shouldnt use. I get charged billed $5 for his time, I payed it because i can afford and will not be returning again
