I was shopping for a new mattress for the first time in 20 years and have suffered multiple orthopedic surgeries. My neck and low back are fused so I needed a supportive yet comfortable mattress. The salesman, Mike Smith was so attentive and caring about my physical situation and directed me toward the perfect mattress so I can look forward to sleeping again! He was very knowledgeable, experienced and focused on what would be best for me, and not for the sale/business. It is so rare to find an empathetic salesperson! I will refer anyone I know to him and I hope my review helps others who needs help too!

5 stars really isn’t enough for the outstanding service I received from Tim Kelly. He was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses. He asked me what was my sleeping pattern, he asked me was I a hot/cold sleeper questions I never thought about before. He selected the mattress for me to try out. These mattresses were dead on. I mentioned I was working with a minimum budget and he was able to get me the perfect mattress that was comfortable with great support, as I have hip issues, and in the price range. Great buying experience. We walked in the door with our minds made up as to what we felt we needed to purchase for a mattress. Thanks to the sales associate walking us through the new technology that mattresses now have though, we ended up purchasing a much higher quality mattress for less money than we would have spent on a traditional straightforward spring/coil mattress. Very thankful for the guidance!

Had a great experience in store with Jeff however I’m disappointed with Mattress Firm’s website, customer service, and Red Carpet delivery service. I was unable to track my delivery. Delivery was never made during it’s confirmed delivery time. No attempt of contact was made that the delivery couldn’t make its scheduled time. No note, no update, no tracking available on MF’s website. I can’t get through to a live customer service agent and the store associate was not able to connect me to dispatch or a live agent. I’ve opened 3 cases yet to have receive an update. I’m frustrated with the lack of communication and updates from Mattress Firm.

My experience was excellent. I needed to exchange the mattress supports I had purchased for thinner ones. With a phone call to the center, I was connected to someone who received my request, verified my purchase instantly on the computer, authorized and ordered the exchange. Total time just a couple of minutes. The exchange was made within 48 hours by an excellent delivery service, whose two employees completed arrived at the time they promised and completed the transaction in just a few minutes.

Tim at this location was very helpful and used his 25 years of experience to help find the best mattress for me. He also helped me with choosing a pillow since I mentioned my neck and back pain and that I am a side sleeper. He helped find me a mattress that would ease my pain, as well as be a comfortable bed for me in the future. He was very professional and personable, and we found the correct pillow and mattress combo. Thank you, Tim!

I went to the Mattress Firm in Addison,Tx on 3/27/2021. I needed a new mattress etc. After looking around for a short time, I decided to purchase a Beautyrest PressureSmart Lux 13.5, Extra Firm Mattress from salesman,Nadeem. The mattress was $1899.99. Nadeem did inquire about my price point. I desired to stay under a $1000 if possible or right about at this amount. After sitting and test laying on a couple I went with the above mentioned mattress and they “gave me” the 50 head up adjustable base for “free”. Nadeem excused himself to go “work the numbers” with Sean Rear. He came back with the number of about $757 ish. It was less than $800. I immediately said, come on let’s do this deal! We go to sit down in front of Sean for payment and all of a sudden, oh I thought you were speaking of a different mattress and he (Sean) proceeded to point to the front of the store at some extra soft mattress that I said no to as soon as I sat down on it before choosing the beauty rest pressure smart lux. The PRICE SHOT UP TO THE TUNE OF $1,084.67. Now y’all maybe reading this review and thinking that’s still a great offer. It is! I agree! However, I feel that this move was intentional and calculated. I had told Nadeem my budget of course and they wanted to ensure that they get this $1000 up out of me and they did! He went down to $757 just to get the budget amount that I stated originally. Chiiiiiiilld, it’s the salesman practice for me! Now I dont know if this sales practice was intentional but it felt super shady! I just want the next customer to BEWARE AND MINDFUL when purchasing your mattress. Any who, I hope to enjoy this new gem that will be delivered on Wednesday! The three stars are there but that extra firm mattress is perfect for me. Best of luck guys!

To my surprise the ones available were out of my price range, but the two very kind very professional employees were able to find me a discounted box spring at their warehouse location for half the cost. Just bought a purple mattress here. It will be delivered next week. Jin was extremely helpful & made the process very simple. He has slept on just about everything he has in the store so he had many different points of view. In the end, the purple mattress just seemed to be the best fit for me. On Tuesday, June 2, 2020 I went by the Store on Beltline Rd to get my $49 Complimentary Pillow and they sent me to their Warehouse at Beltline Rd and George Bush Freeway. I was asked for my Drivers License and Vehicle License Plate Number just to pick up a $49 Pillow. They didnt have a problem with me when I spent $800 for mattress. I felt like they treated me like a Criminal! No More Referrals!

I bought my mattress from mattress firm clearance, located on belt line in Addison because of your amazing employee Jin Dong. Jin was so helpful when I initially called. He gave me directions to the store, and helped me pick the perfect mattress! When I got home and realized I had gotten a faulty mattress “oil on the fabric on the bottom” I called him and he sorted it out in a matter of minutes. We love Jin!

Great experience. Its not often you need to buy a bed, and Jin took good time and showed me whats changed since I bought my last mattress and even found what I might like based on the one I had.

My fiance and I came here several weeks ago to scope beds out before we got married, and Johnny was so helpful and personable. We came back once we figured everything out and he again helped us pick out the base that was perfect for us. We loved working with him and mattress firm!

It was quick and easy, they had the beds we wanted on clearance. No warranty but half the price of the other mattress firm store. They guaranteed they were sanitized and repackaged return mattresses.
