I arrived for a free oil change through a group called Gifts for Moms where I’m a member. Year after year Christian Brothers blesses us immensely. They told me I was in need of 2 new front tires and sent me over to Discount Tire and said it’s already paid for BUT not before they replaced my front and back brakes. Beyond grateful, beyond Blessed and everyone in the office was so sweet and helpful. See ya next year!

I was in town for a regional business meeting and my jeep broke down as I pulled into the hotel. Luckily my coworker and friend had been a customer of Christian Brothers for many years now and she highly recommended them. Not only did they fit me in right away, but they repaired my jeep within the same day which allowed me to go home the following day. If it wasn’t for them I would’ve been stranded and it would have costed me a lot more money to stay in town. They were also very kind to give me a ride to the office while my jeep was being repaired and kept me updated on status which reduced my stress dramatically. Literally the best company I have ever had the privilege of working with automotive wise! Very honest and upfront. Will not tell you you need something done if you don’t. This company has taken care of me since day one! I own a 2019 black mustang and always bring my own oil and filter to company for labor. Most recent oil change I wasn’t charged A penny! I really enjoyed my experience with Christian Brothers solely because of their professionalism and streamlining of their financing service. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and I feel like they genuinely wanted to help me, not take advantage of me. Although the price was a little higher than I had hoped, the entire experience was so much better than any other mechanic shop experience id had prior.I highly recommend using this Christian Brothers location to service your vehicle. I dont do to many reviews for a reason. But these guys deserve a shout out. Came in for a simple inspection. I was greeted by Ried opening the door saying welcome sir. I headed to the counter and Troy said hello sir what can Christian Brothers do for you today? Troy has a big smile he is hard to miss. The waiting area was clean & the AC was on full blast. They were busy. Figured so, I came at a peak time but they had the resources to get me in quicker than I thought or was told. Very professional. If youre looking for a dependable place for your car needs I highly recommend these guys. Troy, Ried & Seth & the whole crew were 💯 5 stars all the way. Today was my first experience with any Christian Brothers shop & Ill be back to this location.

Our family only goes to Christian Brothers. As we’ve moved around Texas, it’s the most reliable place to get honest car maintenance and repair. Recent we settled in Carrollton and this is our closest location and have enjoyed our time here so far. They have a great communication system that digitally works with you to see coat estimates and approve only what you want to get done (I haven’t declined any recommendation so far!). Haven’t had any issues with our car services and enjoy the customer care they provide. Very nice people!

Thank you to Reed and all his employees for helping me with fixing one of my tires free of charge. Best customer service and respectful I was turned down twice to have my tire fixed person in charge was out sick the first day. They asked me to come next day that he would be in. I called the next day to make sure he was in and no still out sick. So then they tell me we are 100 percent sure he will be back tomorrow come at anytime you would like. My sister takes it in for me as I was in the hospital. My tire gets fixed free of charge they gave me my service for free for having to come back twice. Ive taken two cars to Christian Brothers before (Corinth, Lewisville), and was very satisfied. This was my first visit to the location on Midway. I dropped my car off, and received a text message within a couple of hours confirming what repairs were needed, with an estimate. They told me when my car would be ready, and delivered on that promise. Plus, they sent a car to bring me to the shop to retrieve my car after it was repaired. When my car needs more maintenance or repairs, I will be visiting them again.

I enjoy this one because they seem like a true family. They will always ask you about a service before they do.If something is not wrong, they will be honest about the service and not complete it. Paid almost 10k to have a motor replaced, bros. bought motor from an out of state broker, w 5 yr warranty. 1st motor recieved was bad, per warranty 2nd motor would only have 60day warranty. It blew up in under 250mi., Bros stated for another 5k they would install a other. Also told them I would keep original motor in case of recall pending, told them I would pay the core charge to keep it, and would keep it at my house if space was an issue, or call before they did anything with it. They sold it to a scrap dealer and now I have no recourse with the manufacturer. Pay attention and keep up with the details, dont just trust they have a clue or will remember to do what you need.

I came to Christian Brothers Automotive to have an oil change (full synthetic oil) and my annual state inspection on my 2017 Infinite. However My fuel tank cover was not sealing properly so my car would not pass the inspection. As a courtesy, they ordered the part from the dealer, had it delivered, and completed the inspection the next day.This was my first visit, so I was expecting them to find all kinds of other services to sell me. That did not happen. They were very professional and did not try to up sale me anything. In fact, they did not even charge me for the inspection because the owner felt I had waited too long the previous day. I will definitely be back in the future.

I appreciate the transparency w CBA- Midway. i always receive a text w a break down of their complimentary visual inspection of what is good, what is of concern and of what is urgent. i choose which procedures to address and then approve the estimate of all the work. always a fair price and always completed in a timely manner. add to that complimentary shuttle service to and from the shop? great experience!

After reviewing on Google I went there for car service. They gave a quotation of $3100 but after some negotiation they gave $200 discount (which is good). First of all they told me it will take 1 to 2 days but it took almost 5-7 days and still A/C is not working properly even mentioning that on first day of my visit. The state inspection is also pending. Because of that I have to pay $600 for car rental from my pocket. If I have went to dealership then they have provided loaner car to me without any cost. I like the dropoff and pickup service provided by CBA. But even after spending $2900 some important things are still missing and to fix that now I have to pay $600 more, this is not worth it.

Absolutely gorgeous stunning and beautiful people. I was stranded at a 7/11 and randomly looked them up on google. Im a new driver so I dont know the ins and outs of owning a car. They were very nice and Im absolutely glad that I now know of a car shop I can feel comfortable going into.

My check engine light came on, SUV running real rough. CB diagnosed that Rodents had chewed my wires. They repaired it the same day! I’m so grateful! They were very professional and proficient! This business goes above and beyond for their customers. They are honest about what your vehicles needs. I have been a customer for a while now and their service is always great. It does not vary which can not be said by other businesses. Recently I had to leave my vehicle there and the owner (Mark) not only took me to my destination but risked his life during the winter storm taking me. Their customer service is exceptional.

Differential seal was found to be leaking, I just to my sport track in because of running rough and engine light. I appreciated the complete check out. A full tuneup + sensor replacement and rear differential seal and runs like new

Having a horrible experience with my mechanic who told me I had to leave my car for 3 days to repair a leaking air conditioning hose I was filmed and picked up my car.Monday morning I went to Christian brothers automotive that told me it was merely a clogged hose I was on my way to work in 20 minutes excellent service honest mechanics thanks guys

The change in management has lead to them being greedy. They upcharge you on everything, charging you a diagnostic fee for everything system them check even if you get your car fixed at their location. If you take your car in with two issues....yep you guess it they will charge you two diagnostic fees.Their prices are higher then most other places for the same repair. Shop around and take your car to another more honest shop.

We drove in to Dallas my wife and I plus our 3 children! From Oklahoma City, around 1pm our car had dropped transmission fluid and started having trouble., we pulled into Christian Brothers and they did an amazing job! Getting right to work on it They even shuttle all of us with our bags to our hotel that was 20mins away from the shop! Then theyFixed our car in time for us to be picked up from the hotel and make our dinner reservations at the medieval Times at 5pm!The cost was perfect for our budget!They also treated our kids to lunch...We made it back home with nothing going wrong and Im feel very blessed to have broken down next to Christian Brothers!Thanks AgainThe Bailey Family!!

I didnt even have to explain anything; they saw it and figured it out quickly what needed to be done without me having to say anything. So far these guys have already done better than race car shops. I had never been to an automotive service center that I could say anything but met requirements. However, I must say that Christian Brothers Automotive Midway by FAR EXCEEDED all my expectations. I had a problem that two other automotive service centers had not resolved satisfactorily in the past. Craig went out of his way and beyond his responsibilities to make sure my problem was resolved and explaining exactly why I had the problem in the first place. I am a single woman and he was a God send. I intend to take my car there for servicing from now on instead of going to the dealership which was never very helpful. These guys have been taking care of my cars for about 4 years now, and they are AWESOME! DJ always takes great care of me, Trey always helps with super fast appointment booking and phone calls, and the techs/mechanics are always spot on and honest, even with my prior car that was a HUGE problem child. Always accurate estimate times and prices. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!

I was going to go on a long rant but lets just keep it simple. Ive been getting estimates from these guys for years but the prices were always so high that I went elsewhere for more than half the price they would quote me. But this time it was an emergency and they were close so I hoped for the best. I didnt get it.The price I paid for parts was through the roof. In one case, I was charged four times the amount I found at another verified, respectable dealer. And the labor was also insane unless I missed the part of the contract that said labor was $400 an hour because it didnt take nearly that long to fix.When I got the vehicle back, there were several new problems which were never an issue before I brought it there. So...overpriced on all fronts plus the vehicle improperly repaired. I think the name is a sham because Jesus would cry if he saw these prices.Good luck if you choose to bring your car here.

This is the best service I’ve ever received. It’s a warm family friendly environment. Not just Tony, the person who was over my car, but everyone who worked there. Super sweet to my son and were even grilling burgers one day we were up there. They served everyone in the waiting room. When my car was done I was at work and they brought it to me. I had a problem with my radiator, water pump & thermostat. Took it to Christian Bros & they were very courteous & communicative. When they called with pricing info I was pleasantly surprised it was half of what I expected. My son took his car to Christian Bros & was treated very well, so I highly recommend them.
