Keith, Skylar, and Toby couldnt have made moving easier. They were fast, efficient and professional. They even offered to donate a mattress that I no longer needed for me, which kept me from having to keep my storage unit longer until I could make the donation myself. We were very impressed with Move It Now. From the initial phone call scheduling our move to the actual completion of the move on moving day, it was a very easy and seamless process. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. The moving crew (Crew 107 - Tazar, Cy, and Thomas) were exceptional. They were extremely polite, professional, and willing to accommodate our every request. There was a large L-shaped, glass desk in our upstairs office which needed to be moved down a narrow stairwell and around a very tight corner. They discussed among themselves the best way to move it (and really took the time to look at every aspect) and moved it without a hitch (not touching any walls, the stairwell, or doing any damage to the desk itself). It was an amazing feat!! We were so impressed by their professionalism. The moving cost was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Akron Move It Now to anyone.

I called around a little bit before deciding on a moving company. To be honest, I had never moved before and was rather nervous about this. Josh and Coy from MoveItNow did an unbelievable job to help me move in a very complicated and very time constrained situation. I had to have a pick-up in Akron, a second in Cleveland and then delivery in Pittsburgh. This all had do be completed by 4pm on the same day so I could leave for the airport. They did all of that and were done by 2:45. It took them less time to move me in, get my furniture set up than it did for me to take a direct flight to Boston and get to my hotel room. Josh, Coy, Mike, and Marquan helped us move on June 11. They were courteous and efficient, completing the move within the estimated time frame.In all of the commotion, there were a couple small scuffs and nicks on a wall and doorway, which Schuyler expertly repaired. Schuyler knows what he is doing. You can’t tell where the damage was anymore.I hope we don’t have to move any time soon, but I would definitely use Move It Now the next time.

Crew 106 (Sharif and Joson) moved us today and they were absolutely fantastic. They made the whole process so quick and smooth I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free move. Even the set up before our move was quick and easy. I was terribly misquoted on my move. Then to make matters worse the movers took a break before they even touched a thing. Then after it was mostly over, they damaged my treadmill, broke a lightbulb, and scratched up several areas of my walls and put one big gash in my new kitchen floor. I was told I would be contacted to “fix” the damages and never heard a thing from this company. If you have heavy equipment that you value, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Tazar and Jason were amazing! They were prompt, efficient, and professional from start to finish in moving my moms condo to 3 destinations. An elevator at origin with a very long hallway didnt discourage them, nor did the hills and long carries at the first delivery. They were puzzle masters loading into the mini storage, then finished the final phase at a house with narrow doorways and little room to work. They accomplished the task with kindness and care. My family will be using them for all of our moving needs.

I had a two man crew to move several office desks to multiple locations. They were capable, knowledgeable and respectful. The men protected all of the furniture and were very careful loading and unloading. They moved quickly and made it look easy to move 200 pound desks! I will use them for our next office move in the future. Only bad comment would be I lent one of them my pink tape measure 😒 and I never got it back.

Scheduled a long distance move with Move It Now and was 100% satisfied with them. Josh, Avery, and Tyler showed up on time day of move and quickly loaded the truck handling every item with care. Once at the storage unit they were able to fit everything in the single unit I reserved with no issues.

We moved my mother from Akron to Dayton at the end of March, 2019. It was the best moving experience I have ever had with a moving company, by far! Josh and Zack were amazing on many levels.1) They were very professional & polite!2) They took great care to ensure our home, belongings, and new home was not damaged in the process. Our driveway was narrow, we had some lower power lines, and a tree close to the driveway. They took great care backing into our driveway and did not do any damage to the lines or the tree. From there they protected our carpets and door jams...and even though the ground was muddy, they managed to keep most of that outside and not in our home.3) My 3 & 5 year old where in awe of them and their truck. They tried to follow them EVERYWHERE. While I did my best to keep them out of their way, they still managed to wiggle away from me to tell Josh and Zack knock knock jokes. Josh and Zack just went along with it. From fist bumps with my kids to letting the kids help by telling them what room to put the boxes in...they were incredible.

Had the pleasure of Sharif and Avery helping us with our move. Moving experience was very quick, even though we werent necessarily 100% prepared. Upon arrival at the new place, everything was unloaded and we were constantly asked where we wanted each piece. Not an item was damaged in the move. We originally were looking at 2 men and a truck. They quoted us at 3 people taking 10 hours for our move, with a price of $1900. We paid about 750 for move it now, which included over 2 ours of driving time alone. Weve never been able to afford moving help previously. Very efficient and well done movers that really took the stress off of moving for us and was 100% worth the splurge of hiring someone to do it for us. Would absolutely recommend and will be using next time we move.

We had the best experience with Move It Now a week ago. This is the 4th time we were moving with different moving companies, without doubts this was the Best. We moved from Ohio to Massachusetts in less than 2 days.The estimate was done quick, very reasonable pricing, almost 30-40% better than other company and in twice as less days.Joshua and Ray did an amazing job. Came minute by minute the time they were telling us on both days. Highly professional, quick, didn’t make single scratch on the furniture or the floors. These guys moved us a couple of weeks ago from Cuyahoga Falls to Dalton. We could not possibly be more thrilled with their very professional services. My husband and I aren’t too physically able to handle heavy lifting and a ton of work. We didn’t have to because these fellas totally had us taken care of.We had a 5 man crew and two large trucks. They came to our rescue like calvary leading a charge. These guys worked so hard. There is a HUGE difference between these guys and day laborers from Uhaul. Massive.We have so much stuff and I couldn’t fathom how they were going to get us all done in the time estimate. They did!!! They were carrying multiple things at once.We have not had many item casualties either, so I would also say they were pretty careful too. They respected boxes marked fragile. They also protected the floors and doors. 98% of boxes were put in the rooms they were designated to go. They even assembled our beds!!! That absolutely left us stunned.We were immensely blessed to have this service. We would a thousand percent recommend their business.

We had Bernard and Matt from Falls Move It Now help us load 34 years of our belongings today. They were such great help and worked so hard and in only a couple hours we were all loaded up. $105/hour for a truck and 2 movers. Truck fit a two bedroom home. Josh and Sharif were well trained and very strong. Maybe make sure to do a walk through after the move because they took apart somethings to move it but did not put it back together when they placed it in the room at arrival.

I closed on my old house and new house on the same day, which left me only 48 hours to move my 3-bedroom home into the new 4-bedroom home. I also had a full 10x10 storage space I wanted moved at the same time. Move It Now was able to handle this large job professionally, quickly, and on-budget, which left me an entire day to give the old house a good scrub before handing the keys over to the new owner. That would have earned them a four-star review from me. However, they managed to do the whole move without breaking or losing any of my property. They didnt even scratch the furniture or bump the walls of either house. Furthermore, they were just nice people. Five stars. I wouldnt hesitate to work with these folks again.

Hired Move it Now to move step-daughter from Stow to Pennsylvania. Tyler and Avery we’re both amazing. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went right to work.They interacted with us at the pick up location, we all laughed and joked, but they continued to work. After the 5 hour drive to the drop off point, they arrived, introduced themselves and immediately went to work. They unloaded putting everything exactly where they were asked and even offered to help with stuff outside what they were hired to do.They may bill by the hour, but work as if they lose money the longer the job takes. Move It Now was great for our move.First, the office was flexible and rescheduled our move twice when we had complications with our sale and purchase. They gave us the lowest estimate of several movers that we contacted and the final bill was UNDER the estimate.The movers themselves were just great. The crew of five arrived full of energy on time and just flew through the house. The worked at a fast pace and kept it up all day. They were also friendly and cheerful. They all seemed to work together so well. A great team! It was a stressful day for us, but they made it so much easier and more pleasant. When we were at the new house, they conscientiously put everything where it was labeled. When items werent labeled, they always asked where to put them. They cheerfully complied when we changed our minds about where to put them--even when it meant taking heavy items upstairs. They were very careful with our furniture, and with the newly-painted walls. It was a grueling long day, but when they were done, they asked if there was anything else we wanted--any items to be moved around, etc.I have already recommended them to friends who are moving soon. I moved this past weekend (March 3, 2018) and Move it Now sent Chris, Jud, and John. The guys were fantastic, had a system that allowed them to work quickly and efficiently, and handled my possessions gently and with great care. The company’s manager, Keith, even stopped by to check on the progress and lend a hand for a little while!I moved into a place 45 minutes away. They made the trip safely and none of my things were damaged. They performed the entire move in about 6 hours (that includes round-trip drive time!!) with smiles on their faces and had excellent attitudes. It was a joy to work with the three of them! I’d highly recommend this company and especially these three men for your next move!

I used this company two years ago when I moved and they did a fantastic job, so when it was time to move again, I did not hesitate to call them. Unfortunately, this time around I was less than impressed with the movers they sent. One was brand new and inexplicably the one in charge. We did not have a lot of furniture; besides the usual stuff we only had one bedroom set and no appliances. However, it took them forever to move us. It took so long that we just told them to put our boxes in one room instead of having them place them in the appropriate rooms for us. We even called them before our move to inquire about having a third person on hand because we did have a lot of boxes, but they assured us they could handle it with two people. Well, maybe two other people but not the two they sent. They damaged my dining room table. When they moved my empty dresser, they did not take out the drawers even though we suggested it, and the drawers went flying against our newly refinished banister. We had one challenging piece of furniture to move and when it came time to do it, they had to call in reinforcements i.e. more movers. That part was the smoothest part of our experience. I wish those people had done our entire move. There was a lot more that happened but its over now. Overall, the price was reasonable and if they send out experienced people you should be satisfied with them.

Contracted with Move it Now for my last move. It did not go quite as planned. The crew that was sent was great. You can tell a great deal about a company by the way they handle business when things go wrong. Ken and Move It Now did their very best to make it right. When that was impossible, Ken went out of his way to make the situation right.I will be using Move It Now in the future. Its a safe bet that it will be done right or the well will make it right. Great Moving Company!This company beat everybody on the prices, and were available for a last minute move of some heavy equipment in our office. The two gentleman (Schuyler and Marcus) were AWESOME! I am SO glad I ended up going with Move It Now. I had to have been one of the more challenging moves for the Beef Squad -- top floor apartment up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. The Squad was amazing... Carrying 3+ boxes up the stairs at a time! Some of my larger furniture barely made it around the low ceilings and narrow turns, but they got it all up into the apartment. Im so grateful for them making the move seamless and easy for me! Ill recommend Move It Now to anyone, anytime. Thanks again!

Highly recommend! Tazar and Sharif were phenomenal. I would request them specifically. They treated our furniture like it was their own. They were professional, meticulous, and prompt. We will certainly use them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone we know.

I gave them 3 because theyre fast and affordable, but that comes at other costs. They broke an electric fireplace of mine, and replaced it with another broken fireplace that was half the size. Im still waiting on a new one.Update: Im adding a star because they ended up making amends with the fireplace, thru personally delivered to my home and was in perfect condition. I was very happy with the move, was 5 star worthy, just cant give the extra star just because of drawn or situation. I do recommend this company.

We had a great experience using MoveItNow. They showed up on time, were very courteous and got to work right away. The team was efficient and careful with our household. Josh,Paul,Kyle,Tazar,Keith,Avery and Eric were just awesome.

This company did a phenomenal job! Tim and Coy moved me in 2.75 hours. These two were very polite and set everything up. It’s my second time using them because they truly are a great company.

I was very impressed by our movers Max and Mike. They were hustling! They worked quick and were very courteous. If I was moving again, I would hire this company and request Max and Mike.

Good moving skills, terrible service. Sat around and charged 3 hours for a good 1.5 hours of work that they did. I called to complain and the guy pretty much told me to go to hell. Wouldnt recommend.

Update Phase 2 in August. The move and Steve, Rich, Mike and Coi were amazing. Good people and HARD working. Well worth every dollar because they never stop working. Good Guys! They really worked fast and didnt break anything. Ill be using Move It Now and hopefully that same crew again in a few weeks.
