Generally not one to complain, but this one was a bit excessive. Purchased two new iPhones and was told I would need to sign for them at delivery. The driver left the packages on our doorstep while I was at work.I received notification of the delivery which also stated I signed for them, which of course isn’t true since I wasn’t home. My wife retrieved the packages, one intact and the other....well not so much. I figured the driver didn’t want to address the damaged package so didn’t request the signature delivery.Called FedEx and they wouldn’t take my complaint just told me to contact my cell career to request they file a claim. Cell company took care of me, not so much from FedEx.Like I said don’t complain often, but sure seems like someone dropped the ball here and didn’t want to be confronted about the damage.

I received a package today that was a gift. The delivery guy knocked on my door and I grabbed the package immediately. When I was opening the package I realized that it had already been opened and my hydro flask was stolen out of it. Maybe hire employees who don’t steal people’s packages?! Not happy with the delivery service. Called the 1-800 number and filled the report. Never using fed ex again

Extremely poor service.Driver would not deliver this package to the house. This was my Husbands Chemo Medicine and had to be delivered within 24 hours. Its been 3 days now an I have to go to Corvallis, Oregon to pick it up. For them to schedule another delivery it will be another 2 or 3 days. They will not give me a Supervisors Phone Number.
Its always pretty fast & its wonderful to deal with actual FedEx employees.

I paid $30 dollars to make sure I would get a package sent Thursday from the midwest to me the next day. It was sent it at 9 a.m., youd think it would make it ... nope. Fedex and specifically this office really messed things up for me. The package didnt make it to this office until Saturday. Okay, thats not this offices fault, but they still really made a mess. I called Fed-ex and tried to find anyway to get the thing: Saturday delivery, pick-up, whatever. Yet, even though it was at my local Fed-ex I was out of luck. The person who could give the package to me apparently wasnt in, and wont be until Tuesday. I guess fetching packages isnt something just anyone can do. In fairness Monday is labor day, but nonetheless getting an overnight shipment should not take five days.
Ive always liked this center for quick shipping. I dont think Ive ever had to wait more that 2 minutes here.
Terrible customer service and delivery date was pushed back two days. I will not be using fedex again unless there is no other option.

Fedex shipping is sucks. They just leave the paper in the front door of the building, but people in the office are kind of nice.

Did not deliver my WalMart purchase. Took it back to the office. BAD COMPANY. Filing BBB Complaint.
Just know that if you drive during your lunch period they are closed everyday from 1-2pm though nothing is published at this time to show
