We were relieved to not have to worry about wrestling with it to get it in the house. Sundays they are available by appointment ONLY (according to the website and info on the front door of their establishment). Regardless, we called to see if we could see their washer/dryer inventory. We got to see their washer/dryer inventory, and we found the washer/dryer combo we wanted and at an amazing price. Sparks appliance was amazing to work with. Tatyona was extremely helpful during my sales experience. Shanon notified me of a dent on my fridge that was too noticeable (mind you they are scratch and dent) and worked with me to find a better option. The delivery was quick and they didn’t damage my new interior walls at all despite having a tight space to work with and bringing it up to the 2nd floor. My fridge and washer/dryer set look amazing.

Nice couple runs this small business. They do try to stay fair in their pricing and will work with you to do so if they are able. I love small businesses and always try to work with them when possible. Unfortunately we couldnt make a deal that day, but it wouldnt deter me from trying it again on other needs.

Cant say enough good things about this company and their customer service. Originally found them on Facebook Marketplace and the products are exactly as advertised. Tatyona and Shannon personally delivered my fridge and after I saw that the sizing of the original fridge I purchased wasnt right (my fault for not taking correct measurements), they immediately allowed me to swap my fridge for a different product that was better suited. Every team member that I spoke to was honest and up front and really made the experience a breeze. Again, not enough good things to say about Shannon, the team and the product itself and I will definitely be coming back for all my appliance needs in the future.

This is long over due but, I still had to give them their props! (Regardless of how late). Anyhow, I called Sparks on Jan. 23rd. The owner answered & by the end of the conversation I had purchased a machine without ever leaving my dining room. I was even given an upgrade to the next model. They also delivered the machine a couple of hours later which was the icing on the cake.*I had previously ordered a machine from Best Buy & then tried to get one from Lowes. But had problems with their delivery guys showing up/not showing up when scheduled. It was a big 3 week hassle.Not with Sparks they came same day when they said they would - Thanks for turning a big headache into a smile!

They answered my 4,843 questions on every refrigerator in the store, patiently let me measure things, swapped out a door for me (after hours on a Sunday when they weren’t open), helped us get everything in our truck, and had some great restaurant recommendations to boot. Needed appliances quickly and checked all over. SPARKS APPLIANCE was able to go the distance with excellent customer service.  They showed me the appliances via FaceTime, walked me through the process, communicated with me with each step of the way. They say what they mean and do what they say.  This business has great integrity and aims to provide excellent customer service.  At no time did they try to sell me something that was not factual. They were very clear on the type of product they sell (returned items).  Even so, they were able to beat Home Depot and Best Buy (dinged) prices. If you want a good deal, dont mind returned items, desire to work with a company that has integrity and still knows what it means to provide customer service, then look no further than Sparks Appliance.

After being told our April purchase at Home Depot could be delivered in June! We knew we had to find something better. Google led us to Sparks Appliance,25 minutes away. We took the drive and we are so glad we did! The moment we walked in Shanon and Tatiana made us feel welcomed and showed us all of our options. We found an amazing french door fridge and after adding in sales tax, delivery, installation and an extended warranty....we still paid less than the big box store sticker price!!! My experience was absolutely AMAZING!!! I picked out a refrigerator at 2:00 pm. I told Shanon I wouldn’t get off of work until 6:00 pm. He immediately said “That’s not I problem we’ll see you then!” The refrigerator was at my house and installed by 7:30 pm! I live a little further out so I was definitely impressed by their time management. The process was flawless. I will be returning!

This was one of the most painless, no hassle, and expeditious experiences I have every had while purchasing major appliances. Shanon was great and very transparent about what to expect from our purchase. My wife and I arent easily impressed but the deals we got with Sparks outlet were too good to pass by.Shanon and Riles were awesome with the home delivery. We were in the middle of a home renovation, so having a full sized fridge delivered to my home was not ideal. My front door had been painted the same day and would have been a pain to remove. Not only did they remove our old fridge, but they disassembled the new fridge to fit through the door with no incident. Shanon and Riles were professional and precise. I am 120% satisfied with my experience with Sparks outlet!

Bought a front load washer and dryer in February or early March 2021. Fast forward to June 2021, washer started leaking which caused water damage to my apartment and down stairs neighbor’s ceiling. I found out that the water pump had gone bad. If these are new appliances, why are parts already going out months after purchase?

We found sparks appliance after several unsuccessful attempts to purchase a used refrigerator from an individual seller. We took a chance to visit their “warehouse” (located in a public storage on the feeder to 121South) and was surprised at the number and quality of refrigerators they had. Lots of hi-end LG.We were looking for a basic fridge for the garage and they had one available. Great price, no need to haggle. They can deliver as well for a typical fee.Can’t say enough about the friendliness of everyone we encountered. They were all very professional and willing to help. Not sure I’m going to need another refrigerator any time soon but will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a quality refrigerator from a quality upstart.
