I’ve used Rite Aid for 10ish years. We recently moved to the area and switched the this one in hopes that the service would be just as great. We’ve had nothing but issues. Not being notified of medicines being ready, no one answering phones. Being on hold 30+ minutes. Being told meds are ready only to get there and they’re not. Definitely switching. Super frustrated about this.
Really hopeless. Each time I go in there, they are not ready with my prescription and say that they are days behind. I am sent a message (automatic) that says prescriptions are ready. They never are. When I try to call, no-one answers. This has been the case the last dozen times I have called. Spoke to our physician and he said the same thing. They do not answer their phone. Go elsewhere.
The pharmacy can never get my RX right regardless of calling in a head of time. The elderly lady at the pharmacy is also very in professional and rude. Rather then trying to help me get all of my RX she rushed me off and told me I’d have to wait(again I called prior to just going in to confirm the were ready). I’m a healthcare worker it’s hard enough to get there to pick up my RX as it is and after being treated the way I was treated yesterday I will not be going back and will be recommending other pharmacies to my patients.
I used to use Rite Aid Pharmacy for years until I had just had enough with Susan from the Dallas, Oregons Rite Aid Pharmacy. It never failed. Every single time Id go in to pick up medications and she was there, she would be so incredibly rude, short, impatient, disrespectful, and genuinely unkind. I had also started to notice when Id call to check on any medications or had a question for the Pharmacist and she was there and Id speak to her, she would just be so unpleasant to talk to. She never seemed to enjoy her job. Her customer service has always felt so uncomfortable and cold. Eventually I had finally had enough and decided to remove my business and take it elsewhere. It really is sad because I enjoyed Rite Aid Pharmacy, but I just dont know how they could allow someone like this to be on the front lines if this is how theyre going to treat customers. I would have most certainly stayed with RAP had it not been for this woman. And sadly, I have other family members and friends who have decided to take their business elsewhere as well.

Stopped by there today to picked up a few plants for our yard.. I couldnt believe how terrible their plants were!Most were dying from lack of care and water!Headed to a different store to buy plants..What a shame!!
I had an unpleasant experience with a former employee. The issue was sort of resolved. I still havent been back.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. The pharmacist knows my name and doesnt even ask for it anymore. Professional, caring, fast. If only their app worked as well as the people ;)
Not much to choose from here but price is usually good.
The pharmacy staff are totally incompetent. Painfully slow seems to be the striven for standard, and it is consistently met. Average wait time for filling a prescription at most pharmacies is around half an hour, double that, at least, for this location.This review is based upon over a year of monthly visits.... Bi-Mart, in Monmouth, now has my business.

The pharmacy is frustrating. I call my prescription in, give them extra time and it still isnt filled when I show up. The response I get is we are busy.
The pharmacy personnel and procedures are friendly and professional. However, the main store is a very negative place to try to do business. First, theyve begun the wellness card. This means they track you and delay your purchase by requiring you to prove that youre worthy to get normal treatment. If you choose not to participate, they charge you more for most of the products they sell. ------Secondly, I am a senior citizen and look the part - white hair, wrinkles, etc. They want to card me for alcohol purchase - yet another delay in the attempt to do business with them. I asked the clerk if she thought there was any chance that any rational person would think that I was under 21 and she said no. I refuse to participate in their in wanton insanity. I left the wine there and will purchase no more.
Professional Pharmacy
OK, so first time here had an issue with a prescription, but came in 10 later and it was resolved immediately. went in explained the issue and with in 5 minutes it was solved and i went home happy as could be.
There is no way to edit the store hours for pharmacy on google, I tried. Saturday they are open 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-6pm. Mon-Fri they follow normal store hours.
What a sad experience because i have loved coming here for years. its very convient and i have never had a bad experience until my last 3 visits here with the same employee. i read the comment about the rude night manager and was kinda in a similar situation. i never post comments because i guess iv never been treated like this beforea worker was outright rude and vicious towards me. she seemed to be under the influence of something because she was eratic with her words and body movements. i will not return to this location because frankly i am afraid of her and what she could do. She has dark hair and her name is bulah so her name tag says. STAY AWAY!!! SCARY!!!

You can please some of the people some of the time but there is always one or two people that have a preconceived notion of you being obsequious to them.
