Came in looking for a pair of work boots and was not disappointed in the wide selection. I was a little worried about the price since I needed steel toed shoes, but found amazing pairs in the clearance. Very happy with the lovely customer service and the wide variety. I wear a size 17 in mens and I cant find shoes anywhere. I came here and they had a whole row of extended sizes. Jesus helped me out and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly, Im astonished how many high reviews this place had.I went to this location earlier in the week to get a pair of shoes to replace my old pair. Walked around for about 25minutes looking at different pairs. Found pair #1 that I really liked but they didnt have them in my size and so I grabbed pair #2 that they had in my size. Then I waited at the register for another 20 minutes. Finally got checked out and I inquired about pair #1 and when they would be getting more in. The guy at the register told me, probably Thursday and he said that I could swap pair #2 so long as I kept the receipt. I got home tried on pair #2 for about an hour or so, realized they were too heavy and looked forward to swapping on Thursday.Thursday rolls around, I head over around lunch time, to see if they got them in.... They didnt. Found a pair of caterpillars that were lighter for the same price so I grabbed them and this time waited only 5 minutes. Got up there to do the swap and was told by the same sales guy that I couldnt do the swap because I had worn them...I told him that I had worn them for a little bit to see if I didnt need to go back up to the store. I also told the sales guys that when I was there earlier he didnt tell me that I couldnt wear them, he just said I needed the receipt... Which I did!The part that gets me, I told him what I was doing, knowing full well I wouldnt be able to return them.TL:DR - finding anything is like fishing for a needle in a haystack; the facility is ill equipped to handle more than 1 or 2 customers at any given time; employees are ignorant to procedures or just straight dishonest.

I had to come here to get shoes for my new job in food manufacturing. My first pair of boots took a week or so to break into but I came in a second time for a second pair of work shoes, this time sneakers so I had another pair to alternate. Juan helped me both times I was there and provided excellent customer service to guide me to what I needed. Easy to find what types of shoes you need i.e. steel toe shoes, etc. Highly recommend!

I have been trying to find size 8 Quad E safety shoes for months. Not only did they multiple styles in stock, they actually had a pair that FIT! Erica did an amazing job taking care of me and finding the right shoe. Kudos!

I had to buy some safety boots for work, and the only way my company would expense the boots was if my manager gave his company card over the phone during checkout. I tried Cavenders at first, but the manager refused.I then drove a short way across 635 to Work Wear Safety Shoes, where they were glad to accept this as a method of payment. Worked with Juan on getting a new set of work boots and got a pair with a good fit. Quality and selection of boots is good here. This is the second set I’ve bought from this location and was happy with my last purchase as well I recommend trying them out. Prices are higher but for a long lasting set of good boots it’s worth it to pay more.
