Been to this place before and always had ok service. Today, there was a note on the door, and a line of people. One man said hed been waiting for nearly 2hrs, because this location was the only one that had the game he needed in stock.

There are policies that I dont like with gamestop, with that being said, I had a very good experience when i went in to purchase my Switch Oled. I had called the previous day and I had a chance to talk with Mario. He was very profesional, friendly, helpful, and really made you feel that he wanted to help and give a good experience. When I went in the next day Armando helped me with my purchase, and he was very friendly too. Gamestop should definetly hold on to these two employees. Because of Mario I have reconsidered making more gamestop purchases. To these two employees I say keep up the good work!

There was only one dude working who locked up the store for what felt like an hour (I waited) while on his lunch break. He just sat in the parking lot on his phone and yelled at me from his car when I went up to the door. This man was very obviously from an inconsiderate family of mean people who don’t care about any one else’s time but their own. He was very rude to me and I wasted my day. I just wanted to get a game for my dying daughter.

Swung in quick for a decent/inexpensive PS4 headset, and both workers were very knowledgeable about all the options and didn’t try to up sell me.

Never answers, the phone, Ive tried calling 5 times within the last week and havent been able to talk to anyone. Although there is a really nice and professional worker who has been in the store a couple times when I’ve gone in, I’d say he’s a little short but not really and has long dreads.

Incredibly understaffed. Been there a few times now all on different days and times and there is only ever one guy there. That guy happens to also be one of the most unfriendly people Ive ever met. (Maybe hes unfriendly because hes so understaffed and the location is always busy)

Don’t go here for mics Xbox play station or pc, had to go back three times because every mic I purchased they couldn’t hear me. I also ended up buying the warranty so they stole like 20 bucks off of warranty, not worth it.

Clean, bright and the employee working was helpful and nice. And he was smiling too.

This is one of the best GameStop locations in Minnesota. The manager Christian is supremely knowledgeable and fun to talk to and runs a great store. I will drive out of my way to go here when Im looking for new games 😄

Had what I needed!!

Terrible service this trip. Guy working was rude and almost hit my boyfriend in the face with the item he purchased when handing it to him. Was also rude to other customers that were in there.

Only one guy working. Waited 10 - 15 minutes in line while he went through all the kids trade in games and up sold a kid and his Mom on everything and anything he could for his Xbox. I get the sales aspect of it. Myself and a guy behind me waited patiently and then the kid said he had to think about it and stepped aside. At that time he rang up the 1 video game we were purchasing which took all of 1 minute. Another employee or being able to juggle customers correctly and respectfully would have helped this review.

Nice to still have a physical game store in the neighborhood. The guys that work there are cool

Friendly, educated staff and a nice selection. Besides Nintendo, PlayStation, and Xbox games from multiple generation consoles, they also carry console accessories. Theres also some fun merchandise like Japanese, anime, and game character socks, hats, graphic t-shirts, keychains etc. Lots of fun gift ideas and theres a nice rotation of clearance items. They also carry a good variety of Funko Pop, more than Ive seen in big box stores.Accessibility: there isnt a button for the door but the door seems wide enough for manual and power chairs as well as the aisles and shelf spacing. They do use a lot of vertical space in the store so a lot of things are up high and down low, employees are helpful. Counter may be too high. There is not a public bathroom.

They gave me a different price than the quote Id received at another of their location for my game CDs trade-in and werent able to accept some of my games that the other location said theyd take. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Sat outside in my car for over an hour, there was a sign on the door that said Be back in 30 minutes I seen 9 customers come and leave in disappointment. I arrived at the @4:30 on September 4th 2020. Im not happy with this.

It seems like they lost the store phone.

They have all types of consoles, controllers, gift cards, etc. They also let you return things if they get wrecked and stuff and its a very good game place

This store lacks in customer service. I was told they don’t have anything of what I was looking for anywhere in town, so I called another location. They told me it’s available online. Why couldn’t this location be able to tell me that???

Ive always gone to this particular gamestop and have had pretty good service there. When I bought a used power brick when my Xbox 360s died I was asked if I was sure that this was the right one for the model I had. Of course I had checked a head of time, but it was nice and professional that he asked.

Pretty typical gamestop. I have noticed that the people working at this location seem less pushy which is a plus in my eyes.

I love their customer service and whatever they dont have in the store, they are quick to check which stores nearby carry and sell it.

I purchased a gaming headset that was listed as “new”. When I got home I realized that the box was sealed with scotch tape. I opened it up to find a heavily used headset with a damaged cable. It wasn’t even the same brand. I don’t know how this even happens but I will not be trusting them with any future purchases.

They never seem to have any stock of items. Even a chat accessory in order to chat on Xbox 1? The salesperson was not super familiar with it, prices are a bit high.
