Abysmal customer service!To begin with, two of the frozen yogurt flavors were completely out, They didnt even have a card in place for them. To make The selection of choice even worse two of the other flavors had also ran out and barely had a dribble if anything coming out of them.When we get to the front counter I nicely told the girl working there that four the yogurts were out and they didnt even have anything that had any chocolate in it.She absolutely could have cared less. My partner and I were both shocked by the lack of customer service.To make matters worse none of the flavors that were available were even memorable. They barely met minimum requirements and at a premium price.We were both commenting, why didnt we just go to the grocery store across the street We could have got an entire tub of frozen yogurt that would have tasted better at less than the price of one of the yogurts that we bought.With two competing yogurt stores just a block away, We definitely will not be returning to yogurtland ever.

Good flavors available, service was great. They are doing sample cups again which is great. Gave us a plastic glove for covid. The fruit toppings looked fresh. Lots of parking. Bathroom was clean.

Although pricey (average for a small cup and 2 toppings is $6+), the yogurt is good and the flavors and toppings are unique and fun

I usually love Yogurtland. It seems like this location has cheapened there product by adding more water or something like that. Instead of the creamy yogurt that Im used to, it tasted like a frozen ice dessert.This location is banned from my places to go.

I loved this place, tons of flavors and all kinds of toppings to choose from both healthy and not! They have high standards in place for customer safety and cleanliness. The service was excellent and came with a smile 😊

Well, it’s a month later, the sign on the door says we’re open but at 9:35 PM they are closed. You should change the times you’re open on Google to something more accurate.They closed early; sign still says they’re open but the doors are locked.

Every time I go here I get an upset stomach. I dont know maybe theyre not cleaning their machines all the way or maybe things are just sitting too long. Personally I dont really care for places like this Id rather just go buy my own yogurt frozen yogurt at the grocery store or at a specialty store seems like this place is like this ---things tend to Fester especially because you have a bunch of teenagers running or managing this place and they dont really pay attention to things(health related liabilities & health code regulations) like this its a nice place its kept well its clean and tidy but I really dont like leaving knowing well as it tastes good now and Im going to feel sick later or whatever so I dont know what the deal is I personally think you should just go to the market by your own frozen yogurt better still make it yourself save a few bucks and you wont have any questions in the morning when you wake up!

We usually go to the Yogurtland on Baker near Harbor, and this one doesnt compare. 3 of the yogurts came out watery, toppings were limited, melted yogurt was left on the scale, and i couldnt set my purse down to pay because the counter was a sticky mess. Try the one on Baker. Friendly young kids working and keeping it very clean!

Good yogurt of you get the right flavor. Some of them did not taste like the flavor they were supposed to be.

I love the froyo but the prices are getting a bit high. I believe it was 49 cents an ounce. Always good and great service though.

Long line! Inside is pretty small and has two person seating places. I gave it 4/5 because I was disappointed that they didnt have the option to choose the ice cream between the macaroons. Either way I got the Fruit Loops and it was amazing! They also have other options of making ice cream sandwiches between two cookies but I had never seen ice cream between macaroons. Loved mine it was so moist! Definitely will be back to try the sandwich options as well as other deserts that they have in their baked section staff is friendly and polite, not too expensive either!

I spent $35 on froyo and the girl at the register (who would rather be smoking weed with her boyfriend who happened to be at the table by the register) wants to argue about how many plastic spoons I needed (5 cups should get 5 spoons right? ) BTW, they were out of at least 4 flavors, 3 of which we wanted.......

Unbelievably delicious and unbelievably overpriced even go in there with a buy one get one free coupon each yogurt still kind of expensive at that rate as in like $8 each with a buy-one-get-one-free coupon already factored in so they would have been like 15 or so without that and dont get me wrong they have some unbelievably good flavors and very unique ones and this place is definitely a treat staff is not always the nicest Ive noticed though however this location on 17th Street is generally better than the other places and their employees are noticeably nicer

If you feel the more the merrier, then you will appreciate this locations 12 flavor options. The machines are in a straight line with a large aisle--thank goodness! Some locations have terrible floorplans that get impossibly congested during peak times, but thats not a problem here.

I seriously go too this place way too often. They have toppings I love and great variety of frozen yogurt flavors. Staff is always friendly.

Lots of flavors, maybe too many toppings to choose from and youre welcome to sample the yogurt choices before creating your masterpiece. If they kept peanut butter on tap permanently, theyd get that 5th star.
