They sell overstocked appliances not even new as they claim we had issues with our washer immediately and called Samsung who told us the bolts was shot from purchase and they have to replace the washer totally it’s not even been 2 weeks they didn’t help the price or anything and we’ve been paying they will just send you to the manufacturer for them to Handle knowing they sold us a defective machine I would try to look other places this should not even be a last resort!…update; he did come and replace the unit I very much appreciate it ❤️

I purchased a brand new scratch and dent refrigerator from these guys. I saved about 1000 dollars. It has been a great unit. The experience was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience and got a deal I wouldn’t get anywhere else. I had originally come in for a washer, but Aaron had many washers and sets to choose from. I ended up leaving with a washer dryer and I’m happier for it. The delivery and installation was fast and without any issues. I will be coming back here when I am looking for more appliances.

(May be edited in the future if anything changes)I recently moved to Dallas and was looking for a good set of washer and dryer, and then I found them and got an open-box (never-used, but with exterior damages and they were honest with it and it does give no issue for now).The damage was worse than I thought it would be when it was delivered, but it was on the back and didnt bother me too much. When I was in the store I could ask to confirm the damage and obviously I didnt and accepted to pay the money they asked, so its my fault and for anyone whos buying there, I suggest to confirm everything, since theyre nice people and were honest to me with the damage.Considering the damage and the open-box condition, I cant say the price is competitive, but it was ultimately the only choice for people like me, looking for a clean, decent looking, recent models with limited budget.Ill say theyre nice people who were honest, punctual and they did keep the promise as they said, so if you are looking for something cheap, theyre someone you should consider to contact.

Bought a bundle for a refrigerator and washer and dryer set, he beats all other retailers out there! We had been looking endlessly for a new fridge due to ours not working properly and without a doubt his prices beat even Home Depot sales. Amazing work and really friendly! Would really recommend this place without a doubt!

Aaron was a huge help in getting us the right washer at a great price! A lot of these big box stores promise great prices but they dont tell you that you will have to wait for back orders. With Premiere appliances they have it right there!

We were planning to move this week and realized we needed to have an electric dryer at the new house. Home Depot and Lowes couldnt deliver for days or even weeks due to shortages of appliances. I was feeling really frustrated until my wife was able to find exactly what she wanted here at Premiere very quickly, and we were able to get delivery the next day. The installation was quick and customer service was exceptional through the entire process.

Great family run business! My first purchase with them was about three years ago of both a new LG washer and dryer front loaders that I got new for WAY UNDER RETAIL pricing! They’ve worked great ever since so when the need for a new dishwasher came up, they were my go to. Got an amazing new all stainless Maytag for a fraction of the price and I couldn’t be happier! You get more bang for your buck here for sure! I’ve recommended them to friends and family when they’ve needed new appliances too. They even offer same day delivery and financing! I have never posted any review for any company or product. I posted the review below and today was notified by Google of another customers negative feedback, I wanted to respond. I have personally dealt with Aaron and Angelica over the last 10 years and purchased 5 extremely discounted, high-quality appliances with nothing but the most outstanding professional installation and service. Specifically, Aaron took an additional 1.5 hours on a refrigerator door hinge to make sure that it worked exactly right; this was after I notified him and gave him an opportunity to repair it. First it is important to note that Tina Thibodeau is the only person to ever post a negative review about Aaron and Angelica, and took the opportunity to post a negative review rather than communicating with Aaron on a resolution like I did. He made everything perfect and I gave the only five star review that I have ever written. Aaron and Angelica have always bent over backwards to deliver deeply discounted purchases, delivery and installation of three (3) appliances during a very difficult time for my family. Aaron and Angelica from Premiere Appliances are beyond excellent!!! Not only did they deliver a dishwasher and laundry machine the same day; Aaron took the time to answer my questions about a refrigerator / freezer problem and determined that it was reaching the end of its service life... it completely failed that very evening. Aaron returned with a brand new replacement the next day before the frozen food had thawed. All the appliances were new upgrades at only a small fraction of the price I could find anywhere else. We purchased a refrigerator and washer/dryer set from Premier Appliance on the 3rd of June. We paid for delivery and installation for all three of these items. I was not at home when they made the delivery and my husband signed for it. When I got home later that night I finished unpacking the refrigerator and found there was quite a bit of damage on the bottom door and when I checked the washer and dryer I found that there was dirt in the lint trap,the door was hard to close and there was a stripped screw so you can not change the side that the door opens from. I contacted the store the next day and that was when I was informed that the washer and dryer were used and had been returned for some issue. I was also told that I would have to pay for a replacement for the refrigerator door and that I lived too far away for them to fix the dryer door and I would need to find away to bring the dryer back for a repair. My complaint is that they did not disclose that the items I purchased were used and if they had unwrapped the refrigerator at the time of delivery we would have refused it and we would never have bought a used washer and dryer. I have been in contact with Angel and Aaron at Premier Appliance and have not gotten anywhere only that I would have to pay more money for the damaged/defective items that they sold to me.

I am very happy with Aaron and his crew. They went above and beyond to make sure not only that I had a modern washer and dryer but went beyond the call of duty to make sure it was installed and working to manufacturer specifications!!
