Located in the Grapevine Mill Mall. shopping for the entire family. Store is neat, restroom clean. Inventory is consistent during this Pandemic. Prices stable. Still get a head start. Customers shop at door open at 10am Mon-Sat and open Sundays. Still offering the 30day Laway. And there is a limited supply of Christmas toys near the back.

Mask or no mask. Cleaner than I expected. Lines moved at a decent speed. The downside like any of these stores is people pick and and place down so sometimes thing can be scattered. Also, no AC which if you wear a mask is going to make you melt.

A hot mess. One cashier, all downhill from there.

One stop shop for all your household needs this summer, be it clothes, kids stuff, home decor or kitchen storage. Some of the items are really good quality and you could buy them for quite low prices. I have always enjoyed shopping at Burlington.

I just moved and planned on spending $1000 on new things for my new place, I was headed to check out, they were about to close it was 11:40pm, there were perfumes on the shelf before you get to the register. I picked one up that was open to smell it and purchase it, an African American woman came around the corner screaming at me telling me I can spray it, I told her I planned on purchasing it and it was already open, she screamed again and said no you cant spray it!! I was so upset how unprofessional she was that I left my $1,000 worth of items and walked out. I will be making my purchases at another store. They just lost out on $1,000

Great selection of clothes, but theres very limited selection of the same clothes in different sizes.

We love Burlington! However the ones in our city do not have enough options for our size. Whenever we go Texas, there are ALWAYS plenty of options to the point that I get worn out from trying to pick. This location was very clean and the baskets are sanitized. The staff was nice and helpful. The lady that check us out was very, very kind!

Oh dear God do not go on Sunday after 2pm til close! Its so packed that the checkout line extends out around the mens clothing department. Every child in the neighborhood is in there with their parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and babies in strollers. The store is ransacked and everyone, when they checkout, seems to have bought enough clothing, shoes, pictures, kids clothes; dear god! When you go go when they open get what you need and get out before the mob shows up! Enjoy your shopping.

Not organized at all, other locations are more organized and have newer stuff.

Make sure you check your receipt after a purchase a girl named Brianna was our cashier on 10/17 and she charged us something that we didn’t have

This store has the worst customer service in Dallas if you value your time dont go there.Only 3 cashiers for a line of more than 30 people.

The Store hours are Mon-Sat 8am-12am....I came Wednesday at 11:45pm to do a return and pick up a few things real quick and noticed the parking lot was empty. I was so confused, so I go to the door to confirm the store hours and it said Mon-Sat 8am-12am...It was ONLY 11:45PM. So I look through the glass door because the lights were on and I see two employees cleaning up. I knock on the glass door and they both looked at me and just continued to clean up. WHY IS THE STORE CLOSED WELL BEFORE ACTUAL CLOSING TIME? Who knows what time they actually decided to close that night, I just know when I showed up at 11:45pm I couldnt get in. Im very disappointed that I wasted my time driving all the way over there at no fault of my own. Nowhere on the website or on the store door does it indicate that they are closing early. Whats going on?

Its nice the store put this car with the green lights security person he was keep on looking at us for no reason and when just got there then he stop in front of us looking at us then we got out of the car then he pulled away then we got out of the store and he did it again then turn around trying to look in our car see want we were doing really thats wrong

This place has a good selection stuff and staff was nice and helpful. The reason for only 4 stars is because this place was super crowded with an extremely long checkout line and they only had 6 registers open.

Cashier was rude and extremely disrespectful. Through the shopping bag at me. When I complained and asked for a manager he refused to find one. When I finally did speak to a manager they didnt seem to care.

Selection on bedding is not really good right now. Ready for new and better selections of merchandise to come in

Great place to come and get yourself great clothes and possibly an awesome gift for someone who is having a baby, a wedding, a birthday, a housewarming party or going off to college or whatever for your house apartment. One of the best Burlington’s I’ve ever been to.

I started to like Burlington during my preparation time for delivering my first baby and since then it is the place to get all the cute stuff for my 2 daughters... visiting many locations... THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST.... I was kind of disappointed in the other branches but not in this one.... big variety of everything... no cashier long waiting line since there were around 8 cashiers available... love it ❤❤❤

The shoe racks are always disorganized the shoe sizes dont match what the display has...

Clean and well stocked. Only complaint was not able to take shopping cart outside. Had about $500 in merch. How to get it to car?????

Over the last 2 years, this place has really improved in appearance and organization. Theres a cleaner look to the place and the deals here are amazing for shoes! Checkout was simple and I do wish more staff was on hand to make the checkout process quicker but a major improvement.

Crowded, good selection. Store associates were not helpful. Associates did not speak to me when I asked for assistance, they just pointed. I thought they might be deaf so I tried signing ASL but they looked at me as if I were crazy.

Wide selections, suitcases on wheels, gadgets and close-out tables in the back sometimes long lines, lots of jewelry on womens billfolds. A nice well-lit store.

Horribly. They have drug out the oldest, tackiest clothes & shoes I have ever seen. Anything home or pet related was not on sell but they were the only thing worth buying. Hope they are clearing out to restock.

This place doesnt keep nice shoes in a size 14. Have to travel to another Burlington store in another city to purchase the shoes that I like in my size.

Been here 3 times months apart and they still have no restrooms, they expect customers to use portapottys which by the looks of it havent been cleaned in a while.

Staff is really nice at this location. This Burlington is organized and stocked well most of the time. Fortunately, they have fans at the registers for the cashiers... because its rather warm while shopping even on cool weather days. I tend to wear lite clothing if I plan to visit and do some serious shopping. Wish theyd play cool music like Ross does.

I gave them a five point star and the reason why I did is I enjoy shopping. I can remember the last time that I was in Burlington I really did have a terrific shopping experience. The last time that I purchase something from this store matter of fact it was a hat it was made kind of different. Maybe I can say odd what really matter is I like it and also when I work I have so many compliments on it also people ask me where I bought it from but you know I had to tell him Burlington Burlington Burlington I always have liked to shop at Burlingtons Coat Factory. What woman dont like to shop. Or more or less put on a budget like me sneaking it into the house hiding it in my hiding spot. And when it come down to the winter time they have some Dynamite prices on their coats for the winter time. Almost forgot to tell you I dont like when its crowded the line is so long this is Friday Saturday in the afternoon and I cant say Sunday because I dont shop on Sundays at this store I guess you can say is worth it thats how good it is huh. Im trying to work on that also be more patient sometime is hard I can say my experience is good the price is Fair and the customer service is excellent what more can I ask for another satisfied customer:-)

Spent my whole lunch hour trying to find a dress to wear to a funeral in my size finally found one went to get in line to pay for it and there were 15 to 20 people waiting in front of me and only two cashiers working. Ridiculous. I put my dress down and walked out of the store went somewhere else to buy a dress

I normally have a pleasant experience at this store the only constant problem is the 30 minute wait in line. The manager and an employee were very rude to my 5 year old daughter on one occasion. There was blood all over the ladies restroom and the employee ignored me when I informed her, which is concerning.

Bro there are so many cute stuff, i recommend it, lol watch out tho, somethimes u might waste over 100 cuz everything there you wanna buy it ;3
