Ashton provided excellent customer service the entire time he assisted me! He greeted me right away with a smile and actively listened to what I needed and my concerns. I was indecisive about choosing which iPhone I wanted to upgrade and he was very patient with me in helping me decide the best option. Ashton is a gem, very personable and certainly a great asset to the store and team!

Axel Hernandez was very thorough and knowledgeable about the phones and accessories . I came in for and upgrade from a 6 plus and walked out with a 12 pro . But the unexpected professionalism of Francisco Hernandez saved my world by doing what 6 tech agents on the at&t help line could not do . After hear my troubles and frustrations of loosing my original e_mail address completely and two out of the 6 techs making me feel incompetent and speaking a foreign, Mr. Hernandez listened completely, empathized and assured me that he could fix my problem with the utmost confidence. In 10 seconds my e-mail was restored ! I buy and shop apple and at&t products and have for many of years . Because of Mr. Francisco Hernandez I will continue doing so !

When I spend my money at establishments, I expect great customer service. Gina and Mekita surpassed all of my expectations. They greeted with a smile, helped me with transferring my phone and made me feel welcomed and very comfortable! If I could, I would give 10 stars. Thank you both for the wonderful experience.

Axel did a great job helping me switch my service over to AT&T. He was very knowledgeable about the plans and devices you guys offer to help make my experience a great one. Also, Francisco, Gina and I forgot the other gentleman’s name(my apologies) were all there to help with any questions I had while Axel switched multiple numbers over and got my devices prepared.

Treatment was sub par. Only brite person in the store was Makena. Very helpful. Smart young lady. Extremely knowledgeable in her job. She took care of phone problems that a team of 4 couldnt do in 20min.

I came to this location after failed attempts at calling customer service myself. I have had poor connection with my U-Verse and needed help.Leslie is the person to go see! He was very knowledgeable and overall a kind human. He helped me within minutes on something I was dealing with for what seemed like forever. He even called customer care and assisted in getting my issue resolved quickly. He was able to help get a tech out to my place the very next day! If you’re looking for quick resolution on any issues, or if you just want to geek out over Marvel movies, Leslie is your guy!! 😁

Just stopped in, to take a peep. Was returning a AT&T network extender to Fedex...noticed AT&T right next door, so l thought l could just take it there, instead😏.The store is clean, the staff were quite friendly. They explained that FedEx will ship the return to their AT&T headquarters. I will return to this location in Crestwood, Il, should l have any future needs for AT&T services.👍

I went to the AT&T store located at 4756 W Cal Sag Rd in Crestwood Illinois to buy my mom an iPhone for Mothers Day. I met one of the managers who saw the frustration in my face and she took me under her wings. Her name was Gina. I want to thank her for the outstanding customer service she provided. She took her time and made sure we understood the entire process. She was also helping other customers, with a smile, while attending to us. Great multi-tasker! You can tell she loves her job. I walked in the AT&T store distressed but an Angel named Mekita who was with a customer already came to me not long after I sat on the comfortable chair and she asked was I Ok. I just showed her my phone In a frozen state and told her I had this issue all day and was very frustrated. It maybe took her all of 60 seconds (I’m over estimating ) to get my phone back to normal and even better than normal and then she showed me how to fix the issue myself if it happens again with a hard reset. I love her if I have to see AT&T again it will only be at the Calsag Crestwood location unless Mekita is moved to another store she is the only representative I would like to see or have assist me with my issues. She was prompt friendly courteous and professional some thing you don’t see every day in the customer service world the store was clean neat and full of smiling faces I walked in this store irritated and wearing a frown and because of Mekita’s smiling face and outstanding service I’m happy and my frown was changed to a smile. My daughter and I both needed new phones. We went into the store and were greeted by multiple employees and we were next in line. We browsed devices for a few minutes and were approached by Daniel when he was available.
