We needed a washer and dryer for our new home while relocating to Texas from the west coast. Looking around many stores and online, we could not locate any units available for immediate delivery. When we called Jeremy Cash at Elite Appliance, he took the extra time to walk us through the available models, found both units for us, and helped us get them delivered and installed in three weeks. We were delighted with the service Jeremy and Elite Appliance offered us. Great company and great people.
We purchased all of our kitchen appliances at Elite. Jordan was great, customer service got a little wonky.Fortunately they scheduled the install with Exquisite Appliance Installation and Plumbing, and Joel, Maria and the rest of the team managed to pull it all together nicely. If you buy from Elite remember to request Exquisite Appliance to do the install.
They sales team was extremely knowledgeable about product and helpful in finding the perfect range for my kitchen. My older cabinets were a bit challenging to work with, so the expertise was greatly appreciated.I live 250 miles from the store and the delivery and installation team found a way to get the range delivered and installed in my rural location.Jeremy and Cody were both wonderful to work with. I’ve just placed my order with Jordan at Elite Appliances, and I have to tell you that he is the most knowledgeable salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I had many many questions, I had done my homework, and even on detailed questions about specific brands and specific models he knew it all. He always got back to me in a timely manner when I’d email or leave a voicemail. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Jordan. My oven door glass broke during the second use. I contacted Elite and they had me a new glass shipped to my front door within 3 days! Not only do I love my new range but I love the quick, courteous service that I received from Bethani and the Elite team. Thanks guys!
DO NOT PURCHSE THRU THIS WEBSITE.... Stove arrived damaged. Shipper refused to take it back upon delivery and inspection. I now have a broken stove in my driveway for 2 weeks. They wont pick it up or refund my Elite Appliance credit card. I now have a NON/LATE PAY mark from this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They told me to buy local cause they dont want to fix the issue and are worried another stove will come damaged. So are they done shipping to everyone or just me? AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE SITUATION. Blaire was non helpful, Cody was equally unhelpful. My salesman Eddy was non responsive once I had an issue. OVERALL UNPROFESSIONAL.
UPDATE - We were contacted by the company owner immediate after posting the review. He was apologetic and really appreciative of my detailed feedback that identified the problem he was personally aware off. We were also reimbursed all expensive that Elite Appliance was not directly responsible for but were caused by their referral. Updating review to 5 stars for the excellent customer service and going to be back for more purchases.We had the worst post-sale experience with Elite. We purchased Miele washer and dryer in July. Since we asked for a recommendation on the installer also experienced in KitchenAid built-in fridges, Elite Appliance salesperson referred us to Reliable Appliance Delivery and Install company and this is where our troubles began.Johnny from Reliable Appliance came for the initial visit, provided estimate for Miele appliances installation and told us that he would need to remove the fridge to connect ice-maker to the water outlet. He charged us a trip fee and provided referral to a carpenter, who also charged us with a trip fee to get an estimate for removal of one board above the built-in. Then both Reliable Appliance and the carpenter disappeared, never coming back to do the job. We called and texted for 6 weeks and went ahead with installation and fridge work with another installer certified by Miele.They showed the same week, installed washer and dryer on the spot for 50% of the quoted by Reliable Appliance fee. The bigger surprise was that that the fridge has been always connected to water supply and the ice maker had to be just turned on after a filter is installed. They also discovered that Johnny broke the water filter cap and it had to be replaced.We have not been able to find any information for Reliable Appliance Delivery and Install recommended by Elite on Google or Better Business Bureau. Elite’s Customer Relation manager (Bethany) refused to take any responsibility or acknowledge the problem. Hence, my review is for Elite Appliance who provided the referral to a scammer and then refused to take any responsibility or help to resolve the situation. If you want to save money and time, do not consider installation with Elite Appliance.

I tried a half dozen sites and none could deliver what I needed for a week or more.Then I found Elite Appliance and my search was over. Jeremy got it to me on the second business day. Unreal! (not to mention the price was fair and he followed up many times to ensure I was satisfied.) I was able to track the shipment the entire way and receiving was very simple (I chose to pick it up - you can likely have it delivered to your home.)I am looking forward to seeing the pieces installed as I cook regularly and a powerful but quiet fan is important to me!

Beautiful looking kitchens. The setups and displays look dazzling. They are high end though so just be aware of that. Prices are not listed on the appliances but obviously, with higher end items, thats what youll expect.When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and when I answered I was only looking around and that I accidently stumbled into their store, they let me be.So my review is solely on the store and what I saw and based on a single visit. My overall take on the place is its very spacious and very elegant.

This was absolutely the best experience when buying an appliance. They are local so that made the entire process so much easier. My dishwasher went out on a Friday. The supply chain right now is not very good for dishwashers or any appliance during this pandemic. I contacted Elite on a Saturday by phone and they had thought ahead and bought some extra ones. My son in law and I arrived early Monday, we bought and loaded the new KitchenAid Dishwasher in less than 20 minutes.
Im so excited about getting my new AGA stove. Jeremy is so patient and so kind and he knows the products! I wasnt sure what color I wanted and he talked with me about colors and selecting the right vent hood. And there was no pressure. I was able to take some time and make up my mind and make the purchase with confidence!
I was in a bad place, I am building a house with all that stress to go with it. I order a Verona stove through the builder. The appliance place for the builder was delayed plus to find out that he ordered the wrong stove. I contacted Elite Appliance and spoke with Jeremy. An exceptionally knowledge person and very pleasant to deal with. He had the correct stove in his stock. If I need or any of my friends need appliances, I will send them to Jeremy Cash. Terrible service. Just like some other reviews on here, everything went smoothly up until when I made the payment. After that, everything went downhill, after several months I still have not heard back from my numerous attempts to resolve the issues.In June, I called Elite to purchase a large order of 3 different units for my home. I gave Eddy, the salesman, the exact model/brand information for the equipment that I was looking to purchase. He gave me a sales pitch to buy a different brand from the one I requested because he said they were better pieces of equipment. I was hesitant at first because we had Subzero installed for the past 10+ years with no problems, so before agreeing to his suggestion, I requested that a tech come out to my home to make sure that his suggested units would work just as well in the space where I needed them. Someone came out to review, and Eddy assured me they would be perfect. I agreed to Eddys proposal and made the payment.After weeks of having no update, I reached out to Elite to ask about my status, and it seemed they had forgotten entirely about my order, but I was able to schedule install finally. On installation day, I received a frustrated call from the installer that he had gone out to pick up the units, and they did not have them. Elite blamed the pandemic, which is understandable, and I just requested that they be more communicative.Two of the units arrived/installed, but right away, one of the units made so much noise that it would keep the whole house up at night. I reached out to Elite to report this, and they said they could not do anything about it and directed me to a service provider. I scheduled a service call, and the technician told me that the machine they sold me was extremely noisy and that they get calls all the time with customer complaints about the noise. He was unsure as to why Elite would suggest that particular unit given its location in the house and use. There was nothing to be done. Right now, we have the equipment turned off.I tried to contact Eddy, but he was never available. I left numerous voicemails and had no response. On another attempt to contact him, I spoke to another salesman. He would very rudely mock my complaints, and while I was still on the phone, I could hear him report false information as to what I was saying to whom I assume were other salespeople around him. He told me he would look into my issue and get back to me.It has been months now where no one has gotten back to me, even after leaving numerous messages.The third unit finally arrived as well, but it turns out they could not install it because it had the wrong parts! The unit is now sitting in my garage in its box with no response from Elite or the installer.UPDATE: Since posting, the owner reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication.They are working on replacing my units to assure satisfaction.I appreciated his call and comments.
I can’t begin to say enough great things about Elite Appliance and if I could give more stars I would!I live in New York City and am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and my experience with local appliance dealers has left much to be desired. After doing a quick google search for an appliance that was out of stock locally, I stumbled on Elite Appliance and figured, what the heck, it says they have the item and will ship to NYC. After calling and speaking with one of their salespeople Darren, I knew I was in great hands. He along with all his other colleagues that I have spoken with (Jordan, Bethani, Wanda and Mark) have been AMAZING and delivered what was probably one of the best customer service experiences of my life. However, it doesn’t stop there! Everyone I spoke with has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient and worked with me when one of the items I ordered was the wrong size and had to be exchanged.Even though I’ll probably never get a chance to visit the showroom or the team in person because they’re nearly 1,500 miles away, I’m now a customer for life and will be going to them whenever I need to buy an appliance.Anyone in the market for a new appliance should seriously consider buying from them, even if you are out of state like me!
This company does not have a customer service staffing to save a easy bake oven from the landfill! I am so annoyed with the system for IT during my shopping and inquiries, that I decided my time would be better spent by saving others from the pointless hassle of attempting to use the online shopping tool they are set up with .Oh and when I tried to use the contact us click, url not found err

Elite agreed to deliver my appliance three different times.Each time I took time off from work to be ready for the delivery.Each time the delivery did not take place. Elite does not have its own installers, so they are at the mercy of the crews they hire.I pre-paid 3 months in advance for the applianceand waited for it to be delivered. Seems the business model is a bit broken.
Not happy with the post-sale service. I purchased a refrigerator through their discount website and got the wrong refrigerator. Hard for me to prove that it was on their end, but regardless would have expected theyd do their best to help me out. Now we have a bar fridge that doesnt function in the way we needed. Otherwise, the unit was in the condition advertised.
From start to shipping, my order has been fantastically smooth and easy. I have already recommended Elite Appliances, now, to several people. We purchased a high-end gas range for our kitchen renovation over the phone. We were super impressed with the sales and product knowledge and of course, the price. I was naturally concerned about spending this kind of money with someone Id never met for a produce Id never seen but they made it an awesome experience. Then, as things happen, the gas range didnt light when we installed it. Once again, Elites service was elite. They arranged for a local technician to come diagnose the problem and shipped the part directly to me. Its been a long time since Ive have old fashioned service. Kudos to Elite!

I purchased a 36 capital range from Elite some years ago. Overall, I had a good experience. The store caters to people with a lot of money to spend, and thats fine, they have a lot of very good appliances. I myself do not have a lot of money to spend.The only criticism I have is that the place can be really salesy, meaning, youll probably talk to a different salesman every time you go there, and those guys are probably on commission, so if you look like a browser, theyre not going to be too interested in spending the time it takes to really figure out what you want or need. It took me several trips to finally talk to someone who made that effort. When that happened it all worked out fine. I was looking at a range in the $3000 price range. Based on my needs (I used the range everyday three times per day for 10+ people) the salesman recommended not getting the unit I was considering because it wouldnt last very long. I ended up getting a range in $5500 price range. I am glad I took his advice.My oven hasnt been completely trouble free in the 4 years Ive had it, but when I had issues, Elite was there to get all the purchase receipts and warranty information from when I couldnt find it, so thats a plus.

First and foremost let me say the quality of the appliances they sell are great, simply because of the brands themselves, not Elite Appliance. We purchased our appliances a year ago, Miele Range and dishwasher, JennAir fridge, jennair wine fridge, and a uline ice maker. EVERY SINGLE APPLIANCE, with the exception of the fridge had an install issue. My range had to be completely taken apart by the manufacturer and put back together for a microwave issue, one that was caused on installation, not a defect. After spring break, we came home to our Zephyr hood, sagging to one side. We called elite and asked what could have caused this? They contacted the installer, that originally installed it, and he came over to our home. He put a blanket over our range and undid the two screws on the hood and it literally came crashing down on top of my range. My hood was put in a spare room and the technician said we would have to go through his insurance. We have, the insurance company is demanding quotes to fix the appliances, which is expected, however literally no company will come out and give a quote without paying a trip charge and a one hour minimum. So, we have contacted Elites owner no less than 2 times now, simply asking for assistance, since THEIR installer crashed our hood on top of our range. They will not even reply, literally all we need is assistance getting quotes for repairs and they refuse to respond. You’d think with the kind of money we spent on these appliances and the fact that we had VARIOUS install issues at the time of installation, including some light damage on our floors, the ice maker install damaged our RO system, and this infamous hood was installed with the incorrect bolts, which caused it to sag and ultimately fall, that they would at least REPLY. Now, essentially we are going to spend $360 to get quotes on fixing our appliances their installer damaged and installed incorrectly.
Sean was quick to respond to all questions and provided any info requested. Called to schedule delivery of the double oven less than an hour after the transaction was completed. Would look at using this company for future purchases.

I have now bought three appliances from Elite Appliance. The prices are great! The one thing you need to keep in mind is that the delivery is to the door at ground level. If you are using a contractor or have some big friends, it is not a problem, If you do not, you need to consider how you will get the appliance into the final position. I have not had a problem with that, but it is something you need to consider. I love doing business with Elite Appliance. I use Emery Wai, and he has been fabulous to deal with! I call him directly!

My rating today is based on my current situation with elite appliances, we recently purchased a complete Viking appliance set. Long story short we installed our oven and tried to turn it on and we noticed that the light wouldn’t turn off so we contacted Elite appliances they sent out a technician who came out and diagnosed the oven as being a faulty oven and recommended replacing the oven because of all the faults. I have been going back and forth with them to get issue resolved but it has became a nightmare no one wants to own up and they are wanting to replace the whole door on an oven I spent over 4K on and I don’t think it’s right since it is a brand new oven I think it should be replaced completely so far service has been terrible no one calling me to give me any answers having to continuously call my self to find out what going on will update the review as things change.

They care about the sell but thats it. I spent 5 months trying to get a door for our Marvel wine fridge and even asked them about returning it for a different wine fridge that didnt require a custom panel finish. I had to contact them the whole way through with several promises from the manager that things were getting taken care of. Horrible customer service in keeping their customers happy. We moved to Texas and before we moved, we were trying to decided if we get new appliances to have in our home when we arrived or to move the ones we had with us. They got us the lowest price we could find, even comparing it to the prices in the state we were moving from. So we decided to sell our old and buy new and not have to worry about moving the appliances. I ordered them a month before we were to move in and told that they would all be ordered in and ready by the time we got to Texas. Two of the three were and were installed the day we moved in. The other took 4-5 days to get in and be delivered. I was a little annoyed that they werent all there and ready when we moved in, but they made up for it by being super accommodating and delivering twice for me for no extra charge. Super nice employees in all departments: Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery. I would recommend for sure.
We purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Elite Appliance for our new home that we moved into February 2018. As soon as we moved in we had problems with our KitchenAid dishwasher - the motor was bad. We definitely know appliances can be faulty so were understanding but our patience started to wane when it took months to get the motor replaced and months hand washing dishes in our new home. A year later, our dishwasher is back to not working at all. We called Elite March 24th, numerous calls asking for an update they finally got someone to come out April 18th. They replaced the inside portion of the dishwasher with either a refurb or floor model. This wasnt ideal but went along with it to have a dishwasher. After the very first wash, the dishwasher leaked water all over our wood floors. We immediately called them and were told they would give us a call with their solution. We have made many, many calls and continue to be told that we are out of our 2 year labor warranty and someone would call us. First of all, we havent even lived in this home a year and half so how is this possible? My patience finally ran out last Wednesday when I called in and was told AGAIN that a manager would call us and promised by that afternoon. Shocker, we never heard anything. Bottom line, I do not like complaining or writing bad reviews however we are at a loss of what to do. We spent a ton of money on all our appliances a 1 1/2 ago and 4+ months of that have not had a dishwasher. All we want is a dishwasher that works and works for the foreseeable future.Update: Elite called us and offered to replace my dishwasher with a brand new one. We finally have one that works - yay! They could have easily brushed me off but I appreciate them reaching out and making this right. Thats a rarity in business now. Thank you Elite!
My name is Matt Bentley, and I spearhead the Designer, Builder and Custom Kitchen Sales Division of Novak & Parker Home Appliance - a premium appliance retailer in the Chicago Metro Market. We recently made delivery to a client in downtown Chicago during which it was observed that, to complete the installation, a recirculating kit was required for the hood the client specified. After a lengthy, arduous and fruitless vacillating dialogue with our regional distributor, I took it upon myself to conduct a thorough diligence analysis of national dealers in an effort to more expeditiously ascertain this recirculating kit. After another round of fruitless, frustrating and arduous inquiries, I finally located Elite Appliance. Elite initially intimated to us that the piece was in inventory and, as such, would see that the piece was shipped out accordingly. Upon communicating this information onto the trade and end user in our market, it was advised that the piece was needed more imminently, in an effort to meet building and permit deadlines. At this juncture, I placed an inbound phone call to a wonderful young woman named Lindsey who was more than accommodating. Lindsey escalated this with her Shipping Manager and took liberties to see that the piece was inventoried from their local distributor and immediately shipped overnight express to our location! This level of client care - from another dealer, mind you - exceeded that which we received from our own vendor distributor!! Lindsey was polite, concise, empathetic, diligent and truly a pleasure to work with! I would, devoid of any reservation, highly recommend Elite Appliance to anyone in their market! Great place. My wife and I did a complete kitchen remodel several years ago and used Elite and we could not have been happier. So, when my wife fell out of love for our front loader Kenmore washing machine it was a no-brainer. I contacted one of the employees that I had come to know through the years and he gave me a list of prices and options and we ordered a new Samsung top loader sight-unseen. The delivery and install was seamless and the wife couldnt be happier.They have a huge selection of the I-want-to-impress-my-neighbor appliances (read, Viking) BUT they are happy to order the more pedestrian appliances for the average Joe (like me) AND their prices are great.

DESCRIMINATION????? CLASSIEST?? NEED AN ANSWER PLEASEbeen a customer from elite appliances and i been satisfied with service for 6 years. yesterday 04 12 2019, i went in with my clients and where planting to buy 20 to 30 thousand for 2 propertys, while my clients was talking to sell person i took a walk with my employee which happens to be black puerto rican i was for 2 minutes walking thru their kitchens display when a white lady ask us if we needed help i respond no we where yes looking at some appliances1 minutes later a man walls out of his office and ask what i was doing there twice and before i was able to respond he ask me to leave the store me and my worker i became very angry and ask to gine me a reason why i was ask to leave the store while my clients was traying to finalizing the purchase of 20 thousand dollars appliances, i keep asking and getting more frustrating i felt discriminate and frustrated, we work on construction sitesSo my appearance and my worker where no the best so i think they where thinking we where stolen something or we where never where going to afford to buy a kitchen there because yes they are( high and)store like very spensive appliances but i been buying for 7 years and never when to any situation like this i when to my clients and explain my situation and the manager apologize but i never had an answer why i was ask to leave the store i will like to know the answer because i dont want any other person to go thru this situation my clients have spent 200,000 at least on 6 years there.i need and answer and a apologize in person from the guy that ask me to leave o i will take this matter farther .

Over the last several years we have purchased upper end brand appliances with excellent results involving Elite Appliance. Meile and Viking being the two main brands. We have other sources to buy from; however, we keep going back because of the highly trained sales force and the service teams, who listen for any opportunities which may arise and resolve quickly . Once the right product is settled upon and competitive pricing is settled, the back wheel team performs for a COT (complete and on time) experience .Proof is in the pudding. Performance trumps any company culture every time. We just received a Meile washer//dryer combo. Had an issue getting the initial cycle to run after delivery. It was a Friday at 6:30pm. Warehouse//Showroom folks actually answered the phone. Passed us on to Jeremy Cash a real pro, who was in his car. Jeremy was very helpful and he stuck with us, till the cycle ran. Obviously we were thrilled to be able to use our new Meile washer. Can’t get that kind of commitment at the big box organizations. Our delivery driver Keith, was professional, highly attentive and on time! Keith went out of his way and worked a time out so we could maximize our own work day too. Even took the pallets and boxes away. Well done Mr. Keith.Thank you Eddie McBroom, Jeremy Cash and Mr. Keith. Beware! This company does NOT stand by its products. Very expensive refrigerator/freezer broke in less than 2 years. We will have to replace- but will definitely buy from somewhere else!!!!
We purchased a Capitol Culinarian stove from Elite which is not available in our area (SC). Like most people considering on-line appliance purchases, I researched what I wanted and who I would buy from for a long time before making the phone call to Elite. Even so, I was nervous about making such a large purchase on-line. There seemed to be so many points for potential error and subsequent pain! Turns out everything went off without a hitch. Emory was very knowledgeable on the sales side making sure my order and payment were correct. The shipping manager was patient with me regarding the shipping date and location. My stove arrived on time and undamaged being delivered right into my garage. I would not hesitate ordering from Elite again.
We ordered our appliances June 5, 2018 (stove,microwave,washer plus pedestal,dryer and dishwasher) all in the same day and was told we would get our appliances the following Wednesday. After me calling multiple times and speaking with multiple people and getting nothing but broken promises we finally got everything except the dishwasher on 6/19/2018. Once you get past 2 weeks without appliances its enough to piss you off but what tops everything is the company they used to ship. Im at work and the delivery man calls me to tell me he is delivering my appliances but has no GPS to find my house and ask that I meet him at a public gas station so that he can follow me home. But besides that today is July 2, 2018 and Im still without a dishwasher. Once again Ive called multiple times and gotten broken promises all over again. Its been shipped June 25 26 and 27 but yet its still not on its way to me. This place is a joke.
We bought a new Kitchen Aide Sub Zero refrigerator a couple of months ago. Very expensive refrigerator and it has now quit working. It was purchase from Elite and now that it has quit working Elite has gone silent. They wont replace the refrigerator and we need to get it repaired. What ever happened to faulty products and the willingness to replace. All the food had to be thrown out and looks like it will take more than two weeks to repair. Not good, not good at all!
These folks are crooked. Run from them and consider yourself lucky you didn’t get swindled like I did.

They have horrible horrible customer service I spent almost 25 k in there store and was quoted the price with everything installed because I paid for it then when the time comes to install, I get told sorry that those not include the ventahood! I ask and say I was told it included everything, it just changed! Ok I dont care that you guys changed your policy now but when I purchased these 3 months ago that was what I was told! They didnt honor that. Now my Viking refrigerator that was installed in January is not working and Viking has only one service provider in the whole area, so now two plus more weeks with no fridge! Go somewhere else they obviously dont care about customer service! Rip off! I will never use them again and am sorry I did! Should have stuck with Texas apliance at least they come out and repair there stuff!

What a terrific buying experience! I am in Delray Beach FL and was having severe sticker shock trying to replace my 36 Professional SS built in refrigerator.A look on the internet put me in touch with John Miller, totally cool guy.He quoted me a terrific price delivered. I paid a 150 White Glove inside delivery charge.12 days later this 520# 7 foot high behemoth shows up in brand new perfect shape in the factory packaging. Wow, was I thrilled to say the least.CEVA Logistics made the delivery, totally professional operation, and the 2 outstanding men, Carlos and ? carefully placed the unit in my kitchen ready for installation and took away all the factory packaging.Great experience. WE BOUGTH THIS 5 BURNERS COOK TOP SEVERAL YEARS AGO. ALL OF THE KNOBS ARE NOW BROKEN . THE STEMS ARE MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC WHICH HAS CRACKS. THIS MAKES THE KNOBS WABBLE WHEN YOU TRY TO TURN THE BURNERS ON. WHERE CAN WE BUY REPLACEMENTS?
