I went to Shoe Carnival yesterday and got these shoes I got a pair for me and I pair two pairs for my daughter and a prayer for my friend theyre very nice and comfortable I have the originals with no cloth inside and then I went and bought the cloth ones yesterday theyre very soft and comfortable theyre good to be house shoes when you wake up you dont have to walk on cold floor and your shoes are warm inside hope everyone likes these shoe thank you Shoe Carnival

They have a great selection of shoes and the service is great at least in this location. I dont give it a 5 star rating because of the prices. The point of this stores is to buy shoes at better prices instead you pay the same as if you would go to the mall. Other than that is great.

Name brand shoes at retail price. All sports and leisure. Even dress shoes. Are very affordable.

Organized and clean store. Lots of shoes with a sale, discount or percent off. Great clearance selection as well. Found a pair of nikes for my husband for $40 and a kids pair of Converse for $20! Great place for discount name brand shoes.

Make sure to check your shoes to see if they are the same size or one is a left foot and the other is a right foot 😆😆😆 yes this happened to me. But I love the pair I got.

Worst experience at shoe carnival ever 8/12/2019. My son found a pair of shoes that he absolutely loved for 44.99 got to the register and they rang up 59.99 took cashier where we got shoes, along comes the manager(Ben) who quickly moved the sign to another pair of shoes and refused to honor the price because he cant honor the price of shoes if sign was moved, so i guess he accused me of moving the sign in which i didnt, at the end of the day that was an embarrassing experience for me and my kid, Ill take my money where its better appreciated and where there be better customer service and of course management, didnt deserve the 1 star but i guess i had to put something there to leave a review. Buyers beware

Internet listed Shoe Carnival as a place to find Womens Work Boots. We took an Uber and when we got there, we were told they didnt carry Womens Work Boots.

Its okay. But not the greatest cause they are basically boot-legging shoes.

The Shoe Carnival at Whiterock Market Place went above and beyond Customer Service. They provided me with exceptional Out-of-this-world-service. Jackie and her team helped me select different size shoes for boys and girls that I needed to buy for an Elementary School Shoe Drive. I had a small budget and was trying to buy shoes for 188 children in desperate need of tennis shoes. Jackie and her associates really made me feel like I got the best service possible. She also made it possible for me to stay within my budget even though the total went well over the amount that I planned to spend. She charged me for what I had and she purchased the rest. Her generosity just blew me away. There are 30 more children at Wallace Elementary with new shoe because of Jackie and her awesome team. I will only buy shoes from this location because of this fabulous experience. I hope that she hears about this.

What a wonderful place to shop for shoes and the staff there is A+, went looking for a gift and the staff was so helpful I have purchased 7 pair of shoes. 😊 naila, jazmine and little smiley great service.

The staff members are always sweet, as if we need help with anything. Greeting us. Also, because they always have someone around, we dont have to go searching for help!I had much help with Becky. But unfortunately, I dont remember the other two staff members. I just know there was another lady with Becky (super sweet, smiley) and a tall man, constantly helping all customers. Multitasking. Just keeping himself busy and doing an amazing job.He seems like he would have the answers to rhe majority of customers questions. Last but not least. I finally found my slippers!! Super comfy! When My family need to buy some shoes/boots/flipflops/socks, etcetera..this is the first place we go!!

We were satisfied with the selection and price when we bought our first pair of shoes there, but the really excellent customer service came when we had an issue with a light up shoe. One of our Sketchers didnt light up so we went to return them. The manager (with a store full of customers, mind you) took the time to call other stores, wait while they checked inventory, had them check the light up action on the shoe — more than a 20 minute phone call — all the while keeping her staff on their toes. She made my daughter laugh and helped us with our issue. She really made us fell like we got the best customer service possible. We ended up keeping the shoe we had because it seemed to be a sketcher issue (because that store and the other store tried about 3 different pairs of light up Sketchers), but we felt great about it. No one could have done more for us.

Went into the Shoe Carnival at 11255 Garland Rd, Garland Tx specifally looking for a pair of Sketcher shoes. They had numerous styles, however the prices were $20-25 more than the shoes were at the actual Sketcher store (which I left to find a better price). For a store that advertises brand name shoes at a discount, I am really disappointed. Why would I pay for from a bargan store than I would from the actual store. I wont be shopping at a Shoe Carnival again.
