My AC stopped working and I went to the dealer and they quoted me a price of $3,000 to fix it. I was referred here by mechanic in Maryland. When I spoke to Tony he was so nice and told me to come in and they wouldn’t charge me for another diagnostic fee. I dropped my ML 350 off and they provided me with a Lyft home. The service was awesome my AC is working now and they have a customer for life! I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!! My vehicle was dropped off on Thursday and I had my vehicle back on Friday morning! I love the outstanding service that I received and paid almost half of what the dealership quoted! This shop is always professional and out of the three times I’ve brought my car to them with what I thought was an issue, they’ve told me that it wasn’t and saved me money. One time, the BMW dealer told me I needed brakes and rotors for my i8 ($1500 job). It felt shady, so I went to these guys and they let me know the brakes had 2k miles left on them. Earned my trust

I have had my vehicle serviced here twice now and have been very pleased with their service. I had spark plugs replaced, alignment performed, brake fluid and transmission fluid changed, as well as front bushings replaced. The vehicle runs and drives great. Highly recommend this location. Claims their values are trust and excellence. I trusted that the part on the invoice was the part they installed, but kept having pulsation after installation of brake pads.Took car back a few days later to have it checked out again, they claimed it needs $600 of additional work because all of a sudden my rotors were supposed to be warped when they were not warped prior to the brake service.After a few 100 miles on the pads I took a look myself. Turns out there are aftermarket pads installed that cost about $100 less than the OEM parts shown on the invoice.Manufacturer website of the aftermarket pads says pulsation is a sign of incorrect install. When I ask for my money back and additional money to cover the labor of replacing the pads, they provide OEM pads, but refuse to cover the cost of replacing - which is only required because of their less-than-excellent work the first time.Trust and Excellence. Not so much. Make sure you check the parts on your car match the invoice.In response to the owners message:1. Your invoice shown below lists the Porsche part number for Original Porsche brake pads. There is no mention of Textar aftermarket pads or the Textar part number on the invoice. You also neither asked me if non-Porsche parts are acceptable nor did you tell me that any parts installed were different from the invoice.2. Textar pads are quite a bit cheaper than Porsche pads. At least pass the savings through.3. I change the brake pads on my other Porsche several times a year, and have no problem bedding them against the old rotors. Ive driven this car ~1000 miles and tried several different bedding methods. None of them cured the pulsation.

Repairs were completed in less than 48 hours after diagnostic. My Audi A4 now drives like brand new. They were even able to accept my extended warranty. Cool! I am now a loyal customer.

I had a bad leak into both of the foot wells of my car, and they really went above and beyond to help me. They fixed the issue on time and then spent extra time drying out the carpets to make sure I didn’t have future issues w mold, etc. Friendly customer service / full transparency / and they did everything they could to get the repair covered by my dealership. This is a great team of people ! Been to them twice since purchasing my Mercedes ML 350. They are personable and professional. Tony is great and always helpful, and its so easy to drop my car with them and have peace of mind its in good hands.

Tony always takes good care of us. We had a problem with the rear door not locking and they found the issue and fixed it. Other routine maintenance was accomplished at the same time and it was ready when promised.

I only use European Service Center for me and my wife’s cars. They are fairly priced and extremely responsive. I was able to get both cars looked at and serviced within a day. Would highly recommend to anybody who wants quality service without having to pay dealership prices.

First of all, this is the place to go if you have a non-US auto. The parking lot is filled with some expensive cars. There is a lot of trust on display. Why? The management is top-notch. Friendly. Available. No wasting time. I had a minor issue. No 10 day wait. I was greeted, attended to, and fixed in 15 mins. The waiting room here to point out is an actual comfortable log cabin with the internet, water, coffee.It would do you a disservice by not using or trying this auto repair group. You will not feel like you are in a machine like in other places.

European Service Center did excellent work on my daughter’s 2007 Volvo XC90. Based on the location and luxury cars in the lot, I was a little nervous about how much the service was going to cost. I scheduled my appointment on Friday morning for my VW CC 2013 and Tony was there promptly at 8am, even before 8am ready to take my vehicle. I had issues with a check engine light and my brakes definitely needed to be replaced. They did a full diagnostic and he quickly sent out copies of what they found and what my car needed to my email. After letting me review what they noted, they immediately started working on the important maintenance issues. Tony never exaggerated or told me what issues my car has like other shops and I can see why this location has great reviews! Everything from start to finish was smooth and quick, and definitely professional. I appreciate being able to pick up my vehicle on time. Thank you and I’ll see you again soon for our next fix!

Very respectable company! They are straight with you on what is really needed, which I appreciate. They have even told me before that a service I expected to need wasn’t due yet and asked if I’d like to wait. And on occasion the final proving has come back less than quoted which is always a nice surprise!

I have an 1982 mercedes that had to be towed in to see why we could not drive it. I explained that this car was strictly garaged all the time and they said the would keep it garaged even though I saw other cars outside waiting to be worked on. So I felt confident and left it. They called to explain the original brakes had gone bad and needed full replacement. Cost seemed Very reasonable And they had the car for about two weeks. Very nice whenever I called to check on things and I will use them again. Very positive experience

A well run - honest business that is truly unlike any repair shop Ive ever experienced before. They are quick, communicate well, and always give you multiple choices/routes to go forward even if it means less money for them! My last repair for example, was completely free and they even left me some extra fuses in case something goes wrong again while Im on the road. These guys are amazing! I drive a Land Rover LR4 and was quoted for issues occurring with my car from the dealership that I had Tony at European Car Service give me a second opinion about. Turns out Land Rover was trying to charge me over $7,000 for issues that were not even wrong with my vehicle. Tony and the guys had my car serviced and fixed within 24 hours and were very helpful throughout the entire service!I strongly recommend them!

**UPDATE***After seeing this review, Tony and Richard from European Service center did reach out to me to attempt to make things right. They offered to reimburse me for the cost of the new battery I purchased from Autozone. They did NOT ask me to change this review, in exchange, but just truly wanted to resolve the issue. The only reason I am not updating to 4 stars is because I had called and given them an opportunity to make it right with a refund before posting the review and was not taken seriously until the review was posted. I do appreciate both Tony and Richard for following up and for refunding the cost of my new battery.My car unexpectedly would not start and I called my insurance-provided roadside assistance, who had the car towed to this service center. I was initially impressed that they called me quickly and said they could have the problem fixed same day. I paid over the phone and picked up my car later that evening. Unfortunately the next day, my car still would not start, nothing had changed. Why they replaced my brake fluid and cabin filter when the issues was a dead battery is beyond me. They claimed my batter was fine. I had autozone test my battery, which was clearly dead. My boyfriend replaced the battery and my car works fine now. Basically I paid nearly $500 for absolutely nothing but a headache. I called to discuss these issues and was not offered any refund. Would not recommend this service center as they could not fix a simple problem and charged me for things I did not need.

Euro Service center is the best. No BS or gouging like the dealerships and half the price, if that.

Tony was pretty upfront about how long it would take to change the oil since his shop is quite busy and kindly got me an Uber home which was nice of him. Oil was changed, even topped out the turbo coolant which was good, advised that there was some dried coolant and oil residue that may need attention at the dealer since the Stelvio still is under warranty. The Oil reminder reset was tricky as Tony did say only the dealer can reset the maintenance reminder. But for those that do have the Stelvio the push start and hit the gas pedal three times and hit start worked to at least reset the oil reminder in the gauge cluster. Overall so far so good. Thanks Tony.

Tony was a savior! I had taken my car to the dealer as it is out of warranty. The estimate seemed extremely high. A friend recommended I try European Service Center on Tracey Lane in Dallas. After inspecting my car, Tony was able to beat the dealership price by more than a third. When I called my guy at the dealership to tell him I would be servicing my car elsewhere. He then replied, well I can work on my number a little bit, but I know I won’t be able to match or beat theirs. End of story, great service and timely schedule. Picked my car up a very happy camper! European Service Center was recommend to me by my neighbor after deciding to leave my mechanic of 7 yrs. I usually have my husband take care of anything auto if he is not busy with work, this time I had to take care of it myself and I could not be more pleased with the experience. They were able to get me in right away and I was happy with the turn around time. The second time around, I got my car back the same day. The price for my repair/tune up was very reasonable and now I would recommend European Service Center to any one.

I got a Volkswagen Jetta back in 2017, and every place I’ve attempted to take it to for repairs has made the process extremely difficult and overwhelming. Tony at European Service Center made the process simple and straight-forward from the very beginning. I took my car to be looked at due to a coolant leak and discovered the fan rubbed a hole into the radiator! The folks at European Service Center communicated with me from the beginning what it would look like to fix and a realistic estimate to do so. A few months after that, my check engine light came on and I discovered my coolant censor was not working. Once again, the folks at ESC came through with an honest estimate and had my car back in no time. I would 10/10 recommend these guys for repairs to your car. They are quick, efficient, and honest. They are my go-to for any future repairs I’ll need!

Very detailed, I recently took my air cooled Porsche in, which is a new to me vehicle. They spent over an hour just going through the vehicle during the oil change. Very knowledgeable. I would say they are a tad pricey but it goes with the neighborhood and the vehicles they service so I can’t dock them for that. I would rather use them than the dealer that is for sure! Great job.

Recently purchased a low mileage 2015 MB CLA250 and needed a place to do follow up maintenance service. Tony and his team provided the routine service and inspection which was thorough, on time and a better value than at the dealership service centers. I was even given a follow up contact to make sure that I was satisfied with the work performed. I will be back for future needs with my car!

A friend recommended them, but I was still skeptical that they could be as good as I was told. But I was pleasantly surprised, as they were very quick with getting the work done, and they let me know what things would cost ahead of time. They also took time to explain some things about my car that will save me money and headaches down the road. Had I taken it to a Mercedes dealer, I am confident it would have cost two or three times as much!

It took awhile to get a part, but the clutch is working fine now. Tony was very nice and I will take my Porsche there again. Very glad to find some place so close to the house that I like. Tried many service places in the almost 10 years I have had the car!

European Service replaced the water pump in my Porsche Cayenne. They did it for $500 less than the dealership, and completed the work quickly. They were conveniently located for me, and were courteous and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I went to ESC after getting a pretty serious diagnosis from another mechanic. This was on a Porsche 911 Turbo, so I expecting the worst. Instead, I was given a precise and extremely honest diagnosis that there was simply too much oil and it was overflowing in to the exhaust. The first mechanic had overfilled when I was getting an oil change the day before. I give ESC my highest recommendation and feel really great about bringing my Porsche and Mercedes there for anything, major or minor and have already referred a few friends. Tony and his team are FANTASTIC!!!!

Work done right, on time, and reasonably priced

I had what I thought was very simple fix on my 1991 VW bandaging. But it was extremely complicated. I was very impressed that everyone at the shop worked together to solve the problem until it was completely fixed. They explained what they did in great detail, more so than any other shop has ever done for me and my car is 28 years old so that says a lot. And they showed me the parts that were faulty so I understood the problem as well. Being a woman and being ignored or brushed off as not knowing anything, Everyone treated me with respect and explained everything to me without putting me down. I am really happy that I found Euro Auto. I only wish I had found them sooner. I was even thinking of selling my van but now with this repair team I think I’ll be able to keep on trucking, traveling and exploring thanks to Euro Auto.
