Bob is the best mechanic in Dallas,Tx

They are reasonable and honest which is hard to come by when it comes to getting your cars fixed. I have been taking my cars to Bob for decades and cant imagine trusting anyone else.

These guys are the real deal. Bob has the most wonderful disposition. He makes you feel so comfortable. Same for Victor. What a great bunch of guys. If you need a good, honest mechanic, this is your place. I wont go to anyone else.

Bob at Roadmasters is awesome! Not only is he a great mechanic, but he is honest and very reasonably priced. I am not familiar with cars, and a mechanic could easily take advantage of me or make me feel intimidated. Bob and his team do neither. Great people who operate a great business. Highly recommend.

I called to look up a part, the guy I talked to had a pretty bad attitude. Wouldn’t even try to help me and said he couldn’t do anything and hung up on me. Terrible service

These guys are the best of the best!! Not only are they affordable, but get the job done! Would recommend them to any body looking to get some work done on their vehicle. I took my expedition to get some electrical work done and did an amazing job. Went back about 6 months later to fix my A/C (no other mechanic could figure out what was wrong with it) they figured it out in about 30 minutes! Will keep going back to them.

I have been going here for a good number of years. The owner, Bob, a real tall older gentlemen, is also the manager and he is an old school guy that gets right to the point and doesnt believe in dishonesty. Hell tell you exactly what is wrong and give you a fair price, not like most places who tell you something is bad and its not or charge too many labor hours for a job to make extra money. This guy fixes what is wrong and takes only the amount of time it takes. Old school guys know that its common sense that dishonesty will come bite you in the butt and in the long run cost you more money from less business. Hes a down to earth guy with a big heart and treats his workers great and they work great in return.

Weve used Bob for years. Always honest and straight up. Takes the time to explain in layman terms if you ask.We even ask Bob about automobiles before we purchase.This is not work to Bob and his crew.

We went there without an appointment and they helped us right away. We had a minor problem and were worried, but they raised the car and showed us that nothing was wrong. They didn’t charge us and they were very nice gentlemen, all three of them. Compared to other repair shops in the area, these people are way nicer.
