I love nine eleven. We have two minis. One had an issue that the dealership and another specialty shop couldnt figure out, but Eddy and his crew got it fixed for a very reasonable cost plus had great advice. I take my Clubman there for oil changes even though its a 40 minutes drive. Nobody better!

They have very small poles on the edge of the driveway to protect their hedge. These are not painted yellow or any thing. My bumper was sligthly damaged while backing out and I went in to let them know. Didnt find anyone. I did not get any automotive service done here. I do feel bad about rating poorly but...

Took my 2014 MINI Roadster yesterday for an oil change and once-over. Ed and his staff are always friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about my car and explain everything in laymans terms. Nine-Eleven Automotive is great!

Gene and Ed over at Nine-Eleven Automotive are the absolute best. They got my MINI in this morning and she was ready to go in less than an hour and a half. They were incredibly fair with the estimate for repairs and went the extra mile by walking me through how to do a few things on my vehicle in regards to maintenance. I truly appreciated their help, the mini 101 training lesson and was blown away by their exceptional customer service. They make the dreaded somethings wrong with my car experience a lot less stressful :). Would highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the service at Nine-Eleven. Honest about pricing throughout the prosess. Did major service on my Porsche 996 and fixed an oil leak.

Rats ate the wiring in my MINI - temp gauge said -40 degrees and I had no AC and a check engine light . . . Called Ed - he had me come over and they got me in and out in about an hour! AWESOME fast service and the price was right and NOW I have AC and the temp gauge is accurately telling Texas temps! :) thanks IX XI Automotive - you guys really stepped it up and took care of my MINI!

We had a remarkable customer experience with IX-XI Automotive! The prices were fair and far less than the dealership. The service was unmatched. Ed and Dave are kind and honest. Ed gave my daughters Mini Cooper (JJ Stewart) the same care he would if JJ was his own! Ed sent pictures of JJ and his new friends to reassure my daughter that he was in good hands after being towed. JJ returned better than before and the price was price! I will use IX-XI as our primary provider going forward. I would definitely recommend Nine-Eleven for service especially for Minis!
