Fixed my window within a few hours of calling. Wo weeks later, owner went above and beyond to fix my drivers switch that was still not working, even though passenger window was broken. Ordered a new drivers switch, came out to my work installed, PS window still not working from drivers switch. Helped me internet search the method below to get ps window working from drivers side. Thank you for you diligence and passion to help people.

I called a few different places to get some quotes to repair a rock chip in the windshield of my new car. Spoke with Troy, and his quote was half of his competitors, and he was able to look at it a day sooner than others. He was on time and very friendly. The rock chip had unfortunately already been repaired (poorly) by someone else, and there wasnt anything we could do. He did not charge me, in fact he declined when I offered some money for his time! I will definitely call ASAP again next time I need glass work. Thank you, Troy!

I could not have been happier with my experience with ASAP Auto Glass!First I called Safelite and was quoted almost $500 to replace my vent window, then I called Troy (ASAP auto) and was told that he couldn’t get the part, but if I could locate it he would do the install for only $75! I honestly thought I heard him wrong. I purchased the part, and he was at my home the next day repairing my window. He even showed up early, which is kind of unheard of! He was kind, professional, and even fixed something else on my car without me asking, and without charging extra! I was overjoyed.I will be using Troy for any other glass repairs I need done in the future!

This has been such a horrible experience! A vandal smashed my rear window, and in looking for a replacement window, I called around to find anyone who could do it. The owner, Troy, sub contracts a crew. Rather then show up when they said they would in the morning, they show up 6 hours late, without a phone call or heads up. After they had replaced the window and left, I notice that they used a screwdriver to pry off the door panel, and damaged the door. It was minor damage, but being a brand new 2017 F150, I was a little upset about it. When I called Troy, he tried to tell me that the bent plastic was caused by the glass that had fallen????!!!! I finally convince him to come over and inspect it himself, which he does, he agrees to give me $100.00. This would have been sufficient. However, when called him to follow up on his word, and also even give him additional business, he yells at me saying that he already gave me the $100.00. Somehow I am still willing to give him additional business for a crack in the front windshield, he tells me he that he will be at my house at 10:00am. No show, no call. HE EVEN ACCUSED ME OF BREAKING HIS WINDSHIELD.....no dude, that is called karma. Have a nice life, and I will see you in court!
