Ive had a unit with them for the past two years and no issues. Clean and safe. Security is good you need a code to get into the gate. Price is affordable. All around nice.

Weve rented a business unit for about 8 years and recently needed two larger storage units as well, Spencer, the manager, was, as always, super helpful, friendly and professional. The property is well kept and the security of the premises is terrific. Highly recommended!

This was a great and convenient way to store items we couldnt put elsewhere while we moved, the staff was very kind and polite. There was a lot of light when I was unloading items at night time. The code punch was easy to use and all around a great experience. The through way had enough room to get around other cars that were loading/unloading. The unit was dry the entire 3-4 months our items were stored, nothing got wet.P.S. in one of the earlier reviews they said to get a new code entry system and they did since that review.We highly recommend this location if you are in need of a place to store items.

We got a storage unit in April 2019 to hold some things we were saving for a family member. The manager, Spencer Krause, was great to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very competent with great attention to detail. He suggested what size unit we would need for what we were storing and he was spot on. Additionally, the paperless billing option they offer is great.The property is conveniently located and is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this business.

Recently rented a storage unit from the Cuyahoga Falls location. Spencer was excellent to work with - friendly, professional, and provided all of the info I needed. I rented my storage unit mid-morning on a Saturday and was able to start moving in by that afternoon.One of the cleanest and most professional storage facilities I have ever worked with!! Great pricing and available hours! I highly recommend them!

Great place - always answers the phone. Could use a new punch code key box both on in and out as sometimes it takes several times to get your code to work. Other than that I find this the best of the many rental units Ive has in several cities over the years.

I have had a very bad experience at this place due to the cleaning service who rents a building their bill berger the owner of ajaxwas saving my money for my kids x mas this year I worked very hard for ajax and bill berger decided to not pay me for working mo prior and thousands of dollars i was saving he stole from me this goes to show what kind of man bill berger really is a phoney and a cheat I will release full audio pdf today how he has me do things that are just down right disgusting and how he downgrades his workers and customers and sexual harassed the women workin for him beware of ajax

I have been using this stop-n-stor (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio) for several years now. The facility is convenient to get to, accessible, and clean. The security system is easy to use, and it appears to provide adequate security and supervision. I have needed several different units over the years, and each has been well maintained and clean. Supervision is enhanced by having the facility manager residing on the premises. The manager (Jeff) has always been most helpful, friendly, personal, and yet very professional. Thank-you.
