Chris (the owner) was extremely nice and caring. He looked out for me and my BMW finding me a windshield basically on the spot! Chris was very awesome and very understanding of my situation. Chris and Joshua both kept me update on an ETA. I called Sunday August 30,2020. Put my $50 booking fee witch goes towards your full payment. Monday morning my windshield was in. Joshua did it in a matter of 45 mins. My total cost was $300 including a $20 tip to Joshua. Yes someone took a hammer to my windshield. Edit I forgot to mention they came to me.

He was very attentive when I was for quotes on both of my vehicles, he was quick to get information to me, and he was very punctual! I just had my windshield replaced by theese guys and they did a great job. I have two young children and and I had to have this fixed right away. I called around for a while before I ended up on the phone with this company they went above and beyond as far as meeting me somewhere that had stuff to do while I was waiting for everything to set and getting it done as quick as possible. The installers had great attitudes and had me laughing half the time they were doing work on my ride and the other half of the time was filled with with workmanship worth speaking of. I met Christopher the same day. He came out to my job and was very helpful. We scheduled to replace my windshield on today and two very professional guys named Josh and Fabion replaced my windshield. On Monday my windshield cracked and by Wednesday, my special order windshield arrived and was installed. All while I was at work. Courteous service. Quality work- I will keep you all posted :-)

First time I had to get a windshield replaced so of course I looked at Safelite, but they quoted me a ridiculous amount and wouldn’t see me for 5 days.Then I called FastGlass and they were out to me in 2 hours with the correct windshield for my truck. The repairmen were kind, quick, and knowledgeable and did all the work for less than Safelite.
