Excellent service! Boots selection is exquisite! Im not a good fit for their leather jackets, but I wish I could pull one off...they are sexy. Their staff is super friendly including the manager, so patient and helpful. This was my second experience and definitely exceeded the first (happy) experience. Tina Rincon at Pinto Ranch Dallas is a true life-saver! After a weekend of tirelessly shopping for my dream wedding boots, she went above and beyond to ensure that I got them- making the dream a reality! When we discovered they didnt carry them in store, she stopped at nothing to work her magic, and pulled a few strings to find them. She called out to other locations, and didnt stop until she came across a pair in a Houston outlet- and even asked the salesperson there to pull the lighter pair of the two they had in stock (per my wishes)! I then received a personal email from their Shipping Department ensuring that the boots were on their way to me, and sure enough, they arrived in only three days, in perfect condition, and were absolutely everything I dreamed they would be! Excellent selection of quality western wear and boots. Tina assisted us and was very knowledgeable about boot styles and proper sizing. They had some gorgeous ladies blouses. They also have a small selection of Western home goods and childrens toys and books.

I’ve only been to a few boot stores in my life (Nashville and now this one in Dallas) and was very impressed walking into the store! Very clean, very western, was greeted at the door and great selection of clothes! Walked to the back of the store to find I already have most of the Old Gringo boots I was looking forward to seeing. :( I even had to pay for an Uber and go by myself to this mall but it was nice to see I really wasn’t missing much. I can still order all I need online (and get way better deals online to boot- ha!).

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Pinto Ranch! This location has the most beautiful store and an amazing selection of western wear, home goods and boots. I could get lost in the store, there is just so many wonderful things! Plus, the sales team went out of their way to make sure my shopping experience was fantastic - I got just what I was looking for! Beverly was so fun to work with - and fabulous, to boot! I will definitely be recommending this location!

Shopping at Pinto Ranch Dallas brings back my memories of Cutter Bill days, but so much more!! There are so many options for ladies and men western clothes, boots and jewelry. I purchased 2 baby bibs for family gifts and they were so unique and cute -- my family loved them. Everyone was very kind and it felt like they were helping me in my purchase. Great store -- will recommend all the time.

Received my online order of a cotton cashmere poncho today. Beautiful color and style, but arrived rumpled with stretched out hanger marks that look like they will not go away. Unbelievable that a $100 item went into the box looking like this without anyone checking it. I spoke with them and decided against an even exchange for another one since they told me they keep ALL of their ponchos on hangers. They emailed me a return label but told me they cannot have UPS come pick it up at my home so I have to take time from work and drop it at a UPS store. First experience with this company. WILL NOT SHOP AGAIN.

It reminds me of the lovely clothes my aunt wore when she was alive. It offers me hope that one day I can walk in there and buy the best clothing in Texas!

Pinto Ranch country western store at Northpark Mall is a great store because of large inventory of beautiful clothing, boots, purses, jewerly, gift items, souvenir and much more. Worth a visit anytime.
