This is a good Best Buy. Its a bit bigger than some others in the Dallas area. Sadly like all the other places they are currently (Nov 2021) very low on stock on a lot of items.However they had thousands of TVs in store I guess in preparation for Black Friday.It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was busy helping many other customers.And as usual they had a few items marked down that I needed.
The staff is always really nice and helpful. They explain what the products are in detail. Quick to repair things. Overall great service. The do a quick curbside pickup as well if you just need to grab and go
Can not reach out to the store, have been trying to get through customer service but no luck. Have requested manager call back.Was sold defective switch and need help with exchange, please help ! Covid restrictions
Huge appliance and electronics superstore. While theres lots of eye-candy and its a great place to shop, the prices can be high, with some items available elsewhere at lower prices. Smaller items can be hard to find and an employee to assist you even harder. Id estimate that about 1/3 of the time an item showed to be in-stock, but wasnt on the shelf. Eventually an employee was able to track it down. The greatest thing about Best Buy is a direct result of the Pandemic - that being the curbside pickup. Place your order online and select curbside delivery, then when you arrive choose a designated parking space, check-in online, provide the space number and relax. Ive done this 3 times now with items from 1 lb., to one that weighed over 100 lbs., and my max wait time was 9 minutes. BRAVO! Its too bad customer service inside isnt that responsive. Like always, do visit, browse, touch and try...but shop around. Youll buy here about 60% of the time, or may find it cheaper elsewhere the other 40%. But its worth a trip.
I had ordered a game for my son from Best buy; however, it was not available. I received a notice that part of it was in. I was not aware that the game came in more than one piece. Turns out the part that was at the store is just a special case, not the actual game. We stood in line for some time just to pick up an empty case. The instructions I received in the email did not mention this.
Stopped at this Best Buy and wasn’t properly greeted. I had to dang near chase a woman down that was standing in checkout. I asked her where I would go to get my screen protector replaced. She barely acknowledged me and to me to go to customer service. Went to customer service and the cashier just printed out a receipt and told me to go to the floor choose a new screen protector and to come back. The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy! No one offered to assist ! I became extremely frustrated ! I’ll have to find a new location !
Bad customer service, people are lazy and dont want to work. I drove from Mckinney to pickup the phone and get new activation. Gus a person working in mobil. told me we cant activate sim the last hour of store. Can you tell me where is it mention in Best Buy policy? sorry i really need the phone a family member who are traveling on Saturday but i had to comeback without phone. I will not go the this particular store again!!
Went to Best Buy to make an exchange. Both employees were quick & very helpful about my questions. Solved the problem fast, I was done in less than 10 minutes!
Didnt have what I was looking for specifically, although in their defense I was looking for something quite peculiar, but Best Buy is a good store though.
Great location that has alot more options for cameras! Staff may not be knowledgable but they are willing to find out. Loads of sanitisers around to use.
I received slim to none customer service shopping here. And the service that I did receive I had to go out of my way to get. Funny because every none Black person around me was getting help just fine. A Caucasian lady in the same aisle as me. Had to tell one of the employees she didn’t need anymore help. The cashier rang me up & didn’t ask if I wanted a bag for my product to go in or not. He just handed me my product with the receipt. Due to the out right prejudice behavior I experienced. It would have to be a chili day in hell before I ever shopped at this Best Buy again.

This was my first time visiting this location. I am very impressed with the staff and the large variety of merchendise. The store is VERY well organized so finding what I was looking for was easy. I would get a staff member checking up on me every 5-10 minutes which was VERY considerate since i have never been here before. I am very happy with the experience.
Amazing guy help me get just what I asked for, but gave me options but really cut to the chase and he even checked me out. He was very efficient, professional and he was an Android user, but I cant remember his name. He deserves a raise!
Sales person was just ok. Paid cash for a HP laptock,mouse and mouse pad. Dont need to pay an extra $150.00 to download some apps. If I paid right at $700.00 cash for merchandise, I shouldnt have to go and ask for a bag for my purchases. Making sure that your work station is stocked with what you need is called preparation for your customers. Not being petty,this is how I feel and was taught. When you know where you will be working,looking around to see what you need to better serve your consumers to get it before you start your shift.
About two weeks ago, I went in to just pick up a monitor that I bought on their website and to my surprise, somehow received some of the best customer service Ive ever gotten, even for something so simple. Ben, one of the supervisors, went above and beyond to make sure the monitor was in good shape. He opened the box, checked the entire monitor for me, and then put it all back in the box, styrofoam and everything (Ive you ever tried to fit everything back in the way it came after taking it all out, you know how difficult that can be). He then offered me a cold bottled water because it was taking a bit to get back in the box (which was totally ok, he asked if Id like him to check it beforehand).Then, while hes taping the box back up, I asked him if they happened to carry some sort of double sided adhesive (I just had a rear camera installed in my car and the adhesive strip it came with kept falling off). I just figured Id ask while I was there and he says, I have an idea, Ill be right back. He comes back with a strip of VERY high strength double sided adhesive that they used to hang up their holiday decorations in the store. He cut me off a piece the size of a quarter and said to try that. Its been 2.5 weeks in the Texas heat and that camera hasnt moved in the slightest.I rarely leave reviews, but it was so awesome to me how I went in to simply pick up something I had already bought and left having received literally some of the best service Ive ever gotten. Ben rocks!
Best buy is an okay store. But their geek squad is terrific. This is the end of agony and angst over the technology I love and use but do not understand. Now I dont have to do so. I have The geek squad ready to dig me out of any trouble I get into. Why didnt I find it sooner?

Why is there even a Best Buy left these days? Sub-par customer service, overpriced merchandise and a disengaged, uncaring staff more interested in upselling you than actually helping. Im going to Amazon.com from here on. When I asked for tech support they sent a designer with zero knowledge of the problem or product. I get the feeling I was set up with the consultant as a diversionary tactic just so they didnt have to deal with me. I wont be back. Total waste of time and money.

This place has more security than customer service. You can expect to be stalked your entire time here while at the same time you cant get any help and they have one cashier. Do yourself a favor and buy from an online retailer. This place is an incredibly unwelcoming and unhelpful place.

Be cautious if trading in video game hardware, specifically PlayStation 4 500 GB console.I was quoted $125.00 trade-in value for my console in good condition, the ac adapter and fully functional 1st party PS4 Dualshock controller.However, because the controller was not the original one that came with the system I bought 7 years ago, but rather a newer model bought less than 1 year ago, $50 was deducted from the original $125.00 quote.Even though a corporate customer care representative from Best Buy said there is no specific information given regarding when the controller was purchased, the Best Buy location at Park Lane will not honor the value quoted.
This place is always a hot mess. Try to avoid going In at all costs. I just do online order with pick up which always works out well.
Sales staff was great. Quick and easy return process. My only issue was very limited supply of car.stereos. The ones I wanted were no longer available in store or online.
Love this place. They have always been professional and extremely helpful. I think every interaction Ive had the person has gone above and beyond.Also, had a geek squad warranty on an Oculus Quest 2 that we had broken. I think Ill be buying the geek squad warranty as often as possible, now. It was so easy to walk in and have my device replaced on the spot. Super professional and positive experience, and again they went above and beyond.

Worst help ever. Bought an expensive sound bar online that was in stock. Wasn’t actually in stock. It would be ready for pickup in a few days. It was ready for pickup at a store in another city. They are incompetent here.
Wanted to give a shout out to Josh in customer service and the managers at this best buy. Weve been busy moving and trying to find a new replacement tv. After a long and frustrating day of issues, we were able to get everything taken care of at this location. Were still new to Dallas, but this is now our main best buy and will make the trip for all of our electronic needs!

Used online order. Contacted 2 hours later, it was ready for pickup arrived and checked in. Waited for an hour, only to be told system was glitches, and I needed to get in line to have my order brought out. Heres the line, and then it starts to drizzle ☹ Product purchased works perfect, or it would get less stars.

Brandon and Alyric were so very kind. They helped my mom in a very tough situation with her phone. It was brand new and not working and this was the third brand new phone that wasn’t working. They were very patient and kind and helped us work everything out. Even though we drove almost 2 hours to get there, i would definitely drive those 2 hours again for the amazing service

Best Buy still has good stuff, good customer service, and this location is decent. Ive never had any problems finding, buying, returning, or exchanging anything here. Prices cant quite compete with Amazon sellers, etc. But at least you know they arent stocking junk with high return rates.

Tried to buy a laptop and had the absolute worst service. One blonde guy was loudly stating how none of the value laptop would last more than two years and immediately took customers to the most expensive laptops. The other tall brunette guy when I said excuse me literally closed his eyes and made the biggest sigh and walked away. So disrespectful, we are going to Target.
They were nearly out of portable AC units but the gal helping me found a returned unit and gave it to me at a discount. Super nice.

Made a big purchase and came to pick up items. The sales associate was great. I bought a brand new tv from them and asked if they had any spare boxes that I could put my tv in because I’m moving and threw away the box. The manager, was a woman, didn’t catch her name, came to answer my question. Told me that around 6pm the installers come back with boxes and there was a likelihood I could get a box then because they didn’t have anything in the store. I asked if I could leave her my number and if she could text me later tonight and id come back to get the box. She told me I could leave my number with another associate but she wouldn’t text me because she was too busy and understaffed. I asked her if taking 30 seconds out of her day to help me was too much and she just walked away… Terrible manager at this facility. Rude and disrespectful.

After ordering printers from other companies, that were canceled by those companies, 3 days in a row.. I was able to walk in and purchase a great printer. I was in and out fast, which in a Pandemic is fabulous. However, they didnt have in stock what their app said. I ended up spending $40 more for a printer than I wanted. But got a awesome printer that works amazing!

I went to 4 non best buy stores looking for a refrigerator. everyone was telling me it was going to be a month and a half before I got the refrigerator. Finally I decided to go to my neighborhood Best Buy. They had what I wanted and were able to deliver in 3 days. Thanks
Sad to see how standards have declined in only about 2 years since I last worked at a Best Buy. Have been to this location multiple times since moving to the area and it seems like employees are not trained to touch base with customers anymore. Was here almost an hour and had no one ask if I needed anything. Nothing either when I asked if someone could help over their radios. Saw blue-shirt employees chatting in the appliances area with Pacific Appliances Team. Prepared to purchase but items I needed were locked.Try the Midway & LBJ store. Seems employees only help when upper management is looming ever-present.
Sooooo. Worked there. Shopped there. Overall the employees are great. Upper Management though. Totally different. No follow through for most installs. Buyer beware. Even if you spend 40k.
Order product online. Waited for 3 hours for said item to be picked for pickup. Ended going inside and waiting only to find out item hadnt been picked yet. Couldnt find item on shelf to just pull myself. Website said available in one hour. Associate at desk said that was the standard time for all pickup items. Found the same item on Amazon for cheaper and able to get it in 2 days rather than waiting for another excuse from this location. Other Best Buy locations are better with their service. Avoid this location if you can.

I was greeted as soon as I entered. I visited to checkout iPads and how adobe works on them. For my first time vising, it was so easy to find the right departments on my own. Despite there being a lot going on in the store products-wise, everything is clearly labeled.Peter in electronics was wonderful and helped me so much. Im so excited to get my iPad after this visit. The whole staff were friendly and available whenever I needed.

Nice location, very large and pretty busy. This location had a larger selection of gaming accessories and parts than some of the other locations which was nice. They had the mouse and mouse pad I was looking at and most items in the section were in stock. Checked out a tv too and the selection was large, very big location thats is actually has the items you need in stock. Staff wore masks and store was clean.

Just about what you can expect from a best buy. Always busy and difficult to get help. The cashier was rude. She called me names in Spanish and didnt realize I spoke the language.
No one came to assist us after we asked an employee for help.We waited and then I went to customer service to complain. Behind me was a gentleman who heard what my problem was and piped in and voiced the same and left saying that he was not coming back to Best Buy again.
Staff is helpful and attentive to customers needs. Even though most of the items I was searching for were out of stock “bummer” 🤦🏽♂️

Yeah a few hitches on some open box items but they handled it, even accounting for all the extra driving and time. The young one who brought my stuff out was super polite and helpful. The manager the next day offered a reasonable solution and saved the sale.
The layout was easy to follow and most items that I was shopping for was in stock so there was a good variety to choose from. Check out was a breeze and the associate was friendly.
Best place to buy electronics and printer toner cartridges. Huge selection of laptops and headphones. Highly recommend this Best buy. My go to electronics store.
