Price is raised arbitrarily, pretty regularly, with no added benefit to cost and little improvements to the structures. Dont waste your time and money here. Greedy for the sake of greed.

Run Like the wind. Within 30 days of moving into storage unit, they will raise your rate. Read the contract, within the first year, and according to all other people renting, they raised the rate 25% on the unit and 50% raise on required insurance. All of these within the first 45 days. This place is a scam. If you are upfront with people, they will not be angry. STAY AWAY FROM STORAGE CENTERS OF AMERICA. They did this at all 3 units I had, at 3 different locations.

Property was not secure, gate was open to all, unit had water on floor, when I canceled over phone end of May property manager never seen in my account and never confirmed cancellation. Very disappointed in the property

I represent a specialty auto transport company and handle moves for a number of manufacturers when vehicles need to get to auto shows. I needed to store 6 vehicles for a couple of months which required storage and the ability to pull said vehicles for a local show and then restore them. In short, not your standard storage requirement. I had the pleasure of working with Samantha, who manages two local storage sites. This is a very nice, well maintained secure storage facility. I was less than impressed with booking online, hence the four stars, not five. Tyler, in the office, was super-helpful and very patient, while he worked through the kinks caused by the online issues.

Professional staff, easy process.

Not our first time using Storage Zone. The girl in the office (Deanna) was great to work with, professional & polite. Showed us the unit, cleaner facility then we had previously used. She even waited for us to make sure the app (for opening & closing the gate) worked. Highly appreciate your patience!

Used to be locally owned and owners would work with you on payments. When Storage Zone took over, they were not helpful. We lost an entire house full of furnishings, kids toys, clothing, and personal items

People are rude. Im currently waiting a entire hour for them to return. There is also another gentleman waiting. This is completely unacceptable. Over and hour and still waiting.
