Its quite rare that anyone earns 1 star. I have yet to run into an actually competent person in the service department. The mechanics are also questionable as for not investigating the details of a known issue.4 times our vehicle will be in BEFORE 3 recalls and one broken antenna are going to be finished. This time the last recall was not completed because.... they didnt have the right bolts. Something they could have sent someone across the road to Home Depot, or Menards and acquired quite easily. I would have volunteered to get it for them.If my wife still loved me I could have taken care of a few of these things.. but such is life.Anyways... the 16 outlander has been a great vehicle. But with this being the only Mitsubishi dealer for 150 miles, it will be our last.

First time taking my vehicle there. Everyone was very friendly. The service advisor took the time to go over why I was bringing my vehicle in and each cost associated with the visit. Picking up the vehicle was great! Will use the service department there again.

I drove here with the intentions of test driving a vehicle and Im leaving here feeling like I got tricked to just walk in the door. Internet promotion was advertised for a $35 visa gift card for taking a test drive, so I scheduled a test drive on a vehicle Im actually interested in driving. Once I get there, come to find out they dont even have any of the vehicles on the lot. I specifically asked when I scheduled my appointment if they actually had the cars on the lot, and I was assured they received them yesterday, and they were on the lot. Very disappointed. Then Im told I have to print a copy of my coupon code to receive the promotional gift card... and they cant help me print it out or anything. Salesman was nice, and I wouldve probably liked working with him, but I wont be returning unfortunately.

Shop elsewhere. Edwards sold us a Chevy Malibu that they insisted hadnt been in a accident and even showed us an autocheck report saying it hadnt. Had to find out six months later that indeed the car had been in an accident before we bought it. They did everything in their power to assure us we were crazy when we repeatedly asked them about it. After signing the papers, they only then told us they were missing a key fob to the car. If you do go here, be very cautious because they will go to great lengths to hide what they dont want you to know.

I wish i could remember her name but the person taking care of my car and needs was fairly new but very thorough and was able to answer all of my questions appropriately and was extremely helpful in finding out questions regarding my warranty. very pleased with my visit and employee that took care of me I really wish i could remember her name so she gets the proper recognition, because she was extremely good

The low rating for car cleanliness was do to they did not wash and vacuum it. I had to remind them about the wash and I had to wait for them to complete and then the car wash broke down as it was finishing so car was not dried. But the young man did offer to take to car wash and finish I declined that offer.

Jo did a incredible job on getting me this car he worked his but off on the clock and off the clock making sure everything was on point ! As I was waiting in the waiting room he checked up on me at least 3 or 4 times ! What a great sales person ! Finance was on point to jay made the paper fast and had a good conversation with me as we were doing paper work ! All around a great place to buy a car I love my new 2021

Been a customer since 2013, every time I schedule a service appointment, I’m asked “ Have we seen this car before?” Really? Also my last visit the service advisor answered a phone call and completed the call while I stood there. Not only that, made a call while I waited to complete my check in. When picking up the car what seemed like 10 minutes, the car porter just handed the keys no apology for the long time. Just wish I had another choice as I only have Mitzubishi service my car. Owned 5!

I think I gave one 9, vehicle was clean but just simply running a cloth over the top of the dash board would have been nice. I struggle to reach that, if the wash person who vacuumed had something to reach the dash and windshield it would be great, even if not the best job. Consider that area is the thing we customers look at once we are driving, all things checked out and clean car looking good but zero sign cleanup guy even attempted the obvious.

Rex was my advisor. He himself from a customer service aspect was good. The policies he has to follow in attempting to get the dealer out of warranty claims is ridiculous. Being a tech myself for 15 years I immediately picked up on what was going on, I feel bad for a non experienced customer because if they were in my shoes they would have been taken for a ride and forced to spend a large amount of money out of pocket for problems that didn’t exist. The sales experIence when we originally purchased our vehicle new was bad the 3 times I have needed to come in for service were horrible overall to the point that now that we have our vehicle back we are trading it in on something else so we never have to come back to Edwards as they are the only Mitsubishi dealer in the area. Rex’s customer service was good the work on the vehicle was performed correctly, it was the amount of effort and stress I had to go through to get the job done and covered under the factory warranty as it should have been. They had no clue where remote start was located it took them 3 weeks to schedule an appointment and I called for an oil change and got a machine left message and never received a call back also they state they wash and vacuum car added free and every time I received my car it was not vacuum

When the appointment was made for my car to be picked up due to a recall, I asked that an oil change take place at the same time. I get a call regarding my break pads needing to be replaced, nail in my tire, brake fluid should be flushed and replaced. Amazing, everything was done except the OIL CHANGE which I had originally requested. I have brought my care to Edwards since the day I purchased it 4 years ago and this is the first time I can actually say I was totally disappointed.

I asked them to look at the exhaust and they did not. They did say they were sorry and offered for me to bring it back in but I dont have time. Also, they had my phone number incorrect and I had to ask them like three times to fix it. The last person that helped me I think got it fixed. Hope so. Would have been nice to be informed that the Bellevue location had closed. Did not find out til I called for service appt. Overall, I am still fairly happy with the Edwards Group. I will give the CB location one more try.

Honestly, if I could click 0 stars I would. From the time I got here to get my oil change my service was not great. I pulled up to the service doors which were both full so I just parked and got out. I then was told to get back in my car and pull it to the complete other door. So I walked back out. Started my car again. Pulled it into the other garage and got out. Again. I got up to the counter and was asked more than once what I was getting done when my appointment was literally only scheduled for one thing. Wouldn’t it be in the computer why I was there? Anyways, I answered and was polite. I was asked if I wanted a car wash and a vacuum. I said I’d love a car wash but a vacuum was not necessary because my dogs are in my car all the time. After that I was excused to the lobby where I sat for over an hour. Then I was called a different name and when I didn’t answer to that name the lady was very unfriendly. I stated my name and she said “oh I guess I have the wrong person, I was just making sure you knew your name” and laughed and walked away. Where I waited another 25 minutes. Finally I get to my car and it was vacuumed but not washed which is not what I asked for and there were a couple things missing out of my car. I called the manager and expressed my concerns right after I left and noticed things were missing. I was told I would get a call back and never received one. I was also quoted $600+ in maintenance that needs to be done for my 30,000 mile work and I would never even consider bringing my car here again. Terrible terrible service. You’ve lost a customer.

Car i got was a nice car but the financing they setup was a lie said the finance company does biweekly payments. Which they actually dont. Gave me a payment amount that would have left me late in payments for 9 months out of the year and when I called they tried to finesse you with stupid math. I only not recommend unless you know where your being financed thru and talk to the finace company to confirm amounts due

Watch out buying a car from here they never check any of the cars and every vehicle but 1 had lights and issues some barely got off the lot they promise to put you in something comfortable and reliable but dont tell you any of the real problems and even had people that work there tell me to try omaha lots place is a joke so dont waste your time and I never go outta my way to write a review

I was pleased with the Mitsubishi with Dane helping me directly, because of the previous four days in a row the Hyundai dealership. He told me to come down the following morning and he would have me in and out under 10 minutes. And he kept his word. That transaction went very smoothly all I had to do was sign some papers and get the keys. Within 10 minutes I had to rethink something. And I drove off the lot. I told that Dane what I wanted and the color and I let him pick it out.

Bought a used under warranty Mitsubishi from a non-Mitsubishi dealer in Cedar Rapids. Most of those in Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois dont do Saturday warranty work so I got desperate and called these fine individuals in Council Bluffs well aware the distance. I made an appointment for 3 weeks out then changed my mind a hour later but regardless they were very friendly and polite with my cancellation. However if I am ever in the area and need warranty work or other specific Mitsubishi work I will definitely go here first!

Edwards Mitsubishi offered spectacular service when we went to shop for a car. We worked with Randy, who listened to what we had in mind - showed us just the right selection so that the process didnt become confusing. He helped us through the decision making process - even asked the lot porter to rinse down a vehicle inside so we could check for minor flaws - the lot porter very kindly obliged this request. Great service by the entire staff including the finance manager who was well organized and got us a great rate. We picked up our plates at the dealership later and didnt even have to go to the courthouse. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Recently purchased a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Final Edition.Brian was great to deal with. Very good customer service as well as a good price on the vehicle. When getting the car we had to drive 3 hours after work to get there and Brian had no problems about staying back to get all the paperwork sorted as well as spending the time on a test drive and going over all the cars features with me. Its also nice that every couple of weeks hes giving me a call to check in and see if everything is going well.

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! They lied to me about my car and told me that my car needs a whole new transmission and there was 3 nails in the back tires and said that i need to buy new tires. I asked if the tires can be reparable and they said no. Come to find out that my car is running fine and there was one nail in my tires and it was reparable. I cant for my lawyer to get a hold of them. I cant wait for the news people to get a hold of them as well. I guess these people just want money and you can tell they dont care about the people. Please dont trust the Service People. They have lied to me and im so disappointed. I Paid X about of money to get it out of the shop. They dont tell you about the extra charges or tell you there will be a second charge for the same thing done. Im so upset with the service area. I woud NOT give the Service people any stars. Fred Hug went out of his way to provide me with excellent, low pressure service. My husband and I live over an hour from Council Bluffs and he was not able to help me choose a car in person. Fred let me take three different vehicles home so that I could test the fuel economy on my 140 mile commute and show each vehicle to my husband. I do not have buyers remorse and never felt pressured to make a hasty decision. I felt like I was Freds only customer. Each time he recommended a vehicle, it was something that suited my needs- great fuel economy at a great price. If you go to Edwards, definitely ask for Fred Hug.

I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. About two weeks after that my hubcap flew off while driving on the interstate. I called the service department and told them about it the guy I talked to was very rude and said it’s not their problem. He wouldn’t tell me his name or let me speak to a manger. He said the streets are filled with hubcaps because they fly off all the time. And he said if I drive through any parking lot I will see vehicles with no hubcaps because they aren’t permanent. I told him that’s not true because I care about my car and those people don’t. He than hung up on me. So to say I won’t be returning to them with my car again.

I have bought over 5 vehicles over the years with Edwards Subaru. My last purchase was with Edwards Mitsubishi. I bought a used 2009 Chevy Colorado. I bought the truck in September. It was in the shop immediately after I purchased it and stayed there for longer than my tags lasted. On my birthday I got the call that it was all fixed! I went to pick it up and filled the tank with gas. (Gas gauge was the issue) Immediately realized it STILL wasnt working since it said I had 1/2 a tank and only took 2 dollars worth of gas. I took the truck back to the shop. The technician that worked on it walked by the service manager and she said Hey there still seems to be a problem His response in front of the customer was Did you open a ticket on it? Seriously? Fix the darn truck with the ticket you closed since you closed without it working! I asked the manager to find me a different truck. I was done waiting for this one. They said they would look into it and then sent the truck to a Chevy technician. His solution was that it the electrical was not plugged in correctly.Come on. Im a computer person. If thats all it was then their techs are awful! They never did try to make things right by me and I had to pay for a portion of the repairs. Sorry to say Edwards lost a faithful customer with this one!

John was fantastic! He worked around my work schedule and corresponded with me via text (which was much easier for me). He found me the vehicle style I wanted in a price range I was comfortable with, and never made me feel like I was being pressured into a hasty purchase. When I hesitated a little at the original price, he offered to look through the lot to find something nicer to my wallet that still had all of the features I wanted. We settled on the 15 Mitsubishi Outlander.He even helped me get a great deal on my trade in, which thanks to my time in college and my NEED for low payments at that time, got me into a nice chunk of negative equity.Honestly, this is the first time I can walk out of a dealership and feel comfortable with my purchase. The salesman/ manager Robert Wilson was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional! My son and daughter in law needed to get another key for their new car. They had to have it towed to the dealership. There were words between the manager and the tow truck driver. The driver said he gave them the key to the manager and he got upset with him and threw the key at the truck as he was leaving, yet the manager said he didnt. Somehow the key was found on the bed of the tow truck... Never the less my son and daughter in law will not have their car because of this unprofessional behavior! I spoke to the manager and told him I would post this on my facebook. He responded..so your 2 friends can see it.. Very customer oriented..NOT!!

Their maintenance department is rude when you call to make appointments. I had taken my car their for routine oil change, they do car washes as well with wax, i had gone on a roadaily trip as well before this, so there was bugs on the car. When I received my vehicle they didnt even bother to dry the car.. when you dont dry a car after a wash it looks bad. Upon getting home I looked at my vehicle, noticed abrasive scratchs on the front.. its not very hard to wash a vehicle correctly .. Ive done it many times and never had this outcome.

If I could give this dealership a negative review, I would. They overfilled my friend’s oil with 2.5 quarts after she paid $1800 to get her car fixed by Edwards Mitsubishi in CB. We are now in Vail, CO with massive car/engine problems - a spark plug isn’t even firing & a Vail mechanic ya told us it’s not safe to drive. The Edwards dealership is accusing my friend of putting more oil in her care after they “fixed” it. Completely absurd. A) she doesn’t know anything about cars and B) why on earth would anyone do that. The Edwards dealership is telling her she needs to tow her car from Vail to the Denver dealership on her own dime!!! So that they can give her an oil change “which is even nice of them to offer.” They won’t give us the number the legal team and are being utterly unhelpful. This is on them and God forbid something happened/happens to us because of their lack of attention, the amount of legal action that would rain down upon them is exponential. I would wreak-mend Edwards Mitsubishi to everyone,,they helped me alot and im not a patience person,,had issue with my credit and with the loan company and after a week and a half i finally got my car 2014 Mitsubishi mirage,, and i want to thank you all for all your hard work and getting me in this car my thanks to you all thank youmaggie
