I went to upgrade my phone and was greeted and helped a little by a man with glasses and who was bald - he was nice and helpful. Throughout the rest of my time here I was helped by an associate named Ryan. He was pretty unfriendly and I didn’t feel welcomed, nor did I feel like he wanted to help me. I get everyone has bad days or may not like their job, but I came in knowing what I wanted and was never once rude to him. Everyone else seemed nice, but if I ever need to come back to a T-Mobile it won’t be this location unfortunately.
Despite the reviews as of June 5, 2020 I had the best experience at this location. The team working was polite, and encouraging to one another, respectful of our device, greeting people coming in while waiting on us. We weren’t rushed off in a hurry as the store became busier. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It took a bit of time but we got everything we wanted done.

Horrible experience, the manager I believe (bald headed guy with glasses) came up to me and my family and asked me what Im doing there and who else is with me. He must have suspected me of shop lifting based on the way he spoke to me. Ive been with T-Mobile or Metro PCS for 20 years now, so that was disappointing. The store was nice, but we left right away because this guy definitely didnt want us in his store. Definitely makes me want to switch to another phone company.David Tenney

The over-phone customer service is the worst sh!t ever. Two stars because the agents at the store are at least helpful. I will rather pay a flight to the store and back for immediate assistance than to be on the phone.
Very prompt and courteous customer service. Dan the manager and his staff took care of me very well including Stephanie. I had two lines to upgrade and everything went smooth. One of my phones was a bit of pain and they got it fixed and was good. Highly recommend this location as they do listen to your needs and take care of you.

Worked with Matt. And he has amazing Customer service. He and dan were very helpful and so friendly. By the end of the Visit I wanted to work there just knowing what a great staff they have! For sure recommend this place even if you haven’t seen all of the lord of the rings movies! So happy I chose to shop at this location!
The store Manager MJ wasted 4 hours of my day trying to switch my phone from Boost. He also lied to me saying I can expect my $200 Master Card in the mail. (which was a lie)MJ told me I can expect a flat rate with my subscription & the prices have fluctuated since. He would lie to me saying my card was on the way but after speaking with Sprint promotions, they said he shouldve gave me a code!!Mj is a LIAR that will say anything to get customers to sign up. I will never step foot in this store again!!

Do not get scammed! I went here due to a wireless match program where the manager MJ told me if I switch from ATT to Sprint I’d go from my $250 bill to $190. He said the first bill won’t accurately note this amount right away. Now every month I’m busy calling Sprint, which charges me $245, to get it adjusted every month to the $190 price I was promised. Not only did MJ fail to give me the price he promised, he did not enter the refund documentation to pay my ATT final bill so I had to do this also. Incompetence or just swindling?! Either way, a huge disappointment and countless hours waste of time!! His staff seemed nice but it’s sad that they have a manager that doesn’t fulfill prices as promised. Do not be deceived! Marissa
I was here and they work like old cow. I waited more the 1 hour but nobody helped us. There is no any table for setting of the Costumers. I dont know they have any rules or not... I hate how this center serve fir people. I give them 0 star!

This specific sprint store is absolute trash. Every time I go here the salesmen just beat around the Bush and then are real blunt when trying to close a sale. Like answer my question dont just ask if I want to take it home.

Recently bought an LG V40 from Derek at this location. Customer service was good. But when I bought my phone, I also bought insurance, which was $15. I was told Ill get a free set of LG tone bluetooth headset that comes as a deal. Finally recieved my first bill for the phone, and guess what? I got charged for $12 extra and $15 for insurance, supposedly the $12 is for the partial month? Then why did I get charge $15 too? For full month? Tf? Then this is where it gets better, Im getting charge for an monthly installment fee for the LG tone bluetooth headset. So all of this was never disclosed at the time of my purchase. Went to return the headset but manager was not there to speak with. Was told theyll give me a call but have not heard back. Will be returning soon to this location to speak to the manager. So is this how sprint employees try to get their commissions? By not disclosing everything? Pretty much lied in front my face to get the sells. Now Im getting charged for fees I dont know about. This isnt the first time something like this happened to me from Sprint. A while back i was told i would get a free samsung tablet 3, but once the bills came rolling in, nope, was getting charged for that too. Guess Im the fool for falling for Sprint customers service over again. Be careful when they say youll get something free with the purchase of a new phone. Nothings free. See you soon Derek .
