Right off the bat. I knew those men were ready to go to work. They checked my air in every tire and made sure it was at the right level. I was greeted comfortably. I was showed my air filter and thank God that they did. The work was done in a timely manor. But most importantly I felt safe with the quality of my car. I will return. Thanks again

I dont normally write Google reviews but I am impressed enough by my experience with this business that I feel they deserve the good press. Wow, what can I say. My sister and I arrived on a weekday an we were greeted by a very politegentleman who introduced himself as Matt.I thought he was the manager or owner, because he was so friendly and professional. The other young man was very polite and informed me about a few basic items that my car needed (nothing outrageous, just wipers and a tire rotation) I think he was also the technician. They were busy but very very efficient, helpful, professional and friendly.. This is a great crew and overall I was actually in better spirits afterwards, due to the friendly atmosphere and knowing my car was in better condition after leaving lol. If I could give more stars, I would. Many thanks to Matt and Jiffy Lube. Great job, guys!!! I will definitely be back.

Do not come here. The techs did not secure my protective plate after performing an oil change. This resulted in it dragging at high speeds on the highway, damaging it. This also created dangerous cirumstances for me and other drivers. Also, the oil they put in my car came from a dirty jug, the same ones they drain the dirty oil into when replacing it. When I questioned them, they assured me the oil should not be coming from the oil dispensing pumps hanging from the ceiling but rather the dirty jug...yeah, right! Lastly, when I arrived the tech told me the cheapest service would be $99 to which another tech had to correct him and tell him it was actually around $79. This was an older gentleman who I believe was intentionally telling me a higher price than what was available. Negligent scammers at this location.

I had my oil changed here on 06/25/2021. As time went on I noticed oil leaking from my oil filter. My schedule is very busy and today was the first chance I had to go back. 09/26/2021, I was told by the guy that I was rude, I had to explain the problem, I already had done that and that I needed to ask him to fix it. I was also told it was first come first serve but they had at least one empty bay. Ive sent an email to corporate concerning this matter. In 40 years of driving Ive never been to a Jiffy Lube. Ill never go back, to anyone of them.

They were so quick to take care of my brake pads. I had bought my own for the front but they tried me that the existing ones were in great condition and suggested I return the parts I had bought. (They could have done the work and charged me and I would never have known.) They showed me my missing rear brake pads and changed them while I waited. Everywhere else I went wanted to keep my car all day! They were courteous and friendly, and one team member even gave my kids a snack!

Horrible horrible horrible. First off I went in for an oil change, from their they talked me into a tire rotation, which wasnt needed but they insisted it did. Then oh so conviently they saw my rear brakes were on the last of their life,... okay your the mechanic I believed them had them fix rear brakes. Next cody comes in saying oh your air filter is extremely dirty needs replaced. Soo I paid for that also... a week later I took into midas for a shaking come to find out a wire was pinched between the brake and rotor. Now Im at midas for a starter and they see that I HAVE NO AIR FILETRR IN MAY CAR. SO YOU REMOVE SOMEONES AIR FILTER CAUSE IT WAS SO DORTY AND DONT REPLACE UT?!?! NEVEAGAIN WILL I GO HERE!!

This team is always polite, kind, funny and knowledgable! They always treat me as if I am a relative or friend that they want to do the best they can for.

The guys are always great! They get you in and out quickly and if you live on the run like I do, it makes it worth the money. If you go here regularly, you will get coupons in the mail for of certain services, which is always nice!

Left Hyvee pharmacy after filling my Hydrocodone prescription. Left them in my truck glove box that locks. Employee unlocked and opened it to check cabin airfilter but also decided to pocket 29 pills of my hydrocodone.I notified the manager before I left the parking lot and gave them a chance to make it right. Nobody would own it so I filed a police report.Police pulled footage of two employees working on my vehicle and couldnt prove onenof them took my medicine but the guy that got in my glove box went into the basement right after he was in it.Manager said I couldnt prove it and he did nothing to make it right. The police looked up the employees past addresses and realized he was friends of the manager and they lived together at one point and the other guy in my vehicle was the managers family as well...Been going here for years with no issues until my medication was stolen. Way to serve a disabled vet....

They gave me a good price and took care of everything very quickly. Not a single one of them had an attitude even when my vehicle gave them a bit if a challenge.

I went for a quick oil change in the fall of 2020. They had me come out to the garage and touch the inside of my wheel to show me that I really needed new brakes. I said no thank you to the $300+ expense. Its now Feb. 2021 and I just got my brakes checked today by a mechanic and he said my brakes are absolutely fine and that my car is in great shape. I will not return to this location. What a scam!

This was the fastest most easiest oil change I have gotten. The staff was super friendly & made sure they explained everything to me in detail they even offered to vacuum out my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place I was in and out of there within like 5-10 minutes. Amazing !!

Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Everyone was so kind! Jake and Cody worked with me and explained things in detail. I went there on Saturday for a basic oil change and paid 115.00 they said it was because my car required a “special oil” penzoil. By the time I left my check engine light had come on so I took it to my mechanic who stated that the oil was black and I needed an oil change and showed me the oil from the dipstick which was super black! Not only that the air filter was missing. So we took it back to Jiffy Lube to let them know the oil was not changed and the air filter was gone and the assembly was now broken. The response from the manager was that they did change the oil and in cars like mine the oil turns black right away (at this point I had only drove it for 100 miles) as far as the air filter he stated that they do not take off the covers even though on the invoice it said that it was checked. Long story short they will be turned in to bbb after I get my oil redone and I drive it 100 miles to test there explanation. Either way do not go here!!!Response 10/16/18: I told you who the mechanic was all you stated was that you do not know him. We clearly showed you that the oil was dark and you stated that oil changes black right away do you really need a mechanic for that??? When you guys were doing the oil change? Also we showed the assembly to the motor was broken and the air filter was gone. I only drove it for 125 miles.10/20/18 Just got the oil changed I have the receipt to prove it, you can clearly see that it was not changed. (This will be reported to the corporate office)

We went to the Jiffy Lube on West Broadway in Council Bluffs today to get an oil change. We were out of there in less than 20 mins, and got an oil change, new oil filter, new air filter, and all fluids checked and topped off. Great service from Brandon, Cecilio, Todd, Cody and Alex. Friendly and helpful, but didnt try to up-sell us, which we really appreciated, since we are an older couple with limited income. Great team. Professional and eager to please. Oh, I almost forgot. They even cleaned our windows on the outside, which really needed that bit of TLC. Thank you guys!

Fast detailed service. They recommended the extras that needed done (which in my case was air and cabin filters that were in a deplorable condition).Expensive? Depends on how you look at it. Sure, I could do an oil change in my driveway for 25 bucks. But they serviced both my vehicles in under an hour including my drive and wait time. I didnt have to go to the parts store, jack up vehicles, clean up any mess, or dispose of used oil. Money well spent the way I look at it.

Everyone here is very friendly and cordial and my car was serviced very quickly.However, I went there by myself and I feel I was really taken advantage of. Admittedly it is partially my fault for not knowing more about my car, but I had gone in with the hope that the people I was working with would be honest.I told them I was just there for an oil change and they then tried to sell me a tire rotation, a new light, flush my break lines, a fuel filter (which I recently had replaced), a cabin filter, an air filter, battery cleaning, and windshield wipers. I needed a new air filter and windshield wipers so I agreed to that. I drive an older car and was also only offered their most expensive synthetic oils which are not required for my car. I was given the option to choose the oil I wanted, which ranged in price from $75-$99.I said specifically that I did not want the battery cleaned as the battery is at most two weeks old. They put it on my bill anyway and said they would take it off at the end. At the end they took $30 off the bill, but $20 of that was just to negate the battery cleaning fee that I asked not be on the bill in the first place. I also tried to use a coupon for $18 off the oil change, but he declined it because he was giving me the $30 coupon. After taking the battery cleaning off (which again I did not want) I only got a $10 discount.They also put the wrong weight of oil on my car, it will still run of course, but for $99 I would hope to get the right stuff.As I left the gentleman was trying to assure me what a good deal he had given me, as I think he knew I wasnt convinced.Nice people, but definitely willing to take advantage of you if you look vulnerable.

I was there 12/14/19. They were quick, friendly, and professional. But what really impressed me was their integrity. As I waited, one of the guys came in and told another customer it had only been 1400 miles since his last oil change and asked if he was sure he wanted another done so soon. Wow! That’s the kind of honesty I want in the person servicing my car.

They were very nice and kind. I went in for an oil change but they told me other things that should be done, I found it handy even though I only had enough money for an oil change. Its also my first time here and I am very impressed with everything. I will be coming back for sure!

Went to get oil changed in my truck. $135.00. I can get my oil changed for $70.00 at any other place. Will never go back. They did give me a coupon for 20 so I still paid over $100.00 for an oil change.People were nice and try to sell you things you don’t need but that is all a part of it.

As soon as I pulled in I felt welcomed, I was greeted and asked which services I was needing. I was shown to the lobby and offered a warm cup of coffee. Cabin and air filters were inspected and replaced on the spot. As soon as my vehicle was returned it was vacuumed and spot free, essentially better than I left it!
