Just happened upon this place about 15 minutes before closing time. Kris walked us through and showed us available options like it was 15 minutes after opening - no rush whatsoever. He came out the next day to do measurements for quartz countertops. They were ready to be installed within a week. Installation day did not quite go as expected, Kris came over and determined that the only way we would be satisfied is if he re-cut the largest piece. He did just that, and within the week it was installed and PERFECT. The installer (Andy) was a ninja with the on-site cuts. Overall, fair price, great service, and most importantly, Kris is a man of his word.

Most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. Ivan and Jose are the most incompetent people. I received a quote. The measurement was wrong. I have yet to receive a correct price. Ive called 10 times. Im glad I didnt give them any money. I probably wouldnt receive my product/service. Save yourself and go somewhere else. These guys are not who you want to use.

GOOD DEAL,

Well, I have shopped here a number of times. For bargains, I would give them 5 stars, and customer service is great if you get the right people. But they have a few bad apples that make this place miserable at times. We needed new kitchen cabinets so we went up to talk to someone, showed him our sketches ands he said we would need to talk to someone who knew more. He gave us the name and number. We called left 3 messages and finally he called back. We set an appointment. When we got there, he was 20 minutes late. Wasn’t real interested in talking to us. Told us to have our contractor come talk to him. We explained we were doing most of the work ourselves. He kept saying he would rather plan this out with a contractor. Finally he said “what you should do is go to Home Depot and buy custom cabinets “. It made no sense. We weren’t trying to do anything crazy. Oh well.

Most unethical people I’ve dealt with. Kris uses deceptive trade practices with my purchase. Herminio who works for Kris is an illegal asking me to pay him direct versus through Kris. Really shady and unethical.

I called and asked if they had a window of a certain size and he said yes and asked my name and as soon as I walked in he called me by my name and asked if I her and I said yes and he then gave me what I needed and was very pleasant and on top of it.. Great customer service!

Great guys, explained tips and tricks for laminate installation. Helped in telling me how easy it is to cut the laminate in hard to reach floor corners. Good pricing too.

Kris was deceptive in my dealings with him and he hires illegal aliens who can’t speak English
