Been coming here for about 2 years. Pricing is near identical to what you can find on online and the quality is above average in my opinion. Its possible the 1 star reviews come from their competitors because Ive always been treated nicely. Highly recommend.

I visited Silver City last week as I was looking for a wholesale jeweler that was nearby. This place is so awesome. They have a nice variety of jewelry and supplies st an affordable rate. On top of that and most importantly, its good quality! I see a lot of comments about the customer service and honestly, they were all very helpful to me. I felt like they went out of their way to help me as.much as they could giving suggestions and recommendations that helped me out a lot. I will definitely be back.

I went here just last weekend. In my opinion, they have some of the best pricing on precious metal materials. Even compared to some online shops, Silver Citys pricing comes out on top. As far as politeness, etc. I didnt experience anything negative. They werent pushy or rude. Just a word to those wanting to buy things tax-free for resale. They require a copy of your actual tax resale certificate from the comptroller. I thought they would only need the resale form, but I was wrong. I only know of one other supplier that requires a copy of the actual certificate, and that would be Hobby Lobby. Learn something new everyday.

I went to the store because some one suggested your company to me and when I went there I dealt with a short Indian girl. . She spoke very loudly and was quite rude to me and was asking me lots of questions. I am a wholesale customer and buy my merchandise in Miami and New York. I want to recommend to the owner to keep her in the back and not to deal with customers! You need to have someone up front when I come in that is nice and pleasant! Just my suggestion!

They should definitely learn how to behave with customers.

Some one from their number is calling me trying to sale me, jewelry, insurance and cash loans. Gave me fake numbers and names. When I called the number back from from caller ID some women said this is a jewelry store and hung up... rude!

Today was my third visit to Silver City Beads. I have been delighted with the quality of the gemstones that I have purchased there: pearls, labradorite, moonstone, opal and garnet. The stones have right sized holes for stringing on silk or on 49 strand beading wire, thus the holes are big enough to pass the wire and not too big for knotting on silk. The owner is very knowledgable. I will be visiting Silver City Beads again.

Went into the store and the worker was very rude.. yelling at customers and slamming things all over.DO NOT EVER GO INTO THIS STORE OR ORDER FROM HER. ORDER FROM OTHER SITES ON GOOGLE THAT IS CHEAPER
