Terrible place to work at, everything is fine at the beginning but if the “managers” are having a bad day they’ll take it out on you and basically bully you and cut your hours if they don’t like you. And they can be rude to customers.

I liked this place at first, but my last experience is the worse you can experience. I do not like feeling like a theft when I come to a shop. I don’t like being followed. You lost a customer that love supporting small neighborhood business owners. Try not to discriminate.

Dont buy any natural hair products here. Purchased some Carols Daughter detangler and it stinks like a perm. I knew better, its happened before in places like this. But I was in a hurry, now I have to re wash hair. Youve been warned. :-(

Terrible service and horrible experience for my first time shopping here. the “worker” at the front refused to allow me to return or receive store credit for a closure that I had purchased from them 5minutes prior to. Before buying, her demeanor was very rushing and unhelpful. I left and came back before even exiting the parking lot realizing I bought the wrong item. She says the item had to be in the same condition in order for store credit, but because I unfastened the button on the hair bag, it was no longer in that condition. Like really! Wow, I was shocked at the pettiness. After leaving I called to speak to the owner only to be hung up on by the “worker”, which is what she called herself. This is why we need more black owned beauty supply stores. I’ll never shop at a beauty supply store that’s not owned by one of the top paying customers in this business (Black women).

They are always very friendly and helpful. I rushed in tonight 10 minutes before they closed with my busy toddler who loves to get down and explore. The man who assisted me was very patient and helped me find what I needed. The prices are reasonable compared to other beauty supply stores in the area. Ive been going to this beauty supply for at least 3 years and I will definitely continue to shop here!

I dont think I can properly rate this place just yet. I know they have a huge selection if wigs, Nice staff and a nice assortment of hair for various braids styling . I dont get to look at the weaving hair. There is allot of parking and this part of town looks a little sketch to me. There is a Dirt Cheap right next door! After I visit again to get a better look at things....Ill adjust my review accordingly

I love this place. Staff super friendly. For once a beauty store that does not discriminate against you because of your race. Knowledgeable wig associates. Huge selections. I dont have to travel to south Dallas for supplies when they have it all.

Bad service. Make sure you are sure about your purchase before you buy. Eventhough the receipt says returns, credit is valid with receipts within 15 days & unopened they still wont give you a store credit

They have everything you really need without having to drive to south Dallas. The staff is really nice and they are open until 8:30. It is the best weave shop in north Dallas

The customers service was good, none like other beauty supplies they have so many variety brands of hair to choose. People work there were funny made jokes with me and made me feel comfortable. At One Way they have a 18in 100% human hair extension on the floor, ready to go. It costs $21.99 per bag and the hair is great quality. Really thick. You can dye it, wash it, blow dry, straighten and it lasts from 4 to 6 months. Trim it and it can be brought back to life for a bit more wear. Cant beat the quality for the price! And the staff is always helpful and in a good mood, any questions I have concerning my hair extensions like dying or heat styling they have always been informative.

Bought some hair last week. Tried some deep curls for once and the hair is shedding like crazy. Not only that, yes the reviews are right, You guys do not value your customers and you guys are very dull. I know its cool and all to talk and have inside jokes with each other, but this is a business and your customers should come first. I actually been in this store like 4 times and u guys gave me the same impression every time I come in there. I will say that your facility is clean and neat but your attitudes are not welcoming.

Spent $100 on a pack of hair. Supposedly “unprocessed” I know to take this with a grain of satl at beauty supply store but I purchased for just a quick style. Hair was complete trash. Installed and took out the next day. It looked like ribbons and didn’t even look human let alone “unprocessed humann hair”. No refund policy. I think I will just stick to the real unprocessed hair from smaller stores. All beauty supply chains are out for me. No longer want to waste money.

Dont buy ANY natural hair products from this store!!! I bought some As I Am GroWash from this store and almost threw up in the shower from it smelling so bad because it was old. When I went to the store to return it, the manager said that they are a very busy store and constantly rotate out their products. Apparently, not the natural hair products!! I would have just exchanged it, but the other jars smelled just as bad. So, he was going to give me credit towards another product until I pointed out that ALL of his Shea Moisture products were separated. Now Shea Moisture has a long shelf life, so for it to be sitting on the shelf and I can see the different parts of separation (water, oil, cream) means that it is OLD!!! I ended up leaving with my product and my receipt. Ten dollars isnt going to break me, but best believe I Will NOT be back!!!!

Second time Ive been to this site and they didnt have any of the products I was looking for. Not from the area, was having a family member do my hair, we ran out of product and went here as a last resort...just like the 1st time what I needed wasnt there not even a feasible substitute.

Nice place, reasonable prices, friendly staff... The stores layout is interesting though. Things arent where youd expect them to be so I spent a lot of time confusingly walking around the store and I had to just give up and ask for help at one point. Lol

I love this place. They have a large selection of hair, jewelry, hair products and make-up. Its the best beauty supply store north of 635. And absolutely worth going out of the way for.

They have a lot of hair care products, but there staff watch your every move as if youre trying to steal. I have shopped in places like this. But, at the same time I understand why they do it.

Ive had one bad customer service experience last month with an employee. I was looking for a product and that was out in one of their boxes and an employee walked up to me and stated with a rude tone not to pull the products out to search for what I was wanting to purchase. The box like several others was on the floor in the store for any customer. She didnt even offer to help. I had to ask her, remind her I have civil rights and another employee that normally helps, assisted me with what I wanted to purchase. If you dont like customer service, get out of customer service job positions. Basically, dont work, because every job position is service customers whether direct, indirect, internal customer service and/or external customer service.

I dislike intensely being followed around the store. I will never spend my money here again. I will drive to the black owned beauty supply 33 minutes away. The disrespect is unacceptable.

From what I can see they gave great prices on their wigs. I didnt really need anything else this trip. They have a nice selection of wigs on sale. This one was different. I chose one with more blonde in it and altho diff for me. It worked out ok.

I hate this beauty supply store, someone is always following you around. If I am trying a new product, I like to read the instructions and the ingredients. I shouldnt have to feel threatened for wanting to be informed about a product I plan to purchase.

The most horrible beauty supply in the area. They dont value their customers. Most of their customers are blacks and they stare you down like your going to steal something. I will only support black owned beauty supplies in the future because the service and return policy is ridiculous!!
