We arrived close to closing time. Ms Amy greeted us like we were so special. I was looking for glass beads in clear and purple for my project. She politely showed us around. I also in the need of chandelier prisms. All shapes and colors. She happen to have a strand of 3 50mm. She said was from her old inventory but had someone to call to get me more. We also bought nice chain by the foot. Store was well organized and clean. No beads on the floor like other places we had visited that day. Thanks Ms Amy for the customer service. I was excited to purchase beads from a black owned place drive 25 minutes after googling and attempting to call. They don’t answer the phone and it goes to a voicemail and directs you to another number who was ready for that ? I finally arrived there’s a Asian place with beads right next door but I wanted to shop black so I won’t be shopping at all today I guess. The doors are locked when I get here and there are excessive signs on the doors stating how they are not liable for basically any and everything which is sketchy of you have to put so many disclaimers up. There was even a sign stating walk in at your own risk they are not liable if your injured upon walking in that is just crazy excessive like wow! I called the number on the door another number that doesn’t get answered I’m confused as to how you make money when everything is so inconvenient smh we just gotta do better wow what a experience and I never stepped foot inside that is extremely disappointing!

I just left my unbelievable trip to see Amy at Queens Beads!!! Can’t say enough how lovely she was. I am impaired and she gave me a chair to use, and made it fun to work with her. Will return every time I am in town and maybe one more time this trip!

Amy and Jerry were so friendly and very helpful. A nice selection of beautiful beads and charms. Drove from okc and definitely look forward to coming back.

11/5/19. We tend to give “unfair slack” to people we like. I happen to have a pretty good relation with the Queen Beads team; they are unreliable in the most basic function of business which is OPEN WHEN YOUR SIGN SAYS YOU ARE OPEN!!! They somehow expect customers to call ahead of a 45-min drive to their location to see if they happen to be open, on their way or if something else more important came up today. This is unacceptable and we would never tolerate it in any other line of business.Customer lost!!!

I am a new small business owner and I design bracelets. My first visit with Amy was a blessed one. She was extremely helpful! I loved how she met me at the door, and gave me the prices on all of the beads. She gave me a first time customer AWESOME deal! I am going back down this weekend to restock. I drive from Wichita Falls, Texas and it is worth it!

Heck yes! I love this store. They were so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of beads of all kinds. Some ppl complain that you have to lock up your purse when you go in, but actually I liked shopping without it more! It gives you more time to look at everything and they also dont have to watch for those bad apples out there that do steal. Shame on them! Anyway... I bought a ton of tibetan style beads and they had the best selection out of anywhere in the area. I will definitely go back when I need more supplies. Oh and they dont have a minimum to buy, just a 20 dollar minimum to use a credit card. Their prices are super reasonable as well.

The Worst Experience I ever had. One of the worker told me to put my hand bag away but there were people in the store with their hand bags. I asked why she didn’t ask the others and she kept telling me to put it away. So I just left. Very discriminating!!!
