We bought a new Subaru Outback from Edwards in 2017. That experience was fine. We purchased the interior protection package and additional oil changes at that time and soon started regretting ever crossing the river.Long story short, after Edwards lost their Subaru dealership and several bad experiences with Edwards’ service, we prefer to take our car to Yecks in Bellevue for everything it needs.I thought I’d try Edwards again since we still had 2 prepaid oil changes that apparently expire at 5 years. We took the car in for an oil change on Saturday, September 25, 2021. We dropped it off at 9:00, they said it’s be done by 10:30. They called once and tried to sell me 2 filter for $100. The cabin filter is $8 online and my engine filter is washable. Typical dealership BS.I stopped over at 10:50 hoping the car would be done since no one called; it was done. We noticed they attempted to “wash” the car. See pic. Several new scratches and heavy rub marks, no extra charge!?! I didn’t notice the scratches until noon on Monday when the sun was on it. Who rubs a dirty car with a wet rag?!?I stopped by over lunch to show them their work but the service manager was out. They offered to wash it again but couldn’t do anything about the scratches. I didn’t have time and I didn’t trust them to do any better. I asked to have the service manager call me when she got back. No one called. No one called the next day either. Service manager Amy did call on Wednesday and offered another car wash.I’ll lose my last prepaid oil change by never going back there, but we’re better off.
On October 21st I had some factory recall work done on my 2020 Tucson. I really appreciate Tiffany for scheduling my service and coordinating it all. If I was still single, Id take her out to dinner! She is wonderful!
The car was dropped off to fix a paint issue where defective paint/primer was used, and they only fixed 3 areas, not the whole car. This was over half a year in just getting it approved. The paint didnt match. I got the car back with footprints, powder, paint chips all over inside. This isnt even going into what looks like damage to the front bumper that happened in their care...I dont know who is leaving positive reviews, because with the half a year plus I have been working just to get them to help with the paint issue, now the condition the car came back to me in, I cant see how theyd even have 2 stars.On Facebook they have their page set that only positive reviews get to set star ratings, so good on Google for letting them get a more honest score.
Just recently bought a new car from Edwards Hyundai and I have to say it was hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. This is my fourth car as an adult and I have always walked away feeling like I was a little ripped off, but not this time! Andy was my salesman and he was so nice and met every one of my expectations. I came in with very specific requests and they were able to accomplish all of it. The finance guy, I feel terrible I can’t remember his name, was also great! He let me know what different package options I had but wasn’t pushy trying to upsell me. I felt like he really was trying to give me a DEAL! I recommend Edwards Hyundai to everyone looking to buy a new car! I will definitely be referring everyone I know! If I could give them more than five stars I would!

They low-balled me on selling them my used Hyundai. I went to the next dealer and was offered $4,000 higher. The other dealer also did not force me to come in just to get a ballpark number. I’ve leased and bought from Hyundai and the value wasn’t bad, but nothing stood out until this experience.
If I could give negative or zero stars, I would. Two years ago we bought a used car from them and paid A LOT to get the extended warranty. Everything was fine until we needed the car serviced. Since then it had been complete hell. When we take it in to get services it takes them at least 3 weeks to do minor repairs, during which time they DO NOT communicate. I consistently had to call them for updates, usually getting someone that said someone else would call me back when they were available, and they never did. They have a vary not my problem attitude especially Amy. They didnt even call to tell us that our car had been sent to a different facility to receive work. This is the final time we will be dealing with them. Our car has been with them for over 6 weeks and there is still no need in sight. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else. Edwards Hyundai is the most unprofessional, shady, and tacky car dealerships I have ever worked with.
Plain lack of business ethic and straight dishonesty, we intended to buy a brand new vehicle which was never delivered that was over 6 months ago, we got sick of waiting with out any courtesy call or note or anything ever, we are requesting our money back because they secure their transmission by collecting money from us... after a long wait (over 6 months) now they are not returning our money... they think they are going to get away with that but they are about to find out that they will not.

Bait and switch, steer clear typical dealership antics. Dealership contacted me through text on a 2021 Accent. Offered vehicle at $16k plus $180 doc fee. Being Im a Honda guy and never driven a Hyundai I stopped at the dealership after work, looked and test drove the vehicle. Tim Martin of the dealership quoted me a price of $14,270 - $500 1st responder discount, total of $13,770 plus $180 doc fee. This was with a trade of my 2002 Saturn Sl2 with 230k miles for a trade rebate of $2500. I explained to Tim that my vehicle wasnt worth that much as the vehicle was not there at the time for them to view. He stated that if I bring the vehicle in, I will honor the deal. To which I asked him again and explained I didnt want something else and to make sure he would honor that price. He AGAIN stated he would.He said he would work the deal out and call me back. He did in about 10 minutes only to tell me that he could NOT honor the deal. He stated that his sales manager said he had previously worked out a deal with me....through text apparently. I asked him if he did not say that he would honor this deal before I left which he said he did, but that he had to go above to get it approved.What it boils down to is that Tim is not a man of his word and these are typical bait and switch sales tactics that POOR dealerships use. You honor what you wrote down and stated!!
Edwards Hyundai had the Sonata Limited that I was looking for on their lot! Tim and all the staff made me feel welcome, answered my questions, and showed me how to use the technology. Everyone I had contact with was very professional, respectful, and considerate as we worked from introduction through the final paperwork. The price and terms were within my planned budget and I love the driving experience that this Sonata provides. Its very true....It pays to cross the bridge!
My salesperson Dan H. was awesome. He was super patient and helpful throughout the whole shopping process. I am giving this review 4 stars because my father and I had a poor experience with the finance guy that was assigned to us. Without Dan as my salesman, this review would probably go down to a 2 out of 5- thank you for everything Dan! My family purchased 2 vehicles fro Edward’s Hyundai in 8 months. Our sales guy was so amazing we were planning on buying 2 more from him over the next 18 months. I like the fact their auto group has pretty much any make and model I might want. I ran into an issue scheduling the 2021 Tuscon in for its very first service. Ended up talking to a receptionist, the service manager and finally the general manager, who told me to take my business elsewhere. So I will. We only spent $38,000. 🤔
I purchased Santa Fe vehicle is a good vehicle when we purchased it they talked us in to wheel tire and paint protection told there is nothing it will not cover. After purchasing the car we get home and got a call from the guy that introduced the plan to us told us do not purchase it it’s a fraud. So out of courtesy I called to ask the next morning talked to the manager he assured me that the coverage was good. So guess what long behold we have to use the protection only for them to say oh that is not covered. So I said the manager assured me everything is covered. Well it is not being fixed so I have bought 3 cars from them this will be the last and that is a guarantee. BUYER BEWARE
Have nothing but the best to say about this company and its employees and general manager!! Just brought my daughter in for her first car loan and they were extremely caring and understanding of her situation. There was some complication with the bank and they went over and beyond what any other dealership would do to make the deal happen for her!!! They turned a potential disaster experience into a memorable first time buying experience and I cant express my gratitude enough. I would highly recommend if you are looking or thinking about getting a new car give these guys a look first and you will not be disappointed!!!

DO NOT GO here for repairs. Consider them as a last resort. I paid freaking $289 for just ONE tire sensor. And they takes nearly 3 HOURS to replace ONE TIRE SENSOR!!!EDIT: THEY TOOK MORE THAN 4 HOURS

When we arrived, Andy was very thorough and even had a vehicle pulled up for us ready to go.I was very hesitant working with any dealerships after the last couple of experiences. My wife’s first car from Edwards was great and was no hassle at all, so I don’t know why we didn’t come to Edwards in the first place.After this last purchase, I am sold on Edwards and their dealerships and they won my business for the foreseeable future.

I bought my Journey, Dodge 9 months ago and is at the service dept. With some transmission problem. I dont have an extra car to go to work. I contacted the dealer to borrow a car and they stated: No having extra cars, only 28 cars and all are out. No willing to paid for a rental car. I dont know how Im going go back to work for two week because the service dept. Dont have any appt. Until May 11th. So, tell me what to do! SUPER bad customer service!

This is my first time using the service center at Edwards Hyundai, and I was very pleased. Everyone was attentive and easy to work with. They suggested and set up curbside pick up for my vehicle after service was complete, due to social distancing, as I am currently high risk during the pandemic. Everyone was polite and helpful. Take your car somewhere else for repairs. They had my car for almost 2 weeks, assured me there were no other repairs needed, and yet they still didnt fix the problem that I took it in for in the first place. Not only that, they pieced out my strut parts to fix costing me over $1k, rather than replacing the entire strut which would have been covered and only $100 deductible. Shady.
Staff was excellent and very helpful. Knowledgeable about their stock and friendly. Dylan Muse and Mike did what they could and made the deal work for our budget without being pushy. Of course there was some selling, but thats their job. No pushback on not going with some options. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at Edwards made it very clear right away that they were willing to do whatever it takes to help me. Not only did they work to get me into a new car, but into a car I actually wanted. My wife bought a new 2020 Hyundai from Edwards,within a week she noticed a slight clunking sound from the right front when making right turns.she texted to guy at Edwards that sold her the car and told him.That week my wife was having surgery so she planned on taking to the dealership after her surgery.About 3 days after her surgery she felt ok to drive so she ran to Walmart and on the way home she was following around the curve by Casey’s on 23rd ave and the car pulled her to the right and made her run into the curb.it bent a strut and popped the tire...we had the tire fixed and then sent it to Edwards for repairs....They was not interested in all of the fact that the driver assist pulled her into the curb only to see how much they could charge us for repairs...The guy from the dealership call us and said it needs a new strut a rack and pinion an outter tie rod end.The price just kept going up so we called our insurance adjuster and he went out and looked at the car..it did not need a rack and pinion so Edwards tried to rip us off anyways after the minor repairs that took a month for them to fix and still no looking into why the driver assist is pulling into curbs we got our car back...These people are liars and thieves I recommend people to shop elsewhere Edwards is Bad Business!!!!!!

Several mechanical issues. Engine replaced after 2 yrs. Service department that breaks more than it fixes but doesnt fail to charge it to your warranty and make you pay the deductible.

Fantastic dealership!!! Initially my husband and I went to purchase a new car at a well known dealership in Omaha. It was the worst experience ever!!! So many hidden fees and charges it was absurd being charged for packages we didnt even want.Then we talked with Todd at Edwards and came down there. Not only did we get a better car but it was also a better deal and it turned out to be even cheaper than the other car we were going to purchase at the Omaha dealership.The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Everyone that we interacted with were very polite and friendly. It was just a breath of fresh air working with some people that actually had integrity! Todd (our salesperson) and Angela (in financing) were WONDERFUL!! We couldnt be happier with our experience and our car. It was our first time purchasing a brand new car and they turned it into a great experience like we were expecting to have at the Omaha dealership. It most certainly paid to cross the bridge!!! :-)Thank you Edwards and also a big shout out to the gentleman who washed and personally hand dried our car in over 90 degree weather because their machine was broken at the time. Still waiting for answers to being over charged and why my registration is only good for 1 single month from purchase after being over charged for tax title and licensing. No seems to want to give me an answer or even call me back.

The staff are always very attentive and have a good sense of humor, which I feel is important when at a car dealership because smiles and laughs make it a little more enjoyable! =] I was able to get out of a super high interest loan for a car that was starting to fall apart, and got a newer, bigger and more affordable, low mileage vehicle! I ended up with cheaper monthly payments,even after having a great warranty package added in!I will always use Edwards for all of my car buying needs in the future!
My husbands car was nearing its last leg when we started shopping for a new car. We had a pretty good idea as to what we wanted before shopping around. We had been to several places because they had cars that had matched what we needed . I will not go into detail on those experiences but I will say they were less than favorable. On a hunch I decided to try Edwards Hyundai. I hadnt heard anything bad from them and thought, whats the worst that could happen. Literally 15 minutes after submitting interest on their website I received a call. He was asking if we could come in that night. Since it was around 6pm, we had 2 smaller children and a car that was barely running I decided against it.The following day however we had made an appointment. As fate would have it on his way home from work, my husbands vehicle gave out. I had called Kelly, the gentleman we had been working with at Edwards Hyundai. He told me not to worry, everything was going to be okay, we just needed to sign and drive as long as we liked the vehicle we picked out. He would have had someone pick us up that evening however by the time they got to us, and we made it back the dealership would have been closed. The following day Kelly had a car waiting for us. The driver picked my husband up from work, then drove to my house to pick me and my son up.The experience was really straight forward and simple. We had all the paperwork signed and the deal was done later that afternoon. Since there was a few issues with the vehicle, cosmetic wise we were given a loaner for the weekend.Kelly Hall has been either a phone call or text away every moment. He had someone drive to pick us up because our car had broke down, and gave us a rental for the weekend until our new car could be detailed. I would definitely recommend Kelly, and the Edwards auto group to anyone seeking a straightforward and delightful car shopping experience.

We started car shopping online looking for a specific vehicle. I came across a few at Edwards. I didnt realize when we first showed up that the Chevy dealer and the Hyundai dealer were separate entities. I was pretty disappointed with the demeanor at the chevy dealer but Evan at the Hyundai was absolutely top notch. He wasnt pushy. He asked the right questions and waited for responses. The financing team is stubborn but who isn’t in a car deal. We did not end up making a deal on Monday due to banks being closed for financing. Came back Tuesday night and still couldnt get the right numbers so we left. I looked at some other cars around town on Wednesday and Edwards called and readjusted their offer to a number we could finally both agree on. I worked with 2 different people in financing. Nate and Ben. Both pretty sharp men. After it was all said and done, my wife and I got into a car we loved and couldnt be happier with the purchase. Thank you Evan, Nate, Ben and Rich (sales manager) for making the adjustments and staying all hours of the night figuring it out. I always give 4 stars as my highest rating because nothing is ever perfect.Great Job Edwards Hyundai! You guys made the effort and wanted to sell a car and it showed!

I bought my Subaru Forester at Edwards approximately a month ago. Just wanted to say that Andrew West, my salesperson, was wonderful! He went out of his way to find me the car that I was looking for and actually called me a few weeks after our initial contact with a car that I was interested in. The sales manager, Marshall, was also very accommodating. The finance department was wonderful,working out a deal for me, they actually pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me. Overall I am very satisfied. This is the second car that I bought from Edwards and I will probably be back in the future.
If you want a clear picture, read the complaint on BBB.org, dont listen to the response from Edwards as it will be B.S. I had a pre-qualified, pre-approved loan through Capital One and I only wanted a car in the $5,000 to $7,000 range off the website of vehicles I could choose from. I sent VIN #s of vehicles I was willing to accept, however they put in loans for vehicles that I never even saw on the website or had a say in. They ran my credit from different lenders from a low of $9590 to $15,195 not just once but 9 times, however none for the vehicles I would accept. When I filed the BBB complaint their retort was I did not provide sufficient proof of income and they couldnt run my info for a loan request without the information. My response was why did you run it 9 times if you did not have sufficient proof? They dont respond to calls, texts, or emails you only get passed on from one person to another, I even requested from Sam, the Finance Manager to have John the g.m. to contact me. John contacted me after the original salesman told me they were still working on financing me and I told him I filed the complaint with the BBB. John called me within 5 minutes. Amazing. Do not go to this place unless you expect to be steered towards a vehicle that you are not interested in, if you have pre-approved, pre-qualified from a lender as they will still run it though anyone they deem fit once you ok the application as they will not honor anything. They wouldnt even honor their own $250 certificate off when starting the purchase online. Run away, run away, run away
Made an appointment for 6pm. Made it very clear that I would need to bring my 3 kids ages 4 and under with me so my time needed to be as efficient as possible. Sam said he understood completely. Unfortunately Sam has an issue and was unable to be there for my appointment. He told me to ask for Evan or Andrew. Evan has another customer come in at the same time as us so they found Andrew for us. When Andrew come out he said “Evan is here too” the other employee said “ well Evan has another customer waiting” Andrew said “Oh” and asked what we needed. I explained I was messaging with Sam and he referred us to him and we needed our vehicle valued. He said where’s your keys and the vehicle? (Never ONCE asking my name or what my intentions were as far as purchasing). Please remember that I was there with 3 very little kids. By 640 I hadn’t seen or heard from anyone. I couldn’t find Andrew and nobody knew where is was. I had him paged and he never came up front. I asked for the manager and they paged him but he never came. Another sales guy asked if he could help and I explained my anger and that at this point I just wanted my keys so I could get out of there. My kids crying and wanting to leave as well. I mean it was SEVEN PM!! They found my keys on another persons desk so we left in extreme anger and disappointment. Please please please do not go here!

He cared about what I wanted in a car, stayed later than expected to help us with everything, and even asked (a few days later) if I was liking it! Honest. He did a great job!!!The second time we worked with Andrew (because Allen was off). I feel that he didnt really care at all except to get a sale and he was more than willing to be dishonest to get it. Well, congrats, he got his sale that time, but I WILL NOT buy through him again.
The service they provide is the best I have ever had at any dealership. They communicate with me about everything and let me know the prices of the services before they start. I will definitely stay with them.

I say this with all sincerity. Do not go here. Do not trust their service department. If they say something is wrong demand to see it first. If you must get work done here take photos, document, get everything in writing, record it if you have the ability. Protect yourself the way I didnt think I needed to. These are not good people. This is not a friendly company.I bought my car here, I took it in regularly for service, I loved this place. I took my car in for the 18 month maintenance check Id gotten recommended in an email and for an oil change that was slightly past due. They tried to perform work theyd already done, and I corrected that. They then came back with 1k of work that was mostly just general maintenance. I picked the most important thing because frankly I dont have that money to just toss at something. Came back with the news it was under warranty so would still be covered so cost less for this one part. Had to leave my vehicle and come back in to pick it up in a day. Part took longer to get there so another day. They were still working on it so offered to drop it off the next day. Called paid over the phone and admittedly heres were I screwed up. Call quality wasnt great so I only heard -70.74 and that was in line with what I had expected so figured id misheard a one or a two and didnt check it. 770. I foolishly trusted them and they performed unecessary work on my vehicle. Ive tried calling multiple times and been put off and told theyll get back to me. Its been almost a month now. I filed a complaint through the better business bureau. They immediately started claiming multiple employees saw and heard me agree to all this extra work and are waving around the papers showing what they did as some kind of proof. I was in a waiting room and the only employees were Mandi who I was working with and a man behind the counter on the other side of the room.

Do NOT take your car to EDWARDS SERVICE DEPARTMENT....They are HORRIBLE!!!I have given them a 2nd and 3rd chance and now I don’t EVER want them to touch my vehicle again!I purchased a 2020 New SUV from them! It’s sad that I am not able to trust them with servicing my vehicle!
I was referred to Ewards through my spouse and so after a few months of thinking about upgrading my car, I went down to Edwards and worked with Evan and Kyle to complete my purchase. They worked with me to get me where I wanted to be for payments and were extremely patient! Will return for future business.
I highly recommend Edwards Hyundai and the salesman who helped me. I had a 2003 Santa Fe that was much too expensive to repair. While I was waiting to see if it could be fixed I logged onto the Edwards website to see about a newer used car. I liked one car and clicked on the button for more information. within minutes I received a call from Alan Chavez, the salesman. I told him about the car I liked and he arranged for it to be there when I returned. The car was perfect! Alan was terrific, he gave me a test drive and I loved the car. He took care of everything. I had a new car that afternoon. He had my old car brought around, my plates were already on the new car, they gave me a decent trade-in and helped arrange my insurance. Everyone I met at Edwards was great! I would recommend everyone to go there and ask for Mr. Chavez, he was very professional, helpful and friendly. I would not go anywhere else!

Got me in and out for an oil change within an hour! I was able to work in the waiting area and connect to wifi easily. I think it is important to note the effort that the employees made to keep social distancing and cleanliness a priority during this crazy time. I saw an employee wipe down all surfaces in the lobby and bathroom areas multiple times during my service. Thank you!

Word of advice if you ever buy a car here use a burner phone because they will relentlessly call you forever asking for extended warranties or if your interested in trading in your car years and years later.
Amy (Service Manager) and her team continue to provide the best customer service. If it was not for Amy, I might not come to this dealership. Its not the closest one to me and my car is getting kind of old but they continue to take care of me and my car!
UPDATE: The car loan fell through after two weeks of having the vehicle. I then had to return the vehicle I had fallen in love with back to the dealership. Please be careful and make sure all financial stuff is in place before you take your vehicle or the same thing could happen to you!Shout out to Justin Carter and Allen Chavez. They worked hard on my behalf to help me get into a new-to-me vehicle. They seemed to know exactly what I wanted and got me the perfect vehicle at a great price. I wouldnt even leave a star if it would let me. This place was the worst. Wait about 5 hrs on the sales man. Then went to finance did paperwork. 3 weeks later got called back in because paperwork was not correct. Seriously it was the worst experience in my life this is the second car I bought and I will NEVER EVER go there again!
