Customer service is awful. An order for one item continued to be delayed, I received no updates unless I called them. After escalating to refund the item, all of a sudden its in warehouse and was delivered the next day. The furniture is nice and feels durable. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Due to the lack of customer communication I do not plan on going back.

If I could give this business a negative star I would! Let me start off by I “leased” something from them from the Dallas location. We were told that it was damaged and we would receive a discount. I said sure we will take it but only if we get the discount. (I have proof) They arrived super late which ruined my whole day. The were about 7 hours behind schedule and I wasn’t informed. So my whole day passed me by, hoping I didn’t leave and miss them. The delivery fee was $200+ tip. It came with bugs that was biting my family up. But my biggest issue is the run around. Manager is always out. They don’t know what I’m talking about when it comes to the discount. I have been emailing for two months now about my discount. I’ve been going back and forth with emailing and calling them and nothing. At this point I am going to have to take legal action. It don’t take much for customer satisfactory. And they make it as if we did the damage. YOU GOT MY BUSINESS REMEMBER! It would of been more stars but I will not ever recommend them.

My husband and I found Jendiz Furniture and we visited them right before they closed one night. I’m pretty sure they were ready to close up and go home after a long day but they stayed and showed us all the furniture we were interested in. Everyone was very nice and answered all our questions. Best of all they have really nice quality furniture and at affordable prices! My husband finally found what he’s been looking for and we were very happy with our purchase! We highly recommend Jendiz furniture. We will definitely be back for more.

I do not recommend this place. Run! before they screw you over. Everyone that works there lies even the receptionist. The product or wherever they get their furniture from is not good quality. They break and the owners of Jendiz do not want to take any responsiblity and will ignore the customers. They will continue to make stories up. They will not fix it or come out or replace. They ignore your calls and complaints.Time and money is too valuable this is not the place to waste your money, go to a decent furniture store.

This company goes the extra mile to ensure that you get what you want and nothing less. The product quality is superb! I suggest that everyone shops here. I’ll be back to buy more, for sure........

I got a sectional couch from them and it does not connect even. After a a few weeks I called to let them know because at first I was just going to deal with but I realized I’m paying a lot of money for something that not right. So I called and the girl told me they was going to call on a Monday with a appointment date for someone to come out. I didn’t not receive a call instead I called them later in the week I think on a Friday. The girl told me that someone was going to come out the next Thursday. It’s Thursday and no one. I don’t recommend.Update: I have had the furniture a little over a year now and stuff in is coming out the pillows. Poor cheap quality furniture. Still don’t recommend

I just bought a couch from them and I was so impressed with there customer service and product. Everyone was friendly, kind and so helpful. Not only were they fast and friendly but they even delivered my couch same day. Great place if you need some reasonably priced furniture.

Wonderful experience! We drove 2 hours because they had the sectional we were looking for at a better price than wed seen anywhere else. The customer service was great, they were kind and attentive to our questions and concerns. The furniture was good quality. We even made the drive again when we needed a bed and will continue to start here for our furniture needs in the future.

Very responsive before sale and quick delivery. We had warranty on furniture, contacted multiple times over 3 months for repair, after having furniture for only 2 months...manager had to wait due to COVID but continued to makes excuses afterwards. He even came to my house to see if it could be repaired and now he never responds, dodges calls/texts and called from a different number for him to say he thought the repair company came out....horrible service and follow up......furniture still has not been repaired and this seems to be their gimmick on people. They seriously need to be reported to BBB as they have NO INTENTIONS of making things right...trust me, go elsewhere!

I purchased a leather sofa and loveseat set from Jendiz through FB and am quite pleased that I took a chance on them. Dinga was patient and helpful. The set is an amazing quality and very comfortable. Delivery and set up was quick and easy. Definitely going to recommend them to friends and will use them for my future furniture needs.

Dont trust these people. Very dishonest dont waste your money here. We have issue with our couch and they give you lots and lots of excuses. They will not help you even if its their fault. The couch was not in good condition and its supposed to be brand new when it was delivered. The problem with back and forth texting and delayed phone calls has been going on for weeks and nothing has been resolved. Go to a decent furniture place if you want good functioning furniture. Read the bad reviews first because you dont know what furniture you will be getting when it gets to you. Its a hassle and those people putting the 4 stars probably not looking at their furniture right.

Purchased a couch, loveseat and chair from Jendiz furniture in March. The loveseats recliner lever broke the first week and I have been trying to get them out to fix it since. I have made over 30phone calls and numerous emails and still no one comes out. I have spoken to Jen, Jane and Laura and been promised they will have their repair person out and we never hear from them or him. They say they call me but can’t get thru on my phone. Why can everyone else get thru and why can I talk to them from the same number I have had for over 14 years. This establishment is a joke and I am so severely disappointed and would like to return all of their furniture and get my money back and buy from someone else. It should not take this long to have working furniture especially since it is brand new. I understand covid happened but what is the excuse now??!??!!!!!

Poor communication from the staff. The woman who helped us talked very quiet and was hard to understand. The terms of our purchase were riddled with hidden fees and stipulations that werent brought up until we were ready to pay. Things that should have been mentioned right away were not mentioned until after we paid such as we wouldnt be getting our new furniture in the box, it would be the floor model. It would be extra for the boxed furniture. I was also not informed there was a $54 fee to apply until after I applied. When asked what time wed like our furniture delivered we stated as soon as possible. We were told 10am. At 11am when they still hadnt arrived, I called to find out what the delay was because I had work soon. The owner said the driver was just now about to leave. 2 hours went by from when I was told they were on the way and they still had not shown up. I called again to see what was going on and the man didnt know where they were but would find out and call us back. Later he called and let us know that the delivery truck was elsewhere delivering furniture but he was sending another truck to us with our furniture. Ummm what? So two trucks have our furniture now? So unorganized. They finally showed up at 2pm. 4 hours after our given delivery time. Why ask what time we needed when they just show up whenever? People have jobs and cannot wait around all day for items to be delivered. I wouldve picked this up myself had I of known Id be waiting around wasting my morning and afternoon and missing work. Make sure you free up your entire day if you have furniture delivered from them. After a long argument over the phone between my husband and the owner, he said the delivery driver would give us $20 and then hung up on my husband. Classy.

From the time I walked in the door to when they walked out of my door after setting up my living room set was amazing service. I walked in and let them know my budget and I came out paying exactly what I wanted, this included delivery, setup & warranty. they were great and my set in comfortable af! Ill definitely refer friends and family there.

Got a black sectional from this place and it would rank as my worst buy ever. Though I knew what I bought was lean in budget but the inferiority of the leather and wood is out of this world. Resting on the wood breaks it apart and there have been wears and tears within a short period of purchase.I do not recommend

This has been a nightmare from start to finish since trying to purchase on Friday. One person gives me a figure. Another person gives us another figure. It’s ridiculous. I was originally told they could deliver on Sat but they kept putting off doing a contract which meant it should have been delivered today. Now they are saying it may not be. They are disreputable and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I still have no answer for a delivery time and I’m about done with this place.They delivered a mattress way too thick for the top bunk. My husband has called multiple times trying to get the correct mattress. They say it will be delivered and we are still waiting. Stay away from this company. They are liars and very unprofessional. We have a bunk bed that can’t even be used. If this isn’t straightened up they will be picking our purchase up and rhe contract cancelled.

I purchased a sectional from this company. After the purchase, I received a call stating that they do not have my furniture in the warehouse (why wasnt I informed of this before I left). I had to drive their again the next day, and order another sectional. Once FINALLY delivered, pieces of the sectional were missing. The delivery guy stated he would deliver it on a separate day, never heard back from them! I have been trying to contact them, and nobody will answer the phone. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM!!!!

I came to Jendiz furniture to just look for furniture and ended up buying from here. The service was good, They delivered my sectional and table that day, the transaction was smooth. Had to wait a little being the store is not a huge furniture store appears to be busy.I am happy with the furniture I had gotten. Some of the furniture was uncomfortable but that’s any furniture store. I suggest anyone to come visit this store

One star is way too much for this so called business. We went yesterday and the service was absent. One employee on the floor helping a customer. The other person that was there assuming was the owner, was just absent minded. Avoid this store and the prices are almost the same as Ashley furniture or Nebraska furniture. We bought a couch with ottoman for $1400 in Ashley furniture. Compared to a cheaply made couch they were selling at Jendiz for $900 no ottoman, smaller, and extremely bad customer service!!
