This was my first time going to a Boot Barn and the people were nice. I was looking for a nice pair of black riding boots and a good pair of steel toe work boots. It did feel rather sparse. I guess I expected more options, like actual riding boots. Something weird I noticed is that there was a whole bunch of brands of boot that looked awful that were handmade that were $200 or more and were incredibly uncomfortable. Most of these boots look like they didnt have any insole at all. I assumed that this is normal because of how many brands I found like that, but I came from background of English riding so that was really weird to me. It was really hard to find cute rounded toe cowgirl boots that did have some insole padding. I only found two pairs: one was pink and one was light blue, both were Ariat. And the light blue had cheap silver glitter accents on it like youd find on childrens boots. The womens work boots section was super bare. I needed some steel toe work boots and I found several really nice ones for women but I ended up getting some mens thorogoods because they didnt have my size in the ladies.The womens clothing section had a lot of cute clothes though.

Rude unfriendly staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable ended up leaving with out buying what i went to look for because i couldnt find my size and not once did they bother asking if they could help instead they would just look at me very ugly if you dont like your job just say that!

The 5 stars are for the 2 young ladies that were at work at 3:15pm today Thurs. June 3.....they were phenomenal for customer service. Unfortunately boot barn did not have the jeans I was looking for. So I will continue my search....

Went to the store on LBJ in Dallas. There mightve been one employee, wandering aimlessly around the front of the store. Im not certain though, because I wasnt greeted, nor was I ever asked if I wanted assistance (I did).They do have a lot of boots. However finding the style and sizes necessary was nearly impossible. And apparently you are not allowed to try on both boots at the same time, as they only seem to have right side boots on display.Very disappointed.

Management! Please know this from my heart! You could not have put in play a greater staff! Your staff made me see that God in fact has his children right where they need to be! My 60th birthday is March 10th and I was gifted by my eldest son a pair of Cowboy boots for which Ive never owned. I purchased a pair of Durango Dream Catchers that are simply beautiful; however, when I tried to put my foot in the boot tears fell from my eyes. I immediately called Durango and expressed my issue and all they could offer was to return the boot; being its not made in a wide nor medium fit.Yet, I was directed to go into the Boot Barn to try on boots that would help simplify my return. I was all geared for these boots not only for a concert for which I will attend March 7th but my 60th birthday! My heart was truly hurt, yet the Clerk upon entering the store was so very sweet and understanding; directed me to the ladies section and told me that another worker would assist me. Upon that workers arrival I expressed my issue and she exclaimed were the boots in my possession! As I told her yes, she clearly expressed that she could stretch the boots for me! With my having little to no knowledge about Cowboy boots; I was in total agreement, being Durango couldnt offer to me any other options but return!This was Friday February 28, 2020! I went inside the store today and the sweet and loving angelic clerk knew my face and went immediately to obtain the boots. OMG! Thank you all for your knowledge and understanding! Your entire staff made my special day a dream come true! My boots are perfect! I was able to put my feet inside and it was such a wonderful feeling, being my 60th birthday dream was going to be diminished because of the lack of knowledge I had about Cowboy boots!Ladies! High quality selection and knowledgeable staff. Today I purchased a pair of work safety moccasin boots that fit like a glove. Keep an eye out for sales as some of them offered absurd 50% off one ofs for boots with cosmetic defects. The location is nice with plenty of available parking and a clean lot. If you need steel toe or composite boots, this is a definite shoe in.

It was my second visit there. First time I wasn’t sure so it was more of a window shopping visits and just bough one jeans. But on my second visit I knew what I want. I bought two Cody James jeans in cow boy style (I mean your wardrobe is incomplete if you don’t have a cowboy jeans while living in texas) and I love it. I bought few T-shirts and I simply in love with those as the fitting and length is ideal. I don’t think I’m buying my T-Shirts from anywhere else. Finally got the fitting and the length in T-shirts I always wanted.

Staff was very friendly and attentive, will definitely come back! 🙂

Went in to exchange some boots I got for Christmas. A guy named Lance helped me out. He was very helpful and very friendly. And while his store didnt have what I wanted in my size he did offer to order them for me and looked to see which other local stores could accommodate my needs. Very satisfied with my experience in this store.

Walked in the store the sales girl said hello. I was the only one in the store. 15 minutes later after looking for a boot for me and no one offering to help i left. Good thing though found a great pair of boots at Atwoods and a whole lot cheaper!

After spending good money here, I had boots shipped to the store waited two weeks. They didnt even give a complimentary call to let me know the boots were in. Then I call an the lady makes me feel like I was wrong and whenever I an ready to come pick them up I can. Then hangs up with an attitude. Good customer service does not exist any more. The gentleman are awesome hard workers but that one lady made it all a crappy experience.

The only reason why Im giving only 3 stars is because I had to buy a holiday carton box for the felt hat that I bought my husband. They told us that they didnt have any regular hat boxes that they usually give with the hats and the only option was to buy one, of the holiday unless we wanted to take the hat just like that. I had just bought an over $200 hat and I didnt just want to throw it in the back seat so ofcourse I had no other choice but buy one.

Good customer service!!!!!I bought some boots in mesquite along with the tool that helps to remove the boots.Well, after 3 days the tool actually made my boots come apart rubber and leather.Customer service in North Dallas said, bring them buy for an exchange.Thats a help.

Love the mesquite store but this one was in the for a good bit looking for a couple of pair of boots not one person spoke to me until on my way out and I was the only customer. Went to Cavenders right down the road was helped right away.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience Ive ever endured! Attempts to exchange wrong size Christmas gifts from San Antonio store with receipt was impossible! Woman in charge insisted that pants were not the size as on receipt: same style, different size. I asked her to call other store; she refused and said she wouldnt do it!!! I called store in SA and they said send them back and theyd exchange because this store clearly wont work with me - CRAZY!!!! Shes only exchange the 2 pair that matched receipt, not 3rd.NEVER AGAIN!!!
