I had a great experience at the store with my husband ! We had all of our questions answered and had exceptional service from marquies. My husband even switch service to at&t . First of all I noticed the email confirmation that I received was wrong. Then I chatted about having got the wrong phone ordered with someone who said he canceled the order for me but he never did. So then I went to a store that he told me had both phones in stock. He never said anything about having to wait for the cancellation went through. After work I went there and a man told me to wait until the order canceled. To which I said the person I spoke with told me he had canceled the order. I called AT&T and left my number. They said someone would call me in 29 minutes, which turned out to be a hour. Then the woman I spoke with told me not to return it to a store but instead send it back in a box theyβll give me. So now I have to wait until I receive an iPhone I didnβt order send it back in the mail and then order the correct iPhone and wait for the iPhone that I had originally ordered.Every representative I spoke toActed like they hadnβt been trained in very well.Iβm very disappointed with the service I have received.
The people in the crystal mn store are super upbeat, fast and very helpful.
The district manager was kind enough to take the time to help me replace my cellphone & get a new SIM card for my phone.
Staff was great and very accommodating answering my questions.

Was looking to switch from Verizon and wanted to check out what AT&T had to offer. I initially went to the Brooklyn Center location, but it was closed. Drove to the Crystal location, and so glad I did. Tray was amazing. After speaking to him, I decided to switch to AT&T. Its so refreshing to get awesome customer service these days. I would recommend everyone to go see Tray about a new phone.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly face. They were super informative! Ill definitely be returning to this spot and soon!!!
I initially stopped at the AT&T store in Maple Grove but left disappointed and frustrated by the service person who didnt seem to interested in helping me. I decided to try a different store so I went to the Crystal location. I was blown away by the stark difference. The customer service here was excellent. Joe, the manager, helped me and happily answered all my questions. He even gave me his business card with some written instructions to use on my phone at home and told me to call him if I had any issues. Very happy with the service at this store.
Went to the Brooklyn Center location and that was a mistake, ended up coming to the Crystal location and Im so glad I did. After being helped by Tray I made the decision to switch to AT&T. Tray was extremely helpful and polite. Its nice having someone help you who actually cares about good customer service and that will go the extra miles to make customers happy.

I had gone to this location last year and the manager there was rude and bitter. I decided to try it again and the new manager, Tray, is a very humble and friendly person. The customer service was efficient and effective, he engaged in conversation the entire time we were there making us feel welcome. Upgrading my phone was a good experience thanks to him!
Claims it is open until 7pm. No one in the store! Frustrating!
Trey is an awesome dude. He made my day. Hes super knowledgeable and super helpful. He really does care about his customers. He bent over backwards to get us the best deal.

Horrible I came with my client today October.19,2020 to try and fix and issue we had came there with last week and when we arrived they was closed when it says online they where open so me and my handicapped client had to stand outside for 40 mins just for us to get a return ride . I dont know what can be done about this but from my understanding wit other customers who have come to this location before said that this is not the first time this has happened at all . the service is good when they are open tho π€·

Thoughtfulness in customer care goes a long way. Though it was clearly busy, the gentleman working with a couple people simultaneously, still was aware enough to great new customers entering, ask if there was a quick question he could answer and helped to send me, satisfactorily on my way.Job well done!Better than well!

This shop does not require masks and lets people waltz right in without one. No signs on the door like are legally required. Employees not wearing them either. Thank God I have TMobile.
I was in today exchanging an old iPhone 7 and upgrading to a newer version. No idea what to choose. Instantly when I walked in, the manager Tray was asking me how I was and what I need help with. He explained each phone, what the benefits of each are, and what they are made out of. I heard about the XR which I was super uneasy with at first, but after Tray explained It all to me there was no question.I left feeling like I knew about the phone I was getting, why I chose It, and knew I would be happy with It. He explained any fees that came along with It, and even gave me a run down on all the paperwork that printed out.Tray is easily the best AT&T representative I have ever worked with. Will be sure to come back, and send all those who need help with AT&T to him!

At&t sold me the new iPhone at a standard cost. The patrons were somewhat helpful, but they werenβt doing anything else. I was the only customer, and yet they seemed distracted on their tablets/phones. I had to take initiative before getting any help- which is a terrible way to run a store, IMO.
Tray, was so wonderful/patient/kind, he deserves a raise!

It is an att retailer not an at&t store, which is much expensive to replace a sim card than at&t store.
These guys do what they can, really enjoy there attitude and time they take to help me and my family.
Their store hours say they open at 10:00 and Iβm sitting outside waiting for the metal gate to open up and itβs almost 11:00 this is just ridiculous poor lack of service if anyone has the corporate phone number add it to the comments please

I will never suggest that anyone do business here confused and inconsistent service. I switched over in August and still have not gotten my switchers credit. Now my credit score has doped 40 points.The management is limited to the things they can do in the store. Was also sold a used iPhone which I can not use after the system update. Not happy with the switch at all.

Took over three hours to get two new phones activated. They promised us ipad minis with purchase of new phones, but then said no. Liz was great, but manager has no customer service skills at all.

I was in yesterday and Tray helped me. I felt like he went above and beyond in making sure I had a good experience when I was there.
Dont bother reading their hours, they open over an hour later than posted. Staff was either ignorant or apathetic to customers. Drove to another location to get actual service.
