Very punctual, professional and thorough. Tim replaced the rear windshield on my Jeep. I rarely done my repairs outside of dealership but for this price and quality as well as convenience of doing repairs without ever leaving my house I would never consider doing it with anyone else. Very happy with the service, was postponing it for weeks but it was absolutely hassle free, should have done it long ago. I would highly recommend their service.

Woke up to find my car had been broken into this AM. Called around to get quotes for my back passenger glass to be replaced. Found Xtreme Auto Glass via Google, read their reviews and gave them a call.Rick (owner) answered and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Quoted me a very reasonable price ($228) for like for like glass (Privacy Solar Tinted, USA made & Lifetime Warranty) - said that he could get one of his guys out to me between 3-5pm same day.Nick (technician) texted me 10 til 3 and said he was 20 mins out. Tim did a great job custom cutting and installing a windshield for a 1951 CJ-3A. Chris was very easy to schedule an appointment with and kept us informed throughout the process of getting new glass installed in an old Jeep. I would recommend Xtreme Autoglass for any project new or old.

My dad has a 2020 Lexus RX 450h it has a crack in the windshield and needed a replacement. He called Lexus dealership and they gave him a quote for $2100 (include calibrating)+tax. He called another Autoglass and the person said that he searched everywhere in the U.S. and could not find the windshield glass anywhere and it wouldve cost $1635+additional calibration for my dad.. However, when my dad called Xtreme Autoglass, they said they could take care of it for him for 67% cheaper than the dealership. He asked them if they needed to calibrate his windshield and they said no because theyre not unplugging any wires. He took it in and they did a super job! One of the technicians, Tim provided great customer service and walked him through all the details and answered his questions. My dad was blown away by the service provided. In the future, if you have a high-end car, my dad would recommend you contact Xtreme Autoglass Pros first before you call the dealership to receive services that are a fraction of the cost. My dad said that even if you take the car to the dealership, they would hire a contractor like Xtreme Autoglass to fix your windshield.

I live over an hour away. Looked through multiple reviews on multiple businesses and decided Xtreme Autoglass Pros would be the best place to take my vehicle. Called and scheduled an appointment a week in advance. I leave my house to make the designated appointment time and when Im 20 minutes from Xtreme Autoglass Pros (have been driving for an hour already) I recieve a call saying that they will not be able to get me in until an hour later. So I turned around and went home. Will not be returning to this unorganized company and I will find a company that can stick to their timeline. Nothing like having my time wasted for no reason other than poor time management.

I called them a week ago and made an appt to have windshield replaced. Was told verbally that the appt window from 10-12pm. When I requested an emailed appt confirmation the work order said 8-10am. I called back to confirm the correct appt. Was told it was 10am. Well here we are, on my appt date. No one has showed up. I have been calling them for almost 2 hrs at both office numbers and sending text messages and have gotten no reply. Very poor customer service. Definitely lost my business. I wish I could give them zero stars but I don’t have the option. 😡

Nick came to replace the windshield on my vehicle. After speaking to him I mentioned that water was leaking into the car and going to the floor on the driver and passenger side. I mentioned that a mechanic diagnosed the issue as a leak coming from the windshield. He took the time to inspect the windshield to see if it leaked. After a lengthy inspection he did mention that there was no leak coming from the windshield, but I decided to replace the windshield either way because there was a chip on the old one. After removing the old windshield he and I did additional checks to see if we could find the leak. We finally figure out that the leak was coming from the plug that sits behind the dashboard and connects to the hose coming from the sunroof drain. Nick went above and beyond by assisting me in identifying the issue. He totally didn’t have to all of that. I’m very thankful and pleased with the level of service he provided. I would recommend anyone to go with Xtreme Auto Glass for their windshield repairs. Their prices by far beat other places I contacted.

Tim did an excellent job replacing a cracked windshield on my Ford Escape: He came to our house and took less than an hour to not only replace the windshield but also transfer all of the stickers from the old one to the new one, saving us the hassle of having to get new registration, new toll tags, etc. Highly recommend!

I own an auto glass shop in Colorado and one of our customers moved to Dallas and had an issue with their back glass leaking. There was a little bit of a mix up with my appointment to have my windows tinted but when I showed up they didn’t turn me away, they could have easily asked me to come back another day. Tim the tinter guy is awesome and he does an awesome job. I had absolutely no tint on window, before but I’m loving the expel cs I had them put on my car, my car is ready for the Texas summer.

I chose Xtreme autoglass strictly because of their google rating and the number of reviews. They truly lived up to their rating. They were well priced, easy to work with and they did what they said they were gonna do. Sadly that’s rare today. From my initial inquiry about getting my windshield replaced, to the actual replacement, Xtreme Auto Glass provided first class service. Rick quickly replied to my price quote request and continued to reply promptly to my questions. Then Chris came out to my job location to replace my windshield and did top notch work. Best of all, the new windshield completely keeps the wind and bugs out of my face! Cant ask for much more.

Unbelievable service and best prices in town. Rick and Rob actually take the time to make sure that you are 100% confident that you are getting exactly what you want and need. Got factory glass installed at my home for over $100 less than dealership wanted to install at their collision center. Only problem was they “fixed” my work of art I had produced when I attached my registration sticker on my original windshield at a 45 degree angle. But, while I lament the loss, my wife, who drives the truck, loves it. Seriously, though, don’t use anyone else!

The back window of my BMW 328 shattered out of the blue during a storm, and these guys were the only auto glass company that were available to fix it that day, and even came to my apartment! Rick and his team just changed out the very tricky windshield on my Q7 with heads up display. The Audi dealer warned all manner of mayhem would be released if I didnt spend $2,100.00 to install the window at the dealership, including $500.00 to re-calibrate all the sensors. Rick explained the actual risk of the situation and assured me that if you are careful that most of the time all the extra cost is not necessary. I was particularly impressed with the fact that they are a small shop with a handful of installers with a minimum of 14 years experience. They were also very flexible when I couldnt be present for the installation. Call around but make sure you call Rick. Xtreme Auto Glass Pros has my business from now on.
