If you are wise you will not use fedex EVER! I just figured out that fedex has been scamming me fedex has already been sued for this and lost ! But they are back up to there old tricks and doing it again scamming customers ive lost several hundreds of dollars until now ive finally realized what was going on ! Dont get scammed use ups or usps at least they arent lying to customers!!! A prime example my item weighed 7 lbs they said it weighed 20 and instead of 38 it 59 dollars this ads up and my scale is accurate they are lying 🤥 .

Store is very clean and organized. Staff was friendly. Pickup packages and send them. Print out pictures from phone. Buy cards and shipping supplies. You can also laminate things. Mechanic that also prints out big banners or posters. Also sells projects supplies and gifts. Needs more than one worker at counter.

Easy to see from Road. Plenty of parking with easy access. Clean organized Store. Friendly staff. Full printing service and shipping service.This is a FedEx office where you can do your own document preparation and printing. Looks like they have plenty of supplies.

Staff is friendly and helpful from the minute you walk in the door, even while on the phone with another customer, I was acknowledged.Assistance with the self print service saved me some time. I will definitely come here for my printing needs as other places in town seem too busy to even acknowledge youre in their store.

Dont go to the store. They will trick you. I go to the store several times but they always find excuse to charge me for package return. They have a low efficiency. You have to wait at least 20 min. Only 1 in front of you. They will say your package is not perfect and force you to spend money at the store. They want me to buy their box but I have one. They said my box was not perfect. They tried to charge me 14 dollars for package.

My experience is always 50-50. I either leave content or very upset. Saferrazza is the only employee with good customer service, that I have experienced. He is the best employee. Even if it is busy he always is calm and gracious. If they can’t do something he is tactful and apologizes. If you go in there make sure you go to him.

Visited this location on 4/10/18 with 17 packages to ship. The employee working refused to assist me stating that they were really busy and already had several packages waiting to go out. Luckily, she was eager to point me in the direction of the nearest UPS store, that was willing to help me and take the $624 that it cost to ship all 17 packages.

Amazing customer service . I had a small project but needed advice as to the best way to proceed. I had several alternatives presented and found the best solution and a great deal of help along with it. Absolutely #1 on my list.

The wait can be long if you go in at certain times; weekends, lunch breaks, after 5pm. Ive learned to go in between those times as to avoid a 20 minute wait.Customer service can be great, from drop offs, to packaging, to assisting with printing. Only on one occasion was I ignored while the staff chatted to one another about life; 1-2 minute wait.Overall I prefer to use FedEx over UPS - often cheaper and the staff is much more friendly.

I have done a lot of printing with the Corvallis Fed-Ex. I have been extremely happy, I usually work with Debbie or Karen and they are the best. Good quality, fast and friendly service. I trust them to do a great job.

This place charges the highest rates for printing in town, and seem to have frequent system issues where things are not working. Hit-or-miss customer service when you have a problem. They are happy to overcharge you here. Lots of better options in Corvallis for copy and print services.

Worst Fedex ever!! Will never go there again. A company I purchased an item from had it sent to this Fedex to hold item for me. Went in with paperwork and ID and they refused to have me pick it up. They also stated they were sending it back today. It was in my name and I had ID/ paperwork. I now contacted that company I purchased the item from to reroute it and they will send the item to my house. What a hassle! There is a reason this Fedex has so many bad reviews (plain out bad service)!

I never review anything, but the customer service here warrants it! Saferrazza offered amazing service while working alone during a busy hour and handled several customer issues with ease. I left there with a smile on my face!

They have a great employee who multitasks amazingly on this super busy Sunday (12/02/2018). I hope they promote him to manager. He deserves it!

I was at home when the shipper came, but he did not knock on my door, or at least try to call me. Instead, it was signed and received by a stranger. The package has never reached me. This has never happened to me with other carriers.

Terrible customer service. I was struggling with trying to print photos from my phone today for at least one half hour. There were two employees in the store. They did not offer to help and did not respond when I motioned that I needed help. I went to BiMart

I use the UPS store on Philomath Highway and always have excellent service with friendly and accommodating staff. Packages arrive on or before their estimated arrive date. Tracking is easy.

I have to admit, I was not happy about waiting so long. But they did give me my item and cared about the security of said items. So I guess it was good overall.

They could not be any slower, took over a hour to get 1 package sent out and Tara would interupt when answering any questions, they were nice and all but not professional at all

I paid extra money for overnight delivery from Oregon to Washington of wedding pictures of deceased grandparents and grandmas jewelry to be worn by the bride) requested for a family wedding. I dropped it off at 12:30pm and they assured me the 10 pound package would arrive by 10:30am the next day. I paid $145 for service. I just checked the tracking number and the package is in Memphis-flippin-Tennesee! It wont arrive until tomorrow. The wedding is in 2 hours and is now ruined because of FedEx!They dont tell you everything has to go through Memphis, even if youre shipping to the next bloody state. I called Customer Assistance, got connected to Danielle, who put me on hold and then disconnected. I called back and spoke to Mandy who acted like I should have known better to expect overnight delivery when I paid for it. Finally, I called the FedEx from where I shipped the package and of course, all they wanted to do was to give me the 800 number. I will never use FedEx again. You ruined a wedding, FedEx. You suck.

Staff is fairly helpful. Machines are a little dated, and setup weird. However, they have a lot of work space, and I save a lot of money going here and printing and cutting myself.

Very rude and poor service, on both of my last 2 visits. How do they stay in business? Their management is no better than their employees. I felt that they were also dishonest in their charges. If I have to use FedEx again, I will travel further to a different store to avoid their rudeness and incompetence!

I have only ever used this to drop off packages, but the workers are always fast and happy.

I had to pay for six sheets of laminate and there was just two clerks in the store. One lady decided to ring up the guy behind me, who had two laminates. She ignored the fact that I protested I was there first and I ONLY had to pay for laminates too. When she finally got to me 10 minutes later, she made some lame comment about missing the fact I was in line before that other guy. Horrible customer service and slow as hell. I waited in line for 15 minutes to pay for some lousy quality laminates. If you feel like you have a lot of time to waste, this will be the place for you.

Use them regularly for work and they are always friendly, fast and accurate, and willing to redo things when they dont come out properly.

Always understaffed. There is usually 1 person taking care of everything. Often grumpy. Who can blame them?

I tried to ship an item that I ship all the time from postal connections at this place. I walked in and was not even greeted by the two ladies working. I proceeded to ask the lady if I could ship my item and she said ya for $20 plus $5 for me to package it, plus the box and so on(she didnt even enter it in the computer just gave me a ridiculous price) . I laughed and asked if she was serious because I typically ship this item for less than $4 at postal connection with box and all. She got all rude and short with me. I asked about the flat rate boxes that were $4.99, since my item is smaller than most cell phones, and her response was those are not like flat rate boxes, they are way too complicated to explain. At the point I came to the conclusion she just didnt want to help me. I work in commission sales and if anyone of my employees acted like this old lady I would fire them instantly. This happened on 12/2/2013 at around 630-7pm

Didnt even try to help sent me straight to self service.

Worst service ever. Was told my fedex previous day they would have my package in the morning, yet the lady told me my tracking number did not exist. Looks like she didnt even look up the tracking number because when I called corporate fedex they found that my package was at this location. The main lady with the glasses and short hair, never ask for her help because she doesnt want to help.

One person whoring the whole place on Saturday... took 30+ minutes just to pick up a package. 0/5 would never ship anything here again.

Nice people, but the shipping time is always wrong. If they say it will arrive by Thursday, then it wont arrive till Friday or Saturday.

Get faster internet.

FedEx somehow is incompetent at connecting a package to its recipient.
